"Papa?" Skye asked as she entered the room slowly, not believing her eyes. She had been searching for so long for her parents and now...

" It's me sweetie. " Roger said with a smile. " It's so good to finally meet my little girl. " He said and gave a hug to his youngest daughter.

Skye relaxed into the hug, happy that she was finally able to meet her father. "I've been searching for so long..." she muttered softly as tears started falling from her eyes.

" I know. I always wished we could have raised Andrea and you both. " He said and smiled seeing Andrea and Leana in the door way.

Andrea gave a small smile and waved still in shock seeing her dad alive . "I'm sorry I gave you and mom trouble. " She said feeling she needed to apologize.

"You mean it?" Skye asked, hopeful. It was a fear of hers that her parents abandoned her because they didn't want to raise her as their own.

" I mean it. We wanted to raise you with your sister so badly. But the men who had been after your mother had kidnapped Andrea and we had few choices on what to do to keep you both safe from them. We felt you had a better chance at a happy and safe life with another family. " Roger said having a feeling Skye didn't have a family growing up. " I'm so so sorry about everything. " Roger said and wiped his eyes.

" I know you and mom wanted the best for the both of us dad. Who were these men who were after mom ?"Andrea asked.

" I can't remember really. I wish I did since they weren't Rising Tide or even HYDRA. Even Magneto isn't savage like that to kidnap a little girl at three years old. " Roger said angrily.

"Then I wonder who it was..." Leana muttered. "Do you remember any details about the people that were coming after Andrea at the time?" she asked. As an assassin, she might have been able to figure it out.

Skye grinned happily. "Thank you...that means so much to me," she said.

" Not many. They wore suits and were tall. But what they were I don't know. "Roger said.

" Sound sort of like the Silence to me but let's hope that we don't have to deal with them. " Andrea said with a shudder.

"Who ever is after me we'll fight them. " Peggy said entering the room and smiled at her son. " Anne will be here soon. " She added.

"It is good to see you again mother," Anne said with a smile on her face, glad that her family was here safe and sound, even Leana.

" It's good to see both my children and their daughters together " Peggy said and felt Leana was family too. " Roger I have someone for you to meet later. And I know you will be happy to meet him. " She added since Steve would be here soon.

"Oh?" Roger said, completely curious as to whom his mother was referring to.

" Well, actually two of your heroes are here. But the one you are going to meet first is your namesake. " Peggy said remembering she had told Roger about Steve when her son was a boy.

"Wait...you mean Captain America? But I thought you said he was dead..." Roger replied, surprised.

" That's what everyone thought until almost two years ago. He was found frozen in the arctic, though I only recently found out he was alive." Peggy said with a smile.

"I had heard rumors about him being alive, but I didn't want to get my hopes up or show that I was starting to break free of the mind control on me," Roger said as he let go of Skye. After he caught up with everyone, he would like to hear about his daughter's life.

" Well it wasn't happy. I know you both wanted me to have a good family bau it seemed that every time I ws placed in a home they sent me back. After a while it made me wonder what was wrong with me. " Skye said looking down.

"Hey, nothing of that now. You may have had a terrible past, but that's what it is, the past. Your family is here now and we're not leaving you," Roger said with a light hug.

" I know you are here. I'm so happy I have a family now. " Skye said and knew her team was also a part of her family.

" I'm happy too. We'll get through this I promise. " Anne said to her girls.

"That we will," Roger replied. "That we will."

" I have a feeling this a bit strange for you Leana." Roger asked since he had trained her and hoped his two remaining students would listen to reason.

"A little bit..." Leana admitted.

" I'm still a tough teacher but I promise I'm not the jerk that you knew me as. "Roger said and heard a knock on the door.

"I'll wait and withhold judgement until I see it with my own eyes," Leana replied.

" I understand. Maybe once I'm better we can spar?" Roger asked and paled a little bit seeing Clint at the door. " Hello old friend. Please don't kill me just yet. " He said.
