"Wouldn't I?" Jade asked as she walked them toward her house. "Wouldn't I Dave?"

"Of coarse not!" He sounded skeptical.

She laughed "Okaaaay" She smiled at him and got them to her house. "Come on in~!"

He followed after her, seeming pretty happy. He let his emotion show a little more around her than most people.

She led them to her room, where Bec was laying on the bed. "Bec~ I'm home~" She said to the dog. "Dave, this is Becquerel."

((Her room is still pretty close to the comic's. Just no robot yet xD and her shirt changer thing isn't there))

He pet the dog a little and smiled at Jade. "Cool room."

Becquerel sniffed at Dave's hand and nuzzled it. "Holy cow... he doesn;t do that to anyone...."

Dave laughed and pet the dog a little more. "I like Bec...and I most certainly feel special."

"You should!" Jade sat on her bed and tossed the red and green tangle buddies to the other side of the room. "Come sit!!"

He sat beside her, cuddling her slightly.

She laughed softly. "Here! We can watch stuff on Netflix!" She opened her lunchtop and put in the password, causing the screen to project in the open space in front of them.

He stared at it. "Whoa... That's cool..."

"Equius helped me make it." She giggled and pulled up Netflix and picked a crappy comedy movie.

"Equius must be really cool."

"He's a bit odd..." She laughed softly and cuddled up to Dave. "But yeah, he is"

Dave couldn't turn off his smile. "This is wonderful."

She giggled. "Is it really?" She looked up at him then nuzzled him a bit more.

He nodded. "Yeah. It really is."

She looked at the movie she had put on for a moment before closing her eyes, listening to Dave's heartbeat.

He simply pet at her hair.

It didn't take much for Jade to fall asleep against him, breathing silently, her glasses still on.

Dave just smiled, removing her glasses and also falling into a slumber.

Jade woke quickly when she heard the front door open a few hours later. Her lunchtop had gone into idle.

"Jaaade! I'm home! Dad said you were sick?" John called from the front of the house.

Dave's sunglasses had slipped off and he moaned softly at the noise, just pulling Jade closer.

Jade wiggled out of his arms as best she could and covered him with the blanket. "u-uh, y-yeah..." she fake coughed, which sounded pretty damn believable. "I-I think I just got a little bug... I should be fine tomorrow.." She called in a raspy voice.

"Did Dave catch it too? He wasn't in class today." John was getting closer to the room.
