"Yes, that is what you say, but, what about if they get into a fight over it, an earth and air bender vs a water bender" Iro whispered as he drank his tea.

Katara bended the water, more and more, she was trying to get faster at it, the faster, the better. But fast water can hurt if not careful with it. The full moon was out, her power was stronger, faster, and it was amazing. So amazing she lowered her guard until the water splashed back at her and knocked her out of the lake crashing into the ground.

"I know what your trying to do Uncle." He says. It is starting to work. "I need to go." He stands and goes out. Some how he's drawn to the lake. He doesn't know why though.

Zuko spots her gasping. "Katara!" He rushes to her. Was she hurt? He hoped with all his being that she wasn't hurt.

"Thank goodness you're o.k." He says relief floods his voice. He was so relieved that she wasn't hurt. Not realizing he's doing it, he leans in and kisses her softly. His good hand goes to cup her face.

Katara heard him speak and then before she knew it, she was being kissed by Zuko. Zuko the fire prince, banished. Zuko the one who had originally been with Mai. And yet all of this didn't seem to matter to her at all. She pulled back surprised, she didn't want to hurt his feelings, so she leaned in to return the favor and kissed him like he had her.

Toph looked to Aang "You could've been nicer twinkle toes" Sookie nods to what she is saying "I think I'll go to sleep early tonight, Toph why don't we sleep next to eachother on appa?" Sookie asked helping Toph up to lead her that way "Alright, yea, you boys should try to understand what she is going through, you have us, she doesn't have anyone" and they climbed up into the basket.

Zuko is a bit sad when she pulls back. And pleasantly surprised when she kisses him. He purrs into the kiss. This felt right, being with her.

"Yeah, but she could do so much better the Zuko." Sokka and Aang say at the same time.

The girls ignored the guys, they weren't in the mood to argue, "Yea, but, it's not your life to say what she does with hers" Toph added and went to talking quietly to Suki. Of course, what the two didn't know was that Zuko and Katara wasn't together, though they did meet up on this full moon night.

Katara pulls back away from the kiss blushing, but, it was a less of a cute blush and more seductive one (like when they were doing the fire nation dance at the start of it) "Z-zuko, why did you kiss me?" Katara asked just wanting to understand if this was how she was thinking or if it was just a joke.

"Honestly? I don't know, it just seemed right. Why did you kiss me." He says sitting back.

Katara shrugged, blushing a little less now "I just wanted to" Katara's heart wasn't beating as loud as before and she was thankful or she wouldn't have been able to hear him.

Sokka looked at Aang "I don't want her with Zuko and if you don't why don't we just make them split?" Sokka asked adding "It will be like we are showing them why they shouldn't be together"

(Sokka is thinking how Timon From Lion King Half was thinking when Timon tried to break the lions up)

Zuko smiles at her. "You knoow I thought you were hurt when I first saw you." He says.

"She'd kill us." Aang states simply.

"When? Just before all this? I couldn't focus on the water, it kept catching me by surprise" Katara spoke as she stared at the lake now, she had been so mad that she was over focused and it caused her not to pay much attention.

"But, what if she agreed with us, then she would thank us. And she can't kill you, you still have to save the world and I'm her brother" Sokka stated.

"Oh. I thought you had gotten hurt." He says. He feels silly for saying it.

"It's not right." He says shuffling his feet.

"I'll be sore tomorrow, but, I should be fine" Katara smiled a little "Thanks for worrying though" Katara wondered how well this would go with them. Would they take the next step to say they liked eachother, or just let things slowly fall into place? She had forgotten that she told the others she was dating him.

"Suit yourself, I'm going to help my sister out, so way is she going to get with a fire nation prince" Sokka stated "Next thing you know, Toph might just do the same thing she did and go with another fire nation guy" Sokka was teasing him on purpose.

Zuko just sits there. Relief fills him. "So, I take it they didn't take you hanging out with me very well."

Aang ignores him and goes to start a fire.

Zuko smiles as he watches Katara manipulate the water. "That's amazing." He comments. "Wish I could do that."

"I'd like that a lot." He says with a smile. He leans in and kisses Katara's cheek. "I do have one questions first." He's nervous, but what does he have to loose.

Zuko is taken by how cute she is. He takes a deep breath. "Wouldyouliketogooutwithme?" He asks running his words together.

Zuko laughs as they fall backwards. He kisses her deeply. He just holds her never wanting to let go. He hardly even notices the pain in his arm. "We should go tell Uncle." He says smiling.
