This rp is between me and Grumman. No other can post here but us. Of course feel free to read along.

It was a 11pm in Kahaluu it was windy and cold and Steve and Danny were on the scene of a murder that had occurred the hour before. Members of the HPD were present along with Steve and Danny. "Did we have to drive up the track? I mean wouldn't have been easier to say, I dunno, walk? 'Cause now my beautiful clean car is now covered in mud and dirt, and your to blame, and anyway weren't you the navy seal? Walking up this path should have been a piece of cake." Danny walked over to the boundary line of the murder scene getting a look at the body. "So we got a 28 year old female, shoulder length brown hair and has multiple wounds to her chest." Danny turned to Steve and shouted "Hey you know when Max and Kono is getting here? I'm freezing my ass off. You know what I'm waiting in the car." Danny walked over to his muddy Camaro got in and slammed the door behind him.

It was just one of those days and Steve always found it somewhat funny how Danny was acting. It was a car..it can be wash off "Oh come on Danny it will wash off..geez you are to much in love with that car." says. He follows Danny to the scene looking at the body before hearing Danny saying something about Max and Kono before storming off to his car. He sighs deeply and shakes his head as he didn't mind the cold. He had been in worst weather than this since he was a navy seal. Max and Kono finally arrived as Max says "Hey Steve.." then looks around. "Wheres Danny?" Steve points to his car "The poor guy got cold and is in the car. He is also upset that I drove his car up here and instead of walking." shrugged.

Danny sat in the car with the heater on full blast. Constantly rubbing his hands trying to persuade some warmth to come back into him. He noticed that Kono and Max had arrived and were talking to Steve. "Oh well you took your sweet time didn't you." Danny got back out of the car and made his way over to the rest of the team. " Okay, so now that we are all here, could we please get a move on becauase I feel like my arms are going to drop off. Kono have you got any information about our victim?" Kono brought out a tablet from her backpack and showed the screen to Max, Steve and Danny. "Okay our victim is Stephanie Franks, she was the owner of a department store about 10 miles down the cost." As Kono was explaining about the victims life before the murder Max was getting members of the HPD to get Stephanie's corpse into a body bag and taken to the lab for an autopsy. "...and that's about all we have on her." Kono finished her presentation and put the tablet back in the bag. "Have we got an address of where she lives?" asked Steve. "We do it's in north Koolauloa I'll send it to your phones." Danny made his way back to the car. "So are we going now? You know what, we are, Steve get your ass in, 'cause I ain't waiting." As soon as Steve shut the door, Danny backed the car down the track and on to the road, making their way north to Koolauloa.

Steve looks over at Danny when he came back over after Max and Kono arrived. Both Max and Steve gave each other a look about how Danny was acting. He shrugged and would listen to Kono about the victim. "Alright so it could possibly be robbery gone wrong." but that probbly would never be the case. Usual a pretty girl like that would also be raped or something. But they wouldn't know until the body was look at closely. Steve sighs following Danny back to the car and gets in. He closes the door and looks over at Danny "Whats the matter with you today?" says sitting back against the seat. "It isn't that cold..." of course it had rain a few days so usual it did bring in a cold front but it supposed to wam up later.

Danny and Steve drove north for about 5 minuets in silence, the mood was unsettling but Danny broke the silence with out any warning. "You wanna know what the matter is? Well I'm gunna tell you, 'cause that's what friends do. You know you should try it some time, you like the time you flew off to Japan with out telling anyone what so ever, and you expect us to act like nothing even happened. But being the nice guy that I am I'm going to share my problem with you. As you know Rachel is moving to Las Vagas, but she want's to take Grace with her. Now Grace is the only reason why I came to this hell hole of an island. So I'm fighting for custody but I'm just so tired from all the paperwork, you know? So this is why I'm cranky I just wanna go to bed." They drove further up the cost until the reached a large house with large grass areas, and a long driveway. It felt like forever until Steve and Danny got to the end of the drive. "So this is where she lived, pretty swell place if you ask me." Steve and Danny got out of the car and went up to the front door. Steve knocked a few times but with no responce "Looks like no one's home at the moment, why don't we come back tomorrow when it's more convenient, huh?" Steve didn't look amused by Danny's comment.

Steve listens to Danny and what was going on. Only wish Rachel didn't have to take away his daughter. He loved that kid and it did hurt him Danny doesn't get to see her much. He would head to the door following Danny he would looks around while Danny trys to get someone to the door but it seem no one was at home. "Yea maybe..." says before he spots someone peeking around the end of the house. It was a man not that tall but it look to be around 5'8" and around 154 pounds. And the moment the man saw both Danny and Steve he takes off running. And that wasn't a good sign. "Danny get the car!" he calls out after he takes off running after the man. He runs as fast as he could to catch up with the male.

Danny heard Steve's command and ran to his car without thinking he saw Steve disappear around a corner "Where's that bastard going?" He started the car and backed down the drive throwing the car onto the road and heading around the back of the house only that as he drove he couldn't find a road that lead to the back of the house. "Where the hell is it?" He drove further along the road and then saw a small dirt track "Of course it has to be the dirt track. What else would it be!" He drove the car down the track looking for Steve. He cut the lights and drove slowly only to hear a large bang on the roof "Jeesus!" Danny got out the car to find Steve holding onto the mystery man. "Did it have to be on my roof?"

(Sorry I been busy..and getting ready to go back to school for training)

Steve rolls off the car and pulls the man on the ground. "Sorry but I had to catch him before he got away." looking at Danny before looking at the man. "Now why did you run away huh? Got something to hide?" The man struggles "Hey..no I was just..uhhh...trying to see where Diana was." he was hard trying to speak which wasn't never good. Steve sighs and shakes his head "Whatever you just became the prime suspected of a murder." looking ove at Danny. "Lets go take this creep down to the station to see whatelse we can get out of him." says putting the handcuffs on him. One thing cause he did get hit by the man and the other was running away from him.

Danny was still not impressed with Steve's heroics. "Fine, but please, no more fancy antics okay? Because I can't take it! I just wanna go to bed." Steve put the suspect into the back of the car which was a bit of a squeeze but they managed. Danny started up the car and headed over to the station. On the way there the traffic was light so it didn't take long to get to HPD HQ "Hey, Steve if you don't mind when we get to the station I might just go home, I'm so tired I could sleep on a bed of gravel." They continued their journey to the station in the middle of the night. Danny wasn't even sure that the HQ was even open?
