"It'll be hard to do, but we could do it, hypothetically." Kris grinned briefly. "I'm willing to try. It might take a while but we can try." She just had to run the idea by Hisoka.

"In theory, I see no reason why it shouldn't work," Aura agreed. She smiled a bit. "I can't imagine Hisoka rejecting the idea."

Kris snorted. "Yeah, I don't think he's going to." She shook her head and settled down there. "Hey, you want anything to eat or drink? I'm thinking about grabbing a snack."

"No, I'm alright," Aura replied, shaking her head slightly. "Sess brought me dinner a little while ago. But thanks." In fact, it was almost time to feed the baby again, anyways, so she made a shooing motion with one hand. "You go on ahead. It's just about time for me to feed Katsuro, anyways, so I can do that while you're gone." She grinned. "And then we'll see about another visitor for him, since I know not everyone has met him yet."

Kris grinned. "Did His Bossiness ever come see him?" she asked as she got up. She would get going in another minute, really.

"Not yet," Aura replied. "As far as I know, anyways. I was napping for a while." She knew about the nicknames Kris tended to give the general, so she wasn't surprised to hear them anymore. Really, they were terms of endearment... sort of.

Kris nodded and got up. "Alright. Well, I'll be back in a few." She grinned and slipped out, going to go find something to snack on.

Aura nodded, already turning her attention to her son. He'd been quiet so far, but she knew he would start fussing and whining if she left it too much longer. She settled in and started to feed him, cradling him gently as she did so.

Kris gave Aura a good amount of time before she headed back up, passing InuTaisho on the staircase. She scowled at him, and he smirked, amused, and went on his way. Kris snorted and made her way back up to Aura's room.

Aura glanced up when the door opened again. Katsuro was sleeping soundly again, snuggled close to her.

Kris grinned briefly. "You look like you could use another nap. Or just a good nights sleep." She perched on the edge of the bed.

"I'm just a bit sore still, that's all," Aura replied. "And it's been a long day." She paused for a second. "Or a long two days or whatever. It all kind of blurred together."

"Yeah, I bet. You'll feel better in a few days once you get to a more normal routine." Kris smiled and brushed her hair back for her.

"Or you should, anyway."

"Yeah," Aura agreed. She was quiet for a moment. Then something occurred to her. "Where's Shippou? I thought he would have bounced his way in by now to see the pup."

"I told him and Alex to go entertain Inuyasha for a little while and give you some time to rest." Kris grinned. "I suspect they'll be in here later, or tomorrow if you want to go sleep."

"Alright," Aura replied. She was kind of grateful Kris had the children occupied elsewhere for the moment. She'd had a steady stream of visitors, one at a time, all day, and she was ready for some quiet. "At least I'm not on mandatory bed rest anymore," she commented with a bit of a grin.

Kris laughed quietly. "Yeah, really. Well, you go ahead and get some rest and enjoy your quiet time. I'm sure the kiddies will be here in the morning to come investigate."

"I'm sure they will too," Aura replied. She settled back a little so that the pup was resting more against her chest than in her arms. "Hopefully, I can postpone playtime for a few more days. Inuyasha's been a little antsy the last few weeks, since I wasn't allowed to play rough."

"Don't worry about that, I can play with them. It'll keep all three of 'em happy." She rolled her eyes at the pups but smiled tolerantly. "I'll keep them out of your hair, for the most part anyway."

Aura grinned.

"Careful, they may take that as a challenge," she teased. She was stopped from saying anything else when she had to fight back a yawn.

Kris laughed quietly and reached over, ruffling up her hair. "Go sleep," she said with a grin. "The world won't fall apart while you sleep. I'll make sure everything goes well. You and the pup both need rest."

Aura rolled her eyes, but didn't protest. Kris was right, and besides, Aura was exhausted. Nodding, she settled in so she was curled up on her side with the pup nestled against her. It didn't take her long to fall asleep.

Hisoka, meanwhile, was keeping an eye on Shippou, Alex, and Inuyasha, making sure playtime didn't get too rough.

Kris grinned and left her alone, going to go take her turn watching over playtime for a while. She sat next to Hisoka, relaxing and stretching briefly. It was a good day so far.

Hisoka reached over and put an arm around her waist, pulling her close.

"How was the visit?" he asked her.

"Good. Aura's doing well, which is good." She was quiet for a moment. "And I had an idea." She smiled a little. "For us to try next time I'm human."
