Karkat shook Gamzee "come on buddy get up."

His body was very limp, but he was clearly breathing.

Karkat hesitated, not quite sure what to do, before lightly kissing the other troll and fleeing back to his bed.

Gamzee's eyes flickered a little and he tried to grab blindly for his morail.

He hesitated again before going back to Gamzee. "S-sorry... that was uncalled for..."

Gamzee yanked him down, lips pressing softly against the red blooded troll's.

Karkat's eyes widened, but he kissed the other back.

Gamzee suddenly jerked away, flushed. "I...I-I'm sorry....I really shouldn't have...oh gog...I'm the worst matesprit ever.."

He shook his head. "No, I'm sorry... and, you aren't the worst matesprit ever. He fucking slapped you and bossed you around. That's not Matespritship. That's the makings of a kismesiss"

Gamzee curled into himself. "I...I..love you..."

Karkat hesitated once more. "I love you too...." He nearly whispered.

"I...I can't..." He cut off as Dave got back in the room, yanking Gamzee out by his hair.

Karkat glared and jumped up to defend his friend. "Let him go!!!"

Dave bit hard on Gamzee's neck, bringing a high pitched mewl. "Shut up Karkat." He grumbled.

Karkat growled and grabbed Dave by the neck. "Let him go!

Dave bit down harder, drawing blood and a shrieking sound. "Get off of me mutant." The Strider hissed. "You've brought nothing but trouble since you arrived."

He glared at the teen. "You're hurting him! How can you claim matespritship if you hurt who you're supposed to love?!"

Dave slapped at the red blooded troll. "Stay out of our relationship!" The Capricorn was holding his neck, looking frightened.

"He is my moirail and I want the best for him!" Fires were lit in his eyes. "And you, fuckass aren't what's best!"

Dave got ready to tell again, but stopped. "honk..HONK...honk...HONK...honk...." Gamzee's mouth curled into a huge smile, makeup cracking around his lips. Sharp teeth poked out and long nails were raked across Dave's chest, red human blood dripping through the rips that were now on the Strider's shirt. "Gamzee..." Dave backed away, clutching his ribs and gasping for air. The capricious troll turned to Karkat next. "hey there....MOTHERFUCKER........" He hissed out, staggering closer with blood lust in his eyes.

Karkat looked at Gamzee before swallowing hard. "Gamzee.... Calm down. Remember what happened last time..." He moved close to Gamzee. "Just calm down..." Despite the extereme risk, he grabbed Gamzee and threw him into the hospital room. "Nurse! This man in the hall needs help!" He couldn't let Dave die, despite what he had been doing. He ran back into his room and shut the door.

Gamzee screamed and howled inside the room, thrashing against the door angerly. "COME BACK HERE MOTHER FUCKER. i'm not going to hurt you..." He cackled. "OR AT LEAST NO MORE THAN YOU FUCKING DESERVE!" A nurse was quick to come get Dave, and Gamzee went for Karkat the instant he was back in the room, only to be stopped by a doctor who came in. The man grabbed Gamzee'a horns and sat on top of him, calling for help. After being restrained and sedated, Gamzee laid limp on the floor, still honking weakly. He was quickly taken from the room, escorted somewhere else in the building.

"Don't take him from me!" Karkat screamed as they took Gamzee away and another orderly put him back in bed.

A nurse checked Karkat to be sure he had no more wounds. "I'm sorry, but your friend...might need some help...we should keep an eye on him for a while.."
