Loki being so close to her made her shut up. And Upon his tapping, Celeste involuntarily flinched her chest forward slightly as as she let out a puff of air and a faint little moan.

Defensively, she covered it with her hand, cheeks red, "Don't." She said barely above a whisper, staring back into his eyes. He had rather nice emerald colour. "Or I'll... scream.. I'll..."

Loki didn't say a word, he merely inched closer until his lips touched hers.

AS soon as his lips touched hers, her arms launched forward into his chest, "Gottago." Her face was beyond red as she dashed to the left toward the door of the house. Her heart rate racing.

Loki watched her run off and he grinned a little to himself before turning back into a fox and hopping away.

Celeste rushed inside, slammed the door behind her and slid down to the floor. Did... Did that just happen? Did that REALLY just happen? She touched her lips lightly with her fingertips. "He...he kissed me..." She mumbled to herself.

And he was damned smug about it to.

What a rather intense afternoon this had been. Reunited with her long lost brother and then having a kiss stolen by a trickster god. And not just any kiss, HER FIRST! Her mind continued to replay the moment over and over again. Had it been a good kiss? Well, she didn't have any evidence to prove it was a bad one. What would it have been like if she hadn't fled? Would he have cupped her face, pulling her into his embrace-

She slapped her cheeks, NO. Those ideas were from the novels she read. He could just be after her gem. Yes, of course... just after her gem... She felt a large pit grow in her stomach as she flomped down on the couch, feeling rather disappointed.

"Meow meow." CoCo replied leading Eric toward Celeste's house. Coco had been bugging Eric for at least 3 hours and finally, now that Eric was done marking papers for his history class he could follow him.

"Yes yes, I get it" Eric sighed, "I'm coming. You're very impatient, you know that?" he knocked on Celeste's door.

Celeste didn't move from her stop on the couch. She was in her pink pjs and a tub of ice-cream in her lap. "Door's open." She called out.

Eric opened the door and peeked his head in, "Celeste?" he called, stepping inside, "Hey, you alright? CoCo was ready to maul my face off if I didn't come"

"Well, since you were looking over me while I recovered, he probably just wanted to let you know I was better..." She scooped another spoonful.

"Meow."
Celeste looked at him, "I'm fine."
"Meo."
"You do have a point." She mumbled.

Eric came over and sat next to her, "That must be really good ice cream. Care to share?"

She past him a spoon. "Here. I think I'm done for now." She looked him over, "So I'm guessing the spell worked."

Eric smiled, taking the spoon and the ice cream away from her, "Quite effectively. I haven't had any side effects as of yet either. I believe I have you to thank for getting through all that. I'm sorry that it put such a toll on you"

She smiled lightly, " That's good to hear...Well, I couldn't have you dying on me. It would look rather bad if one of our new teachers died 2 weeks into starting here."

"Ah, clearly that was the only reason" Eric nodded, "I completely understand."

She poked him, "CLEARLY. Plus we just became friends. It'd be too sad to have it end so soon." She also pointed out.

"mEOw." CoCo hopped into her lap and pawed her shoulder.

"I'm fine CoCo. Really."

Eric set the ice cream aside, "I suppose it's a perfectly show of good physical and mental health to be eating ice cream out of a tub, so I won't insult you by asking if anything's wrong"

"I see your wit has no left you..." There was a long pause, Celeste stared ahead of her, a blank look on her face.

Then she wrapped arms around her legs and face planted her knees, "HE STOLE MY FIRST KISS!" She bellowed.

Eric blinked, "What? Who? When? Just now?"

"About." She looked up at the clock, "two hours ago." Her head flopping back into her knees, "...I don't know how to feel about it. I'm so confused. Would you think I was attractive because of who I am or because I'm a powerful being?" She asked him, looking rather serious at him for a moment.

"That isn't a very fair question" Eric replied, "I've found that who you are and what you are-while different questions are very closely linked. Part of who you are, begins with what you are and branches out from there. Yes, some people will be attracted to those with power but to others it would not matter. It's simply a matter of perspective, for example: To some, all they would see in you is a power to be used and manipulated. However In my perspective you are, regardless of heritage, one of the most beautiful and talented individuals I've met."

Celeste rather calmed down from her dramatics as he spoke. Her shoulders relaxed and she couldn't help but stare at him in awe. "That... was one of the most remarkably beautiful statements I have ever heard." She wrapped her arms around in a hug. "You're such a good fellow for you know... being MAGNETO!" She said his name very dramatically.

Eric chuckled, taking advantage of the hug to tackle her down on the couch, "Aha!" he replied dramatically, "You have fallen right into my trap! I will now tickle the life out of you!" and he proceeded to tickle her mercilessly, "for none can match the might of.... MAGNETO!"

"NOOOOO!!!" She half yelled, half giggled. "How could I be so foolish."
