Dave gave a cool guy smile. "Sup?"

"Not much, cool kid~" She said, using the nickname she always used for him. "Sup with you?"

He snickered. "Just being cool..."

"I can tell." She laughed softly. "Are we just going to stand in the hallway?"She asked, raising an eyebrow

He shrugged. "Maybe..." He retreated into his room.

Jade took a few steps in, and then was unsure on where to go after that. It was a mess, yeah, but she didn't mind. She just had no idea where to sit.

He sat on the bed and patted the place beside him. "Have a seat.."

She smiled and walked over to the bed and took a seat where Dave told her to. She looked at all the wires everywhere. "How do you not trip everyday??"

"Cause I have wonderful balance of coarse." he made it sound like the most obvious thing ever.

"You must be the master of balance then!" She laughed and looked to him.

He snickered. "Smart ass.."

She shrugged. "I have my moments..." She smiled. "So, what movie are we going to go see?"

"I dunno..some scary movie..unless you're to scared..since you're a girl and all....."

She pouted. "A scary movie it is then." She crossed her arms, trying to act tough.

He shook his head. "Ok, but don't blame me when you're scared."

"I won't get scared." She stuck her tongue out at the blonde teen. "So ha!"

"Yes you will." He disagreed.

"Nu-uh!" She said, looking at the boy. "I will not get scared." She scrunched up her nose, making her glasses move slightly.

He couldn't help but admit that was cute. "Well, I'll be there if you do get scared."

"Well..." She smiled. "I'll hold you to that cool-kid!"

He felt his self confidence building. He secretly didn't even like himself. Not at all. He just hid behind disguises and words.

"So, if I do get scared, I have permission to... Hide in your arm?" She asked with a cute smile.

He managed to keep the blush off of his poker face. "Sure. Of coarse."

She giggled softly. "Then, I will definately hold you to that..." She blushed at her own words. Did she just... flirt?

The softest of red tints hit his cheeks. "I'm cool with that. Cool guys comfort pretty girls.."
