"Thanks Natasha," she returned with a light smile of her own. Seeing the vehicle outside, she followed the super spy outside the building, and hopefully for the first time in her life, could feel absolutely safe. Sure she would most likely have to answer any questions that Natasha or her partner would come up with, but in lieu for not having to fear for her life for once; it would be a small price to pay.

"It's actually quite true. I don't know how to dance...I never had the time to learn," he admitted. What he did for the War bond efforts didn't count.

" Well I can teach you if you like. I'm not as good as my dad was, but I'm better than I use to be." Andrea said. She hoped they had some time to head to her apartment so she could pack a few things before they left, still not sure where the main SHIELD base was. There were rumors that SHIELD had a flying fortress, but wasn't brave enough to ask if they were true.


Natasha messaged Fury that her assignment had been successful and requested that Clint and herself be the ones to question Leana once they arrived on base." We should be at the airport in 20 minutes. I was just letting them know we'll be there on time." She said and hoped this trip would be uneventful, since most organizations didn't like being double crossed.

"I actually would like that, if we can find the time that is," Steve admitted after finishing his sandwich. He was thinking of what else they had to do in the remaining time before taking Andrea back to the Flying Fortress of SHIELD. "Andrea, do you have a place of your own?" he asked. He knew that in the time he was most used to, kids still lived with their parents while being in their earlier twenties, but knew, thanks to Nick, that now some people moved out into their own places. He also had a feeling that she had a few questions of her own to ask, but didn't want to for some reason and made a mental note to talk to her.

Leana nodded as she continued looking out the window, half out of interest, half out of looking for an attack. She knew that her employers would have to know by now that she was in SHIELD's custody, though she didn't know if they also knew that she willingly went into their hands. "Hey Natasha, can I ask you a question?" she asked.

" I do. It's only an one bedroom apartment but it's just enough for me. " Andrea said with a smile. She had wanted to keep her old apartment but that building had been badly damaged during the Battle of New York and it had been a pain to move out of. " Will there be time for me to grab a few things? " She asked hoping there was.

" Of course. What is it?" Natasha inquired. She was keeping her guard up just incase something came up and would be ready to fight if things got too bad. She was glad that some of the cars on the road were really SHIELD agents and sometimes were used as decoys in case of an attack.

"I wasn't sure if you had a place or not, but I was planning on you gathering your stuff, if you wanted to that is," Steve responded. "Now then, is there any questions you have for me? I'll ask as much as I can on our way over," he added.

"Does SHIELD really have a flying fortress?" she asked. She had heard rumors about it, but that's all she knew. She also noticed how tense Natasha was and didn't blame her. She just hoped that the fake tracker she left back at the residence she in would buy them enough time to get to where they were going to safely.

" I would like to. Is it true that SHIELD has a Flying Fortress of some kind? There is speculation on the Internet but you can't trust some of the sources. " Andrea asked hoping the rumors were true.


" They are true. That's where we will be flying to. At the moment it's someplace in the Atlantic Ocean but later we'll be in the air. " Natasha explained and was glad to see the airport in the distance.

"They are. We need to take an airplane to it actually," he said with a light smile.

"That's surprising to hear, actually," Leana responded, letting out a small breath as she felt the car slowing down as they got closer to the airport.

Andrea was glad the rumors were true and gave a smile. " Sounds like a good idea. " She said knowing she would be safe there. She saw her grandma was getting tired and knew it was time she let her grandma get some rest.

" I should be heading back to my room soon. It was so good to see you again Steve. " Peggy said wanting to give Andrea time to pack her things. She knew it would be a while till she saw her granddaughter again but knew Andrea would be safe.

" How so?" Natasha asked. She knew about the Internet rumors and was glad the Helicarrier was mostly a secret to the public, knowing if it wasn't well hidden it would be an easy target.

"Likewise Peggy," Steve said in return, wishing that there was something he could do to help her. He knew that she was getting old, but still wished there was something that he could do. "Now then...if you want to lead the way young lady?" he asked Andrea after Peggy headed back to her room.

"One assumes that most things on the internet, when it comes to government, is that it's either negative publicity or a lie," Leana replied with a light shrug.

