" I'll show you guys the clock tower first. " Simon said and led the way to the town square.

Alex and the others followed Simon to where the clock tower was.

" So what do you guys think?"Simon asked when he arrived at the massive structure. It was a large brick clock tower that was the center of the town. It was maintained by city workers that kept it in perfect running condition.

Carly and the others looked up at the massive clock tower with a sense of awe on their faces.

"It's impressive," Taylor responded as both he and Alex tried to take in all the details of the tower.

" Glad you guys think so. It used to be open for tours , but the city didn't want people to get hurt. Next how about we see the park?" Simon hoped he was being a good host.

"Couldn't they have sanctioned some areas off then and still given tours?" Carly asked, still marveled by the outside of the building before hearing Simon's suggestion of heading to the park and nodding lightly, thinking that it was a great idea. She also wondered if Max wanted to fly for a bit there when there wasn't as much light.

" They could have, but some have said it was to cover something up. " Simon said as they walked.

"Interesting..." Alex muttered, curiosity piqued now. "It's a shame that no one can test that theory out."

"It is ." Simon said." It was closed only a year ago too. " He said and wondered if the clock tower closing had to do with the fires.

"Simon...you think maybe this is all connected somehow?" Alex asked out of curiosity, silently making his mind up to scout out the clock tower when no one could see him.

" I do. Something didn't feel right it was closed. There was a lot of talk about it at first too. " Simon said in low voice.

"Now then, what's special about this park?" Alex asked as they continued on the tour of the town.

" Its a good place to train with your Bishies. It also is a good place to relax. " Simon said.

Once they got to the park, Carly could see why Simon said that. "You're right, it's huge..." She said, noticing the lush forest near the park. Max could fly there in secret if she wanted to... she thought to herself before looking around, noting the beauty and tranquility of the park.

Max thought this park would be great to fly in , though she would be careful to stay in the trees.

"I can see why people like this park, it's relaxing," Alex said. However, he didn't see many people there at the moment, assuming they were helping rebuild the town.

Taylor liked the park too, but was concerned that there wasn't many people.

Alex could see his Bishie here relaxing or training here and chuckled lightly at the idea. Still, it does make a nice sparring area he thought to himself.

"How about we walk around a little bit and then meet again for lunch." Simon suggested, knowing he wanted to train with Renamon .

"That sounds like a good idea," Carly said while looking at the forested area having a feeling that Max wanted to stretch her wings a little. She also had a feeling that Alex wanted to check up on Yugito.

Max thought that was great idea. She hadn't flown in a few days and already feeling her wings getting stiff.

Carly headed into the forest area, knowing that Max would follow. Once they were both in the forest, Carly asked Max for her jacket.

Max took her jacket off and handed it to Carly. " I'll try not to take too long." She said.

"I won't mind if you do Max. Just be careful, okay?" Carly asked. She knew that Max knew what she was doing but that didn't mean she didn't care about her friend.

" I will. " Max said before she took flight to a branch. It was good to get in the air again.
