The woman or Miss Ambrose as the students referred her as, was wearing black high heels, a dress suit, green rimmed glasses and her strawberry blonde hair was up in a high braided bun.

Ambrose was a rather unique last name. Any wizard worth their salt and up on the food chain knew the name belonged to a rather important magical family. But then again just because you had the last name... didn't mean you were related.

She seemed rather good with her students even if they did seem a little wild at times as teenagers always seemed to be. They all wore uniforms from Cranwoode Academy.

It was during eatting their Ice-cream that Eric noticed something. One of the students sneezed and blew flames out of his nose, melting his ice-cream. A mutant.

"Bless you." Miss Ambrose said passing him a tissue from her bag and looking around to see if anyone had noticed.
The girls beside him giggled.
"Here, you can have mine James." One of the girls said passing him her ice-cream.
"Look out, it's Dragon boy!" One of the boy joked.
"That's Dragon MAN to you." James replied pushing his chest out.
They all smiled, and seemed like this sort of thing was normal for them.

Eric raised a brow but kept his distance still. A fire breather, how interesting.

As Eric observed them throughout the day, he noted that a least 1/3 of the group of students were mutants. The others seemed to be human.

They heading into a hotel which seemed to be where they were staying. The teacher didn't enter instead she turned on her heel, hands on her hips in Eric's direction. "Why are you following my students?!" She called out.

Eric stopped, then shrugged and finally approached her, "My apologies, it is not them that I am following however." he offered her his hand in greeting, "I simply found your beauty too fascinating to let it pass by"

"A.huh." She said not quite sure how to react to being flattered by an older man. Although Eric was covered in an illusion, he still looked his age. Grey hair and all.

She reached out to shake his hand and a spark shocked her. "Ow." She shook her hand.

"oh, sorry" Eric withdrew his hand, "must be static electricity"

"It's quite alright..." She eyed him funny for a moment. "Well, I guess I better.." She started not sure how to end this encounter or what to do

"Of course" Eric took a step back, "I should leave you be then..." he gave a somewhat awkward smile and turned to leave. He still couldn't put his finger on it, but something was different about her.

"Have a good day." She said back, turning to leave.

When Eric turned he clearly see a rather similar cat or rather kitten to the one Good Witch Ceres had with her. It noted Eric had spotted it and it quickly hid behind a large plant.

Eric looked over curiously, he knelt not far from it and offered his hand, "here kitty"

It looked at him, then his hand, then him. It's fur was raised as it approached his hand, smelling it. It then sat back and placed a paw on his hand. "Meow?"

Eric chuckled a little, "very nice to meet you little cat" he ventured to pet it

It ducked it's head back a little but allowed Eric to pet it. "Meow." The kitten seemed to have spotted his necklace and leapt forward to play with it.

"Ah!" Eric quickly covered the necklace, "sorry little cat, that is no toy. Why don't you show me where you lady friend went off to instead?"

The cat almost seemed to pout at those words and when mention of his lady friend he turned his head up and away as if to say, "No." And quickly looked for a way to lost Eric

"Alright, alright, no need to get pouty" Eric sighed, clearly this wasn't an ordinary cat, "At least tell me this, is she a mutant?"

The cat tilted his head to the side and shook it's head before running off into the hotel.

"Interesting" Eric grinned a little, going to quickly follow the cat.

The cat seemed to notice Eric and rushed onto the elevator just as it was closing.

Eric waited to see what floor it stopped at

The elevator stopped at 12.

Eric went to the reception desk, "Hello there, may I book a room please?"

"Of course. May I have your name, sir?" The receptionist smiled sweetly, hands at the keyboard.

On the 12th floor a door opened and closed and CoCo was greeted by his owner. "There you are CoCo. I was getting worried."

"Meomeow."
"You're kidding. *Sigh* We better keep a low profile then. Who knows who the enemy really is."

"Max" Eric replied, "Max Eisenhardt. Do you have anything on the 12th floor?"

"Hmmm, looking for a room with a view then? Hmmm..." She scrolled through the hotel's computer after entering his information. "Hmmm... most of them are taken by the Cranwoode Academy students..." She mumbled to herself. "Ah. There is a single bed on that floor. Though I'm afraid it's at the very end which means the view isn't as nice."
