"Why would we be getting transmissions from thirty years ago?" Leana asked before noticing something. "Hey Tony...how do you take something out to separate it?" she asked. This was all new tech to her.

" Now watch carefully. It can be a bit tricky at first but these touch screens are quite easy to use. " Tony said and demonstrated how to separate the information.

Leana watched Tony do it for a few seconds before thinking she got the hang of it. "Okay, I think I got the hang of it," Leana said as she took out the piece of information that caught her eye earlier.

" That's good. " Tony said and went back to his own screen. He had to figure out what he was doing wrong when he was working with the code and was getting frustrated.

Andrea was learning as she went, since this didn't seem like a normal set of code. The problem was , that as she continued to work the feeling she got was getting worse.

Leana was starting to get annoyed. At times she thought she had part of the code solved, only to see that it was nothing at all. "Gah, there has to be a key in all of this! If we can only find it..." she said, annoyed at herself.

" How about we take a break. I can have lunch delivered here and we can relax a bit before it arrives. " Tony said feeling tense. He wanted to check in on Bruce since it had been a few days since they had talked. He also wondered if Fury was trying to contact Thor at all. If it was a relic of Asgard then Loki might have been the one who was behind this all. Tony hoped that wasn't the case shuddering slightly at the memory of the wormhole.

"A break sounds good" Leana replied. "I swear I've got a few things broken, but then it turns around to be nothing," she said with a light scowl.

" I also agree a break would be good. I have the same issues but it seems the code is trying to speak to me. I know that sounds crazy. " Andrea said and wondered if her abilities somehow could be used to solve this code.

"Do you think that it can be solved with your powers somehow?" Tony asked.

"Powers?" Leana asked.

" Maybe." Andrea said and turned to Leana." I found out today that I inherited the same abilities that my mom once had . It also makes me a mutant." She said and hoped Leana wouldn't judge her.

"A mutant, hm?" Leana asked as she placed her hand on her chin in order to think. "What did you inherit?" she asked. The reason she was asking for her powers was so that she could accurately come up with a codename for her. She figured it would show that she didn't care that Andrea had mutant powers or not...just like Andrea didn't have any grudges against herself.

"Telepathy and I'm able to predict the future somewhat." Andrea said.

"So a Time Wizard then, hm?" Leana said with a light grin.

" I guess so." Andrea said with a smile on her face. She had a feeling that code name fit her abilities the best.

Leana grinned as well, as did Tony when he saw the two girls act. "Though if you're going to be working for S.H.I.E.L.D. then you need a nickname yourself Leana. I'd say The Assassin, but for some reason, that doesn't seem to fit you..." the inventor of Iron Man said with a serious tone of voice.

"True...Andrea, why don't you think of something?" Leana asked.

" How about The Shadow. Hackers and assassins have one thing in common , they like to keep out of sight. " Andrea said hoping that worked. She wasn't good at this sort of thing but was willing it give it a shot.

""The Shadow...I like it," Leana said with a light grin.

" I'm glad you do. " Andrea said and had a feeling she and Leana would be good friends. She was starting to feel a bit hungry? Since it had been a few hours since breakfast.

"So...Time Mage and The Shadow...would you ladies like some lunch?" Tony asked with a light grin on his face. He was actually glad that the two of them were bonding so well, from what he overheard, he had a feeling that they would have been enemies rather than friends.

" That would be wonderful. " Andrea said. She hoped that she would be able to communicate with the code somehow but wasn't sure if she was strong enough to do so.

"And hopefully since Iron Man will be with us, we don't have to worry about HYDRA or The Rising Tides," Leana said. She knew she shouldn't have said it, but it needed to be said all the same.

" Exactly. " Andrea said. She wondered if her parents had known HYDRA was still around but had the feeling if was someone else who had killed them. She really wanted to know more about who her mom was and if she had any other family.

"I don't think they'll harm me, with or without the suit," Tony said with a smirk on his face. He was actually grateful for that kid that he met. Otherwise he would still be having random panic attacks. (going with the assumption that he either didn't destroy the armors OR rebuilt them, either or)

( okay. I'm sure he rebuilt them. Only a couple weeks till Thor : The Dark World. :) )


Andrea knew they would be fine as long as they stayed close together and hoped that one on the Helicarrier was a mole. She didn't know why she was thinking that all of a sudden and tried to shake the feeling away.

"Andrea?" Leana asked, seeing her look at something and yet nothing at all.
