"Seems like everyone's confusing me for this Rapunzel," Rachel commented. "It's no big deal." Well. Mostly true. "I just wanted to look around, it kind of surprised me to see a library this size in such a small town." She glanced around at the collection, a bit longingly.

Belle noticed the look and smiled. The Rapunzel she knew loved books, almost as much as she herself did.

"Yeah. But I love this library. Let me know if you find anything interesting." Belle was half-tempted to lead them straight over to the fairytale section, but she resisted. For the moment.

"I promise I'll let you know," Rachel said, nodding. She glanced at Tina, silently asking what her friend wanted to do.

Tina shrugged and meandered over to the nearest bookcase, just looking for the moment. She figured if she found something she wanted to read, she could borrow it.

When Tina started towards the nearest shelf, Rachel took that as tacit permission to disappear into the stacks. She walked along the bookcases, running her fingers along the spines of the books, and sighed softly as she relaxed. Oh yes, she liked the library very much.

Tina let Rachel lose herself in the books. She was more than happy to look around for a bit, even though she did want to go see Gold again.

Rachel managed to find a big book of fairy tales to lose herself in, and was settled in one of the reading chairs. She hadn't even noticed how antsy Tina was getting.

After a little bit, Tina just slipped out of the library. Gold's shop was just down the street, and they both had cell phones and were more than capable texters.

The bell over the door jingled and she looked towards the office automatically.

Like clockwork, Gold came out into the main part of the store when the bell on the door rang. He glanced habitually around the shop, and then settled his gaze on Tina.

"Ah, I see you made it back to our little town," he commented.

"Yeah. We decided we had to come back for a weekend trip." Tina couldn't help but smile a little. "Thought I'd drop by and say hello."

"I see," Gold replied. He made his way around the counter, his cane tapping rhythmically on the floor. "Well, I hope you enjoy your stay in town."

"It seems a little better this time so far." Tina smiled, glancing him over again. "Doesn't look like much has changed here since we left."

"Storybrooke is a very... immutable town," Gold replied, nodding slightly. "Change does not come easily."

"I got that impression." Tina smiled a little, meandering over to the counter. "Small towns are like that. I guess. From what I've seen."

"Ah, our town more than most, I should think," Gold replied with the slightest grin. If only she knew. And it was obvious she didn't know, not yet.

Tina nodded and stayed there, glancing around the shop.

"You ever had the feeling you should know something, or something is familiar, but you don't know why?"

"Can't say that I have," Gold replied. And he was even being mostly honest. "Or if I have, I didn't notice." He looked at her. "Why? Are you feeling some deja-vu in our little town?"

"Some," Tina admitted. "Not sure why, though. I don't know anyone here, not really." She shrugged and looked off to the side.

"I'm sorry, Mr. Gold. You probably have more important things to be doing than chatting with me."

"Truth be told, I rather enjoy the company," Gold replied easily, waving off her concerns. "It's been rather quiet around here today, and I find myself wanting to get away from my restorations for the moment."

Tina grinned at that, pleased, and settled in again. "So, are you still going to say you don't know anything about why the rest of the townsfolk stare at us and whisper? And why twice my friend has been called by the wrong name?"

"Well, this is a small town," Gold reasoned. "Small towns rarely receive visitors without some... speculation." He didn't, however, touch on the name issue. Yet.

"Uh huh." Tina eyed him for a few moments. "That I believe, but mistaking Rachel for someone else? Not so easy to overlook. Two separate people called her by that other name, Mr. Gold. That can't be coincidental."

"Perhaps she resembles a mutual acquaintance," Gold suggested. "In such a small town, it isn't too unlikely."

"Maybe," Tina admitted grudgingly. "It feels like more though. That's just too easy an excuse. Nothing is ever that easy."

"Perhaps," Gold allowed. He didn't confirm one way or the other. She was right, of course, but there was no reason to let her in on that yet.
