" I understand how you feel about humans right now. I felt that way before I met my friend Carly. " Max said hoping reassure Yugito.

"What do you mean?" Yugito asked out of curiosity.

" I was captured and experimented on by humans for years before I escaped from them. " Max said , glad she had her jacket on. She wasn't sure how Yugito would react to her having wings.

"How does this Carly person tie into that?" Yugito asked. She still wondered how Max could trust humans after being experimented on. "If I may ask...what did they do to you Max?"

" I was on the run looking for one of my siblings and Carly helped out of a tight spot. The humans that I was running from had altered my DNA from the time before I was born and made me a a few others 98% human and 2% avian. " she explained.

Yugito raised an eyebrow in surprise at hearing the news. "A human helped you escape?" She wasn't freaked out by the fact that she was 2% Avian, even if she had wings.

" Yes Carly did help me, knowing that helping me would make her a target too. " Max said.

"Why would she do that?" Yugito asked. "That doesn't sound like something a human would do..."

"You're right, it doesn't. But Yugito, there are good humans out there as well as bad, just like with us Bishies. Alex, Carly, their friend Taylor...they're all good humans, and they want to help."

" They care about us Bishies. They don't want us to get hurt and if we do , they feel responsible, even though they didn't know we would get hurt." Max said ,remembering when she was hurt by the black dragon.

"They just want to help," Jean said, having a feeling that Yugito's views about humans were starting to change.

"Perhaps...I may have judged Alex a little to quickly," Yugito said slowly after thinking for a few seconds.

Max was glad Yugito was softening a little . She knew she would get along well with the rest of Alex's bishies.

"Alex and the others were wondering if you remembered anything about your attackers," Jean said, hoping that Yugito wouldn't get mad at her asking.

"I don't remember much, I just heard two names though: Chris and Nick," Yugito replied, hoping that would be able to help them.

" Did you get a look at them at all?" Max asked, hoping to get more on this Chris and Nick. "

Yugito closed her eyes for a few seconds. "One was a little tall and chunky, while the other one was smaller than his partner in height and skinny. I had trouble running from him the most," she recalled as the memory came back to her slowly.

Max took mental notes , and was going to tell Alex. Max wanted these people to get caught and punished before other Bishies got hurt.

Yugito made a mental note to apologize to Alex the next time he visited...if he visited again that was.

" Is there anything we can do for you at the moment?" Max asked.

"Can you tell Alex I'm sorry for the way I acted to him?" Yugito asked.

" We will. " Max said with a smile.

Jean nodded as well, knowing that Yugito would fit right in with the others.

"Thanks," Yugito replied before both Max and Jean left. Sighing lightly, she decided on taking a nap, seeing as there was nothing else better to do to pass the time.

Max was glad that the meeting went well and knew Alex would be happy.

"Thanks for helping Max," Jean said once they were out of the hospital. She wouldn't admit it to anyone, but she despised hospitals and was glad that she could heal via the Blue Dragon pin she was given.

" You're welcome. I was glad I could help. " She said.

"Me too. I don't know if I would have been able to keep my cool or not if it was just me," Jean admitted as they saw Alex and the others checking out one of the houses that had bad flame marks on it and headed towards them.

" How did it go?" Carly asked , once both Max and Jean were close.
