Russia didn't say anything. Hensimply glared a her from the couch. He was sure she knew that he didn't like the British man, but yet she seemed to be falling for him fast. "Maybe you should stay at my house." He suggested

"Maybe I should stay here. Big brother, you've got to let me grown up... I can't stay so sheltered..." she said with a sigh

Russia balled his fists up and tried to look intimidating. "I don't think you're ready to make such big choices on your own are you?" He asked. He was mainly just worried about his sister. "If he breaks your heart I'm going to kill him." Ivan said, smiling sweetly

Vixan felt hurt that he didn't think she was ready to make this choice in her own. "Russia... I can make this choice on my own... But... If he does break my heart, don't kill him... Curse him, sure, just don't kill."

Ivan really wanted permission to kill him, but he figured he could do something so horrible the man would wish he were dead. That seemed even better. "Alright. I'll trust you to make this choice. Just don't cry to me if he hurts you."

"Big brother, you knew this would come though... You knew I would move on to try to spread my wings..." she said, wanting him to know everything. "look, I'll make sure he knows how I view everything, alright? Including the 'behind closed doors' thing" she said with airquotes.

Ivan seemed to understand as he stood and hugged her before abruptly leaving. "Take care Vinozia." He said and closed the door behind him. England was still in his room, waiting for permission to come back out.

"Arthur... Come out please..." she picked up one of the still warm cookies and took a bite.

Arthur came out and sat on the couch opposite her, still pouting. "I don't like him. He's such a bully." He said sadly.

"He comes from a good place Arthur..." she sat beside him and kissed his cheek "you haven't tried the cookies yet have you? They're really good" she said with a smile, hoping he'd smile too.

Arthur just sighed and ate one of the treats, acting all sad before his hand crept its way back to tickle her side.

"aah!!" Vixan giggled again. "A-Arthuuuuur!" she squirmed and laughed "N-no faaaaiiir!"

He started giggling. "All is fair in love and war!" He declared.

Vixan grabbed his hands "well, if this is the war part..." she kissed Arthur softly "that's the love part." she said with a smile.

England smiled against her lips and cupped her face with his hand. "I suppose that is isn't it."

"yes it is" she kissed him softly once more before blushing at a realization she'd made.

Arthur touched her Face lightly. "Are you nervous? You're blushing.."

"I just realized something..." she tried to rid herself of the blush but she failed. She hadn't just fallen for Arthur like a giggling school girl. It was more.

He was confused. "What is it?" He asked, wanting her to confide in him.

"it's nothing..." Vixan said blushing heavily, afraid to say what was on her mind. It was far too early in their relationship for those words

He was only slightly disappointed. He understood if she had to keep something's away from him. "ok. Just know you can always talk to me."

"I... I love you....." Vinozia said, barely above a whisper, her face still red

England smiled and kissed her cheek. "That's so sweet. I love you too Vinozia."

She smiled happily. "I'm glad..." She hugged the Britain. "Arthur..." She pulled away from him. "I.. I need to tell you something else..." She said with a slight frown.

The seriousness of Vixan's tone made him slightly nervous. Hopefully she didn't have any bad news. "Go ahead, I'm listening my dear.."
