Alexis stuck her tongue out at him "Unless that is one of his titles then I am still the only Sky Knight in this room.
"Sky Knight?" Isabella asked looking between the two twins. Alexis made a point of ignoring the question, she had apparently decided not to talk to Isabella now that she knew she was the princess.

Alexander shook his head and gestured to his sister while looking at Isabella, "My sister here runs a group called the sky knights. Let's just say, to provide the extra justice here that the guards do not." Alexander explained.

"I'm not entirely sure what you mean, but it doesn't sounds like a bad thing." Isabella said with a smile.
Alexis just snorted softly and continued to pretend to ignore the princess.

Alexander sighed a little and decided to explain it better to the princess, "She's the rebel leader for this city. When the guards are claiming too much food, harassing the people, or over taxing us, Alexis and her sky knight gang take things into their own hands. They are quite effective although immature and brazen. Luckily most of the city damage is actually caused by the guards chasing them, so the guards have been unable to complain much."

"I see. Isabella said absently as she thought about what she was being told then looked to Alexis."It seems like there is much you could tell me that I need to know.
"You have no idea. Alexis said sourly, finally relenting and acknowledging Isabella "Things are pretty bad here sometimes and the Sky Knights and I are the only ones who can do anything about it.

"I still do not agree with your methods." Alexander commented to Alexis. Alexander then looked to princess Isabella, "There is much happening in all of the cities you should know about. Though I do not know what difference it might make." Alexander commented then looked ahead and perked up, "A door! Could bahamut be behind this?" Alexander ran up to the ornate door.

Both women went to speak to Alexander then stopped as he randomly ran to the door. Isabella looked to Alexis who was shaking her head "And he calls me childish. she muttered which caused Isabella to have to hide her grin "Well we better go with him before he gets himself into trouble." She said following Alexander, Isabella close behind managing to stifle her giggling at the sibling's reactions to each other.

"Amazing, the craftmanship and skill it must have taken just to make this door alone." Alexander looked the door over and went to trace the designs with his fingers. "What the?" Alexander asked as he felt an odd energy and the door started to glow and vanish. Revealing a round room behind, with water spouts around the room pouring into a small pool around the edge of the room. In the center of the room was a human sized dragon statue with a small crystal orb in its hands.

Alexis looked around the room, surprisingly enough, struck speechless by the room.
Isabella though saw nothing but the orb "That's it." She said pushing her way past the twins and going to the statue. She picked the orb up gently "After all this searching I've finally found it."

"We found it, that is great." Alexander said happily as he walked near Isabella. Suddenly the orb started to glow and then shrink to the size of a large marble, now floating a few inches above Isabella's hands. "What is going on?" Alexander asked curiously just before the orb floated over and into his armlet, it now being fully fused with the rest of the crystal. "huh?" Alexander grabbed his arm looking at the armlet confused.

"What?! No that wasn't suppose to happen." Isabella as she reached towards Alexander's armband and stared at it with wide eyes. "That was suppose to be mine.
"So that's it?" Alexis asked looking unimpressed "I had expected something grander and more... I don't know maybe dragonlike."

Alexander glared at his sister, "Not the time for complaining even If I had expected it as well." he told her, then turned his attention to Isabella, "Um, I don't know what happened. I don't even know how to get him out. Do you know?" Alexander asked hopefully, sounding rather sorry.

"No I have no idea how to get him to come out." Isabella said dejectedly "I have no idea what to do now."
"I say we find our way out of these caves then go from there." Alexis suggested "We might be able to come up with something when we've had time to think some."

Alexander nodded to his sister and turned his attention to Isabella, "I don't know why he went into my armlet but I am more then glad to help you with your quest. Especially if you tell me what it is." Alexander explained to Isabella. "You had mentioned something about a birthright before?"

Alexis turned towards the door and led the small group out. She was not thrilled with helping the princess with this quest thing she had on the go, but she wasn't about to let her brother go traipsing off into who knows what on his own.
Isabella followed Alexis as she spoke "Yes I needed to find the guardian so that I could use it's powers to find an ancient temple. My females of my family have performed a ritual to help revitalize the world at this temple every few generations for millennia. I am the first to have to do this since the mist came and if I can not find the temple I fear for the fate of the world."

Alexander followed along with the girls, most of his attention being on Isabella, "I see what you mean about your birthright. Well if I have Bahamut I should be able to help you, though I have no idea on how to call for his help. I think I understand why you need the power of a guardian to do this though." Alexander said to Isabella then did a little thinking. Once Alexander had thought about it for a minute, he put his hand on Isabella's shoulder and smiled, "I won't let you travel somewhere that dangerous, alone. You have my shield at your side princess."

Alexis sighed to herself. She had known he was going to say something like that.
"I thank you." Isabella said smiling at him "Though..." She hesitated slightly "I must warn you, the temple lies below the mist."
"What no!" Alexis said turning to look at them "We are not going below the mist. That is not just dangerous it is suicide!"

"Relax Alexis, I already knew she meant we had to go there. I couldn't think of anywhere else a dragon could take us that a ship from the army couldn't." Alexander explained to her. He gave isabella's shoulder a gentle squeeze before removing his hand, "It is fine with me. I couldn't live with myself knowing I let a Lady walk to her death... besides wouldn't the original warriors of had to fight in the mist anyway?" he said hopefully, looking to get Alexis calmed down some over this possible suicide mission.
