he petted the goat with a smile "stop being a grump" at least his goat hadn't lost its attitude, it was highly amusing to him. He left the barn to feed the sheep, milk the cows and feed them and calm all of them

Ivan followed Gilbert out to the sheep. He smiled when he saw Gilbert's sheep.
He liked sheep. Perhaps it was because he himself had sheep's horns. He could always find comfort in sheep, too. Their coats are so soft, and all the sheep seemed to be so comforting and friendly to him.

the sheep looked at him suspiciously as he approached but it hadnt seen what had happened only seen the aftermath so it approached ivan readily, after all the man had fed it just the day before.

Gilbert started milking the cows "hey ivan while you over there can you feed puff?"

Ivan nodded with a smile and brought food to the feeder for Puff. He ran his fingers through her coat and found it to be quite soothing....

She followed him to the food and back allowing the man to pet her, it felt nice

He continued to milk the cows and smiled watching ivan pet the sheep and called over "LOOKS LIKE YOU MADE A FRIEND!" he shouted over. he had tried to show the man his birds but they all had their own animal that they found comforting. his brother had had his dogs. his dad had wanted him to have dogs to, so much more then the little chicks but they were his, and it looks like ivan found his. Puff was a sweet little sheep so it was probably perfect

Ivan smiled and blushed, looking away from Gilbert. "Yeah, I guess so." he said quietly as he kept petting Puff.

puff came in closer adoring the attention she was being given by the tall man.

gilbert grinned "good! have fun with her, ill finish up for the day and come get you when im done" he said as he fed the cows. he waved and ran off to do a few more various chores like clean out the horses stalls and other not so glorious tasks

Ivan nodded and sat nearby, petting Puff still, and admiring her. She was so adorable.

she layed down next to him quickly starting to fall asleep next to ivan. the hand running through her coat was soothing and making her sleepy

Ivan lay down on the ground, resting his head on her coat, and soon fell asleep with her.... As he fell asleep, however, he began to transform back into his true form, horns and all....

the sheep shifted under him in her sleep a little just to get comfortable as the horns came back and started digging into her a bit

gilbert had just finished his chores and started walking back. he saw ivan and puff sleeping from afar, thats adorable. he began to get closer when he saw that it was ivan or the ivan he knew "Ivan!?" this thing looked like him but it was like a monstrous version of him complete with horns and everything "HOLY SHIT!" this must have been what killed piggy, was it ivan? or was this thing just a coicidence!? it had to be ivan. he ran forward and snatched up puff struggling a bit under her weight and tried to run with her and while shooing the cows. he would have any of his other animals hurt

Ivan's head hit the ground when Puff was pulled out from under him, and he groaned as he woke up. He noticed Gilbert running away with Puff. He scrambled to stand, then ran after Gilbert. "Hey, where are you going?!" he called

He tripped and went down fuck fuck fuck. he pushed puff forward so shed start running forward. he looked back to see ivan/thing running after him. he scramble backwards on his hand trying to get away but not having the time to waist getting up. god damn it why did he have to trip! "dont hurt any more of them!" he yelled still scrambling away, his eyes wide and terrified. he didnt want it to hurt himself but it was his job to care for and protect the animals

Ivan stopped in front of him. "Don't hurt any more of them?" he repeated, confused. Wait, how did he...?
He looked down at his hands to find claws. He slowly brought his hands to his head, and they found horns.
Shit.

he was confused when he stopped but didnt waist the chance he scramble to his feet and raced off. he had to get away, he didnt want to die yet, he had just gotten the farm to himself. sure it was lonely but it was his and he had his birds. he was happy and he wanted to stay that way

Ivan swallowed and booked it after Gilbert. He didn't want him to run away....

fuck fuck fuck. why did it have to be ivan he was starting like him! he might have even been less afraid of this turn of events if he wasnt sure that it was this thing that had killed his bird and pig. he tripped again cursing. perhaps he should have done more laps with his brother. fucking irony

Ivan was able to catch up to him easily. When Gilbert tripped, he approached slowly and grabbed him at the shoulders, picking him up from the ground so that he couldn't run away. "What was that you were saying?" he asked. "About me hurting?"

he struggled but he had him in a tight grip and his feet wernt even touching the ground! he looked pissed at the question but then unsure.... maybe he had accused to quickly? "you killed my animals right? i said dont hurt any more of them!" he struggled more "i wont let you!" not that there was much he could do.... he tried not to think of that little detail right now

Ivan sighed as Gilbert struggled, and didn't answer the first question. "I'm not going to hurt your animals." he said quietly.

He relaxed visibly he didnt know if ivan was telling the truth but in the off chance that he was that made him feel much better but there was still a variable "are you going to hurt me?" he voice was quiet and scared... he didnt want to die yet... he really didnt

Ivan paused for a moment, thinking. "No, I'm not going to hurt you...." he replied with a sad voice. Why did everyone think he was going to hurt them?!

he nodded.... "are you ivan?" he asked quietly

Ivan swallowed and remained silent. Should he tell him?

"are you?" he demanded