" Of course. " Andrea said as they walked toward her apartment. She had her guard up in case she still was being followed bit felt safe around Captain Rogers. " It's not too far from here , only 5 blocks away. "She said as they walked down the busy sidewalk.

"And you walk everyday from your apartment to your grandmother's," he asked, surprised after hearing far of a walk she had to take. 'If that's the case, then she's almost as fit as me,' he thought as he easily kept up with her. "You okay?" he asked as he kept up with her.

" I try to visit her everyday. Though there are days where my work keeps me inside for a while. " Andrea said. She sometimes went to the gym to work out but preferred going to the gun range and practicing her shooting skills. Andrea's dad had started to teach her about guns when she was 7 and let her shoot one when she was 9. " Here we are. It's on the 14th floor so we'll be taking the elevator. " She said and unlocked the gate that blocked the stairs.

" Here we are. It should take us about 45 minutes to reach the Helicarrier but it will be a while till that is in the air. " Natasha said as she got out of the car once it stopped. She liked Leana and had a feeling that the questioning would be easy. She just would have to tell Clint what she had in mind.

"That's good to hear, actually. I'm glad your grandmother has someone like you to keep an eye on her," he said with relief in his eyes. That was his first worry when he woke up from his slumber: that there was no one to love Peggy like he had and that she was alone. He knew that it was a foolish fear, but it was a fear he had all the same. The captain nodded nonchalantly as he followed Andrea inside the building, waiting for the elevator. After getting the details from Nick Fury, he still couldn't bring himself to like the contraptions, but he still saw their usefulness in them. Once the elevator opened, he held it open so that Andrea could head in first.

Leana grabbed her bag out of the car and followed Natasha, wondering what else would be happening today. Not only with whom she met, but what she would be seeing. 'I just hope it continues going this easily...' she thought before hearing Natasha speak. Nodding her head, she wondered what type of questions they would be asking her...and hoped that they believed her.

" Thank you. " Andrea said and entered the elevator. " Grandma is the only family I have. I do have distant cousins on my dad's side of the family but I don't know them very well. " Andrea said an set the floor number once Captain Rogers was on board. She smiled at the thought of meeting her childhood hero. " I promise not to take too long. " She said once they arrived on her floor.


" Need any help with your baggage ma'am? " The pilot said to Leana. He had been instructed to fly back to the airport once he had taken Agent Romanov and Ms. Hatcher to the Helicarrier. He was to also take Captain Rogers and Ms. Carpenter there too. This had been busy day for him since most days he stayed on the carrier working on the planes.

"You're welcome," Steve replied with a light smile before entering the elevator as well, listening to Andrea speak as they rode up to her floor. "That's a shame," he replied before he saw the doors opening lightly, habit causing him to move to the side of the door as it opened and his hand going to the side as if to draw a weapon. Realizing what he was doing, he blinked lightly before chuckling. "Sorry, force of habit," he responded and nodded as he waited near the elevator. He just hoped that nothing went wrong while they were here.

"No thanks, I got it," Leana responded quickly, not wanting him to touch her bag. It was one of the few possessions that she had that she was a little possessive of actually and waited for Natasha to tell her what to do next, obviously out of her element here.

" It's alright. I tend to do things like that out of habit myself. Would you like to see my apartment? It isn't very big but it is clean. Also I have something that once belonged to you. " Andrea said as she unlocked the door. Her grandma had been given Captain Roger's sketchbook after he had crashed into the ocean and had given it to Andrea for safe keeping. Seeing those drawings had inspired her as a teen to practice her drawing more.


" You might want to buckle up Leana. Flights like these can get a bit bumpy. " Natasha said once they were inside. She had just messaged Fury that they were on their way and was glad that Leana would have a place to stay while she was with them.

"Thanks," Steve said as he said he would like to see her apartment, curious as to what it would look like. "You do?" He asked. He had thought that throughout everything that happened that his sketchbook would have been lost throughout time. Not that he was known for his drawings seeing as he was Captain America, but still. He had a feeling that Andrea wanted to ask him about a few of his drawings though...

