He frowned. "Odd?"

"Yeah... odd...." He frowned.

Gamzee shrugged. "I don't really think so.."

"Are you sure...?"

He nodded. "Yeah. I have mom..even though most of the time she's kinda spacey and doesn't really know i'm there."

"That doesn't sound very nice...."

"It's ok. It's always been that way."

"But.... that just seems so uncool..."

"Naw man...I'm pretty chill about it.."

"But it seems so terrible...."

"That's why I have you. That way someone cares about me."

"I-i see..." He smiled a small smile at Gamzee.

He made a purring noise and nuzzled his friend.

Tavros laughed and hugged the boy suddenly

Gamzee was shocked by the sudden action, but more than pleased. Tavros' dad stood at his door, glaring.

Tavros sensed him and turned. "Oh, hey Dad....."

"Why did you not ask to bring someone home." He glared even more. "And what exactly are you doing." He was noting the position Gamzee had taken, all curled into Tavros' lap.

"Um, this is my friend Gamzee...." He said, blushing.

His dad cleared his throat. "I see...well, tell your friend that you have to do homework so he has to go."

"O-oh..." He looked at Gamzee. "Gamzee, I need you to go home."

Gamzee made a soft sound, leaving like a kitten that's been scolded. Tavros' dad sat on his bed. "Do you need to tell me something son?"

"Um... I don't think so..." He said, looking down. "There's nothing going on between Gamzee and I like that. Remember, I'm dating Vriska?"

His dad shook his head. "You looked pretty intimate over there."

"He's just affectionate is all...." he frowned. "What if there was something going on between Gamzee and I?"

His father thought about it. "I would expect you to tell me and not try to hide it. I have nothing against homosexuality, I'd just like to know before hand so we can lay down some rules about your boyfriend." He pet at Tavros' hair. "I will support anyone that truly accepts you.. also, I told Vriska that you can't be with her anymore. Son, I don't want anyone bossing you around like that."
