NameAlice Nickname Lil Age 16 Height 5ft 1in Personality ditzy, a daydreamer who would much rather spend her time lounging under the trees lost in her thoughts then studying. Alice is a fun loving, outgoing, talkative girl commonly referred to by others as too imaginative. Bio Alice or more commonly refereed to by her sister Lil took more than one trip down the rabbit hole into the magical world of Wonderland. Her sister thought her crazy, her parents imaginative, to her tutor she was insolent. But despite it all she clung fast to her story spinning tales for them of murderous queens, white rabbits, men that resembled cards, a mad hatter tea party, and cats that weren't all there. Half the time her mind was in the clouds fantasizing about a possible next trip to the land others only dreamed about. And if they were right and it was all in her imagination then she wanted to live in la la land because things were just so much more fun there. |
Name: Mad Hatter Nickname: Maddy Age: 20....well looks like it anyway... Height: 5' 5" Personality: He's crazy. However...there is a logic behind his madness. He doesn't do things without reason. Even if his reasoning isn't the norm. It always makes sense to him. Bio: The Mad Hatter lives on the other side of the Rabbit hole. And until Alice stopped by the never thought about the other side of the hole. After Alice left he became curious in figuring out how to work the hole. And once the darkness happened it became necessary to find Alice on the other-side and bring her back. |
Alice hummed softly to herself ignoring the droning voice of her tutor who was reading from a rather boring book. Alice on the other hand was picking flowers and weaving them into a colorful wreath. Her mind was where it always was in Wonderland, or as her sister called it la la land. Her dad thought it was cute that she had her own little world, her mother thought it was bad and tried to get the young woman molded into the person she thought she should be, which was basically a miniature version of herself. Her tutor thought she was childish, her sister, her perfect married 21 year old sister just thought she was crazy. A white rabbit bounded past but there was nothing special about him, he wasn’t wearing a tidy little vest nor did he carry a pocket watch that was two days slow. He was just a normal little bunny of the boring London kind. “Look lively there child” her tutor snapped jerking the young woman out of her thoughts. “But what your reading is so boring” Alice sighed setting the crown of flowers on her blond head. “It isn’t boring it is logical things you must know” the tutor replied opening up the book once more. “Well than logical is boring”

The Mad Hatter grinned once te plan was in order. He tested his hat to see if it truely flew the was the Chesire cat had promised. Putting his hat back on and focusing his thoughts, a hard task for him, he found that his hat did indeed allow him to fly. Pleased with this he flew around a bit, gathering his things. Which mainly included about half a dozen tea cups and pots just in case Alice's world lacked them. He would hate to be without his tea. Double checking to make sire he had everything he said farewell to his friends and set off to the rabbit hole. Ready, but hardly prepared to go to Alice's world. With a little struggle The Mad Htter focused and headed up out of the rabbit hole to the other world hoping when he surfaced he would quickly find Alice.

”Logical isn’t boring you impudent girl, it’s a wonder anyone can put up with you such a strange child you are. I’d be amazed if you could ever find a husband” the tutor continued more to herself then to the barely listening Alice, although she did happen to catch the ending. ”Well if a husband wants me to be anything like you… which I doubt considering you’re just an old spinster, then I shan’t ever marry anyone. I wouldn’t want to become such a boring old busy body with nothing in my head but what I shall wear to the next party” Alice replied taking great delight in the slight reddening of her tutors face that indicated she had hit a soft spot. ”I might not be married but I still know more on the matter then you do girl, and no guy would want you if you act like that” the old tutor replied heatedly fingering a lock of black hair turning grey. ”You mean they wouldn’t want a girl with a mind? Or an imagination? Or a girl who is unafraid of saying exactly what she wants?” Alice sighed already bored with the conversation. She let her mind drift not even hearing the angry retort her tutor threw at her.

Soon the Hatter found himself in a strange medow. Not strange because it was extraordinary but because it was extra ordinary. Every thing was plain. The grass all one color. The trees plain with only red apples. It was quaint and perfectly controlled. The Hatter felt himself shiver in disgust. "How can Alice dwell in such a place!" he said outraged. The place was the exact opposite of Wonderland. Even the sky's clouds seemed dull and shapeless. The Mad Hatter briefly wondered that if Wonderland got taken over if it would look like Alice's world. Anouther shiver went up The Hatter's spine. He now must really find Alice. But where to start in such a place?

Alice rubbed the bump on her head the results of her tutor chucking the book at her head, apparently she was a air brained day dreamer who would never amount to anything, but Alice hadn’t really been listening so she could have gotten the exact wording wrong. Her attention was instead focused on a tall man strolling through the meadow. Normally she wouldn’t pay him a wit of attention; he just seemed so out of place with his top hat and untidy clothes. No business man would be caught dead looking so… messy. If she didn’t know any better she would have said it was the Mad Hatter, but what would the Mad Hatter be doing in boring old London? But still it was hard to take her eyes off him until with a startled jump she realized her tutor was standing right in front of her. And if steam could literally come out of someone’s ears than her ears would be gushing steam, as it was the tutor was glaring down menacingly at her. ”May I help you?” Alice asked innocently enough,… it didn’t help.

The man was indeed the Hatter. However he had not quite notice Alice and her Tutor yet. He paused looking at a colorful butterfly, thinking how even here a 'colorful' butterfly was not very colorful. He frowned and began to turn slowly. He paused finally seeig the Tutor, she seemed angry a scowl on her face, like she was about to yell…at…a girl. The Hatter looked at the girl. He broke into a wild grin. It wasn't just any girl. "Alice!" He called out excitedly walking over to them quickly. He had a huge goofy grin on his face, totally ignoring Alice's Tutor.

The tutor had her full attention now, it was like she had set off a dragon… a fire breathing dragon that couldn’t wait to scorch her with its wicked tongue. Luckily for Alice the pair were interrupted by someone, a very familiar someone, a someone who shouldn’t even be in London. The Mad Hatter towered over her, looking down at her with the goofiest grin known to man or beast. Her tutor looked stunned speechless, Alice could kiss him for that. Standing up she dusted herself off as if it were completely normal for Wonderland characters to pop up out of nowhere. ”Why Mr. Mad Hatter what are you doing here?” she asked tilting her head back and looking up at the tall man. He looked so out of place standing beside Alice’s strict uptight tutor who finally seemed to find her tongue. Unlucky for the pair of them. ”Who might I ask are you, and how do you know Alice?” she asked disapproval dripping from her tone, her eyes looking over the Hatter and saying quite clearly that she did not like what she saw.

"Alice! Oh indeed Alice it is you! And I am me! or so I should hope so…I was when I woke up this morning…but by now perhaps not! I might be you!" He said looking at the Tutor then frowning, "Oh no I should hope not!" He looked back to Alice shaking her hand vigorously, "Oh do tell me Alice if I do look like that horrid woman!" He said a smirk on his face which threw off the small look off fear. While he shook her hands several teacups spilled out of his sleeves on to the tutors feet. All of which were filled with tea.
The Hatter stopped at looked at the Tutor, "Dreadfully sorry ma'm…" Though he looked nothing of the sort, "When I came here I feared there would be no tea…and I couldn't very well go without it! Twould be like Twiddle-dee without Tweedle-dum…" He smiled broadly. "You asked who I am…and I am indeed, I believe, the Mad Hatter!" He smiled tipping his hat a bit, just enough to revuel the teapot beneath it. |