"Gotcha," Leana responded as she did as asked, quickly tightening the buckle so that she wouldn't be jostled too much. The bag she had placed on the floor in-between her legs. "Just between us girls...I'll admit that this is the first time I've flown..." she admitted. She just hoped that she could live through this...

" I have your old sketchbook. It was given to my grandma after the war. She gave it to me to keep it safe. " Andrea said when she got her suitcase out of the closet. She didn't like it that she had so little closet space but she liked it that she was closer to where her grandma was.

" Really? I promise this will be a uneventful flight. We might encounter a storm on the way, but there's nothing to worry about. " Natasha said and strapped herself in. She wondered if Stark was on the carrier yet, since Fury had mentioned that Tony had been working on a trace to that message. The artifact they had was in a secure area of the Helicarrier and had the feeling that someone powerful wanted it.

"I see, thank you then," Steve said. Seeing that she was struggling with the suitcase, he asked if she wanted some help. Even though he seemed relaxed, he also knew that Andrea was tense as they headed to the apartment and up the elevator, causing him to keep a look out for any potential threats. He wasn't going to let anything happen to his granddaughter in all but blood.

"If you say so," Leana responded, though try as she might to relax, she couldn't. As a spy, she always made sure to look for an escape route in case something went wrong, but up here in the air...there was nothing and that scared her the most. "So...what type of questions should I expect from you and your partner Natasha?" she asked.

" That would be nice. Thank you. " Andrea said with a smile. She wasn't use to people offering to help her with these sort of things and was greateful for the offer of help. She could feel relaxed that someone was her to keep her safe and take her to safety, what worried her was that the group that was after her, would target her grandma, not knowing there were already SHIELD agents keeping watch.

" We'll start by asking you for your full name and then about your family. Then we'll go into asking about what you do as a career and who you work for. As long as you cooperate it will go well. Unless Agent Barton is playing darts with Tony Stark again , then we'll have some issues. " Natasha said not wanting to think about the last time that happened.

"You don't have to thank me," Steve responded with a light grin of his own as he helped Andrea pull the old suitcase out of the closet, noticing how it resembled that of his old friend's suitcase when he went to the front lines.

"Why do I have a feeling that I'm going to regret asking why that's a bad thing?" Leana asked after hearing Natasha tell her about her partner and Stark playing darts. The way she said it definitely meant that it wasn't a good thing.

" I promise I won't be too long. I'll just need some clothes and my computer stuff." Andrea said. She liked things that were different and the set of luggage she had was one of those things. It was similar to a set her grandma owned but this she had bought at a thrift store many years ago.

" Let's say after a few drinks , the dart's don't hit where they are supposed to. " Natasha said not wanting to go into detail. It was all Stark's fault that Clint had had a hangover for three days and she cleaned up the mess they had made. Fury hadn't been too happy when he had found out about that either.

"I'll be out here then, yell if you need me," he said before taking a seat, waiting for Andrea while still keeping his guard up. So far this had been too easy...

"...If that's the case, I'm not responsible for my actions," Leana deadpanned as she shook her head lightly as Natasha explained what happened. "Seriously...males," she said shaking her head lightly at that.

" Don't worry. I will. " Andrea said with a grin and went into her room. She packed enough clothes for an extended visit , not sure how long she would be away. Next , she packed her laptop , portable hard rive , and the notebooks she had all her tricks of the trade in. She liked to know how she decoded things and grabbed the Zip drive where she had a copy of the message and where it was located in the Internet. "I'm ready. " Andrea said. She had already cleaned her refrigerator today since she had planned on going shopping instead of going to SHIELD headquarters.

" I agree with that. Just as long as Tony doesn't know you are around things will be fine. " Natasha said and was glad Steve would be around. She had been on a few missions with him and was helping bring him up to speed on how things were done in this era. ' Doctor Banner will be there too since apparently he's helping SHIELD with a new project. " She added.

Steve nodded as he got out of the chair he sat down earlier in. Seeing that she had everything she needed, including some things that he didn't realize what they were for, and had a look of confusion on his face. "Sorry," he responded after a few seconds before leading her towards a SHIELD vehicle.

"So let's see...stay away from Stark, the heroic playboy. No surprise there," she said before shaking her head lightly. "A new project?" she asked after hearing Natasha speak.
