Skye giggled lightly. "Thanks mom"

" You are very welcome. " Anne said with a grin. " What ever you girls choose for dinner is find with me. I need to talk to Steve about our plan of attack when Loki strikes. " She said.

Skye nodded before hugging her mom as they parted ways.

Andrea rubbed her head and hoped she hadn't overdone it today. She was going to be helping Skye later on with getting dinner ready but wanted to train a little bit on her own. She liked training with Leana , but hadn't had much of a chance to be alone since thing had gotten busy.

Leana was watching Andrea train, surprised that she wanted to get some in today even though she had given her the day off.

Andrea took a break and gave Leana a grin. " We still have some time till we head to dinner. What would you like to do?" She asked.

"I was gonna surf the net for a while honestly," Leana admitted.

" Alright. I was going to play some computer games." Andrea said.

Leana nodded, knowing that they needed to wind down every once in a while.

" Do you want to join us for dinner tonight? I know mom and dad would love to see you. " Andrea said hoping Leana would be there. It was nice her family accepted Leana as one of their own.

"Sure. I don't have anything else going on," Leana replied as she scratched the back of her neck. "I'm actually quite happy that your family has accepted me so well," she admitted softly.

" I'm glad they have too. Dinner is at six. " Andrea said with a smile.

"Thanks for the info, and the invite," Leana replied before leaving the room, letting Andrea have it to herself.

"Sooo...when are you going to tell her?" Tony asked, blinking as he then saw a kunai dangerously close to his ribs.

"Don't scare me like that," she said, stopping the blade at the last possible second. "And I have no idea what you're talking about."

"Suuuuuuuure you don't. No one here is going to judge who you go out with, as long as you keep it professional on missions," he said with a light shrug. "Now then, can you get that kunai away from my ribs Ninja Girl?" he asked.

Andrea spent some time playing computer games and then decided to take a nap. She wasn't sure if it was because she was tired or that she was just stressed. Andrea laid on the couch and thought about Leana and was happy they were friends. She wasn't sure anymore if she wanted to be in a relationship with anyone , but didn't want to be alone.

Mai saw Ward training with Skye and let a small smile grace her face, glad that Skye was taking to this training like a fish to water.

Skye was getting better at the hand to hand combat but still had difficulty with the firearms. " Would you like to meet my parents later but I'm thinking my dad wants to meet you. " She said.

"Oh? And what brought this on Skye?" Ward asked, curious.

" I was texting him this morning and he asked to meet my SO. Though I'm thinking my mom talked to him and he's being overprotective. " Skye said and blushed. She wasn't used to this but was glad she did know who her parents were.

"Well, you are the youngest, from what I've heard. It's only natural for a father to want to protect his daughters, especially his youngest. What time is dinner?" he asked.

" Dinner is at 6:30. Don't know what we are having since mom and Andrea are doing this. I just hope it's something good. " Skye said and was looking forward to her first family dinner.

"Thanks for inviting me then Skye," Ward said.

"You're welcome."Skye said with a grin on her face.

Ward nodded, surprised that she would actually invite him to dinner with her family. Shaking his head lightly, he went back into his Senior Officer role. "I believe we still have some training to do..."

"That we do."Skye said with a grin.

"Mai watched the two for a few minutes before heading back into the cockpit of the plane. She liked it there since it was nice and quiet.
