"Right," Maeve said. She grinned a bit when Chandelure drifted through one of the walls. "There you are, I was starting to wonder. Where's Gardevoir?" She knew her pokemon sometimes wandered; they knew better than to cause trouble, so she let them. Chandelure gave an approximation of a shrug and she rolled her eyes.

Tony snickered. Even he'd gotten that one.

"So helpful," he said with a grin. "She's probably off flirting with Gallade."

"I wouldn't put it past her," Maeve said. "She's really crushing on him."

"I can tell, it's kind of hysterical." Tony grinned. "I think the only two more oblivious are Jules and Cap."

Maeve snickered.

"No kidding," she said. "I kind of want to point it out to Jules, but I kind of don't because there's actually paperwork for that."

Tony snorted at that. "If you make it happen, I'll get the paperwork filled out for you," he said, grinning broadly. Because really, that would just be hysterical to watch.

"You can't even get your own paperwork filled out," Maeve pointed out. "Scientific fact backed up by both Pepper and Coulson." She grinned. "But I'm sure it wouldn't take much to get Coulson's signature on the form, once I can get him to stop pouting over the fact that he'd be signing off on Cap dating an agent."

"I never said I'd be doing the paperwork," Tony pointed out. "Just that I'd get it done." He grinned. "And Coulson will never stop pouting over the fact that Cap's dating someone."

"I'm not going to give you my paperwork to hand to Pepper or Coulson," Maeve said. "That would be counter-productive, and you'd owe Pepper more shoes." She grinned. "I'll let you know if I have to fill out that paperwork."

Tony snorted and shook his head but nodded his agreement. "I don't know which would be funnier--watching those two keep dancing around each other obliviously or watching them try to get together because they'll be so awkward."

Maeve rolled her eyes.

"Be nice," she said. "They don't make fun of you."

"Why would they make fun of me? There is no reason to make fun of me, I am made of awesome." Tony grinned at her.

"Modest to a fault, too," Maeve joked, grinning a bit. "What would we do without you?"

"Be endlessly bored and not nearly so well-supplied." Tony grinned.

Maeve snorted.

"Go figure," she said, grinning. She checked the time and stretched a bit. "Almost time for the next seminar, I should get ready."

"Alright, have fun." Tony grinned. "I should get back to actually working now before Pepper tries to come up here and get me."

"Would they even let Pepper onto the Helicarrier?" Maeve wondered. "Or would they not dare refuse her?" She shook her head. "Something to ponder later. I need to prepare for another class." She shook her head. "I was not designed to be a teacher."

Tony nodded sympathetically. "Well, good luck with that. Maybe this group will be better than the last."

"I can hope," Maeve muttered. She nudged Ditto out of her lap and stood up. "At least I have this one to help demonstrate," she said.

Tony nodded. "Good luck and have fun. You coming back down for dinner?"

"Probably," Maeve said. "This is my last seminar of the day, and I still need to check in on Jules at some point to be able to honestly report back that I've seen her today and she's fine."

"She's fine. Last I saw, threatening Clint with a crutch. I don't know why she still has those around." Tony shrugged. "It's hysterical, though."

"She won't need them after tomorrow," Maeve said, waving a hand. "Medics told her a week, so she should be good after that. She just needs to be careful." She grinned. "Did she threaten to throw them at him or something?"

"She was holding it like a sword threatening to skewer him." Tony grinned. "Although before she did try to use it as a javelin. That was great."

Maeve snorted.

"Please tell me you have that on video somewhere and saved in a few places so it'll never get lost," she said.
