Sasuke saw the white fire and ice wave coming towards him and jumped over the white flame and allowed the attack to meet the wave of ice, canceling each other out, creating steam within the area.

Amaya quickly blew the mist away by shooting wind bullets into the air, panting lightly after shooting the third shot that cleared the room.

Seeing that Amaya was tired out, Naruto moved to stand in front of her. "Take a minute to rest, Maya-chan. I won't let him hurt you." The faunus said.

That was it, the perfect moment to jump in. While the steam was still lingering, Itachi silently dashed into the fray, managing to get right in front of Sasuke before the mist was blown away. He didn't take time to register his brother's reaction before he struck, his own sword glowing with his Aura, directly at Sasuke's chest. However, he didn't use the blade- he used the butt of the sword.

"Thanks," Amaya replied as she did exactly that, knowing that she was done fighting...for now. As she was recovering, she thought about whether or not she could forgive Naruto, and Blake, for lying to them.

Sasuke was about to do something while under the cover of the steam before sensing someone in front of him. Before he could react, he could feel something colliding with his stomach before causing him to double over in pain.

Thankful for his enhanced sight, Naruto watched as Itachi attacked Sasuke. Taking that chance, Naruto bounded around behind Sasuke to kick him to the ground while he was still doubled over.

Itachi knelt down and grasped his brother's throat, holding him still. "Foolish little brother. As strong as you have become, you still can't beat me. At this rate, you never will. Did you really believe that we wouldn't come after Blake-chan? That Naruto-kun would come alone?" The elder Uchiha shook his head sadly. "You failed to plan for everything. It's disappointing, really."

Hikari jumped forward, scissor blades ready, and waited. If Sasuke tried anything funny, she would be ready for him. And unlike Itachi, she had no problem using the sharp edge of her weapon on the bastard.

"Y-you think I ha-ven't p-lanned?" Sasuke choked out as he brought his two fingers up before swiping them down, activating the item that Orochimaru had given him that he placed on Blake, causing her to cry out in pain. What's worse is that it was using Blake's own Aura to power the amulet around her neck.

"Blake!" Ruby shouted as she turned towards the cat Faunus. "You monster! What did you do?! she yelled out in anger. One of her teammates and friends was hurting and there was nothing she could do at the moment to make it stop...and Itachi was choking him at the moment where he couldn't explain what was happening to one of the first friends she made.

Itachi pressed harder on Sasuke's neck, then picked him up by the neck, grabbing his arms and holding them painfully behind his back. He let his neck go. "You have thirty seconds to reverse whatever you did, little brother, or I will torture you slowly." He said, as calmly as ever.

Hikari snarled and leapt over to Blake, where she studied the amulet she was wearing. "If I can suppress her Aura, the amulet will be useless...but I'm not sure I have the energy to do that."

Naruto circled around to face Sasuke. "You have already killed and hurt several people I cared about. I will not let you hurt Blake-chan. I've never even considered killing another person, but make no mistake, if she is hurt or killed, then I will kill you, Teme. He growled, as the whisker marks on his cheeks became more pronounced, his canine teeth and fingernails lengthened, and a red Aura formed around him.

"Who...says I haven't...hurt her already...Dobe?" Sasuke asked as precious air came back into his lungs. Sure he was still in a bad spot, being held by his older brother, but at least he could breathe again. However, the smirk that was on his face was temporarily slapped off his face as Naruto backslapped him for such a cheek, causing Sasuke to laugh lightly.

Weiss slowly sat up, hiding the wince from hearing Blake screaming out like that as well as the burns crossing her back. 'Think Weiss, think! Your father made you study up on all magical items in case you needed to use one or another on a Faunus or human. An amulet...stealing her lifeforce...wait a second,' she thought before it came to her. "Hikari! If you can suppress Blake's Aura for ten seconds, I should be able to reverse the spell formuale! Especially if it's the Amulet of Gilgamesh!" Weiss shouted out as she saw Naruto explode with a crimson aura.

"And I can help you if you need more Aura," Yang added, especially since she hadn't done much during the fight and had felt semi-useless when her younger sister was doing the fighting alongside the others.

Sasuke's eyes widened for just a fraction of a second as he heard the white-haired girl he burned earlier say the name of the Amulet he was using. He knew he should have put more power into the attack on her.

Hikari nodded. "I think I can do that, but only with some help. Yang-chan?" She asked the blonde, holding out her hand. They had to hurry.

Itachi tugged at Sasuke's arms, just to hurt him a little for being so nasty. "If I were you, little brother, I would stop talking. Naruto-kun is close to killing you already." He said wisely.

Naruto pulled back and punched Sasuke across the face, hard. "BASTARD! You're lucky your brother is holding you, or I'd run you through right now!" He yelled, sounding just a little more animal than human.

Areku was curious as to what was happening with Naruto, never hearing something like this happening before in a Faunus. He made a mental note to ask Naruto about once everything was done and over with.

Yang nodded before taking Hikari's hand, letting the leader for Team HANA take over. She just hoped that she had enough to give.

Weiss knew it would be very difficult to move, if at all. Seeing Ruby nearby, she asked her team leader and partner for help. Seeing Ruby nod and help Weiss to her feet, she winced but only for a second before Ruby helped Weiss over to Blake. "Wish I didn't leave my tools at home for this stuff," she muttered before using a small glyph circle on her finger and pressed it into the center of the Amulet. This caused several glyphs to show up at once. "A Level 5...okay, good. I thought it would be harder with what this does," she muttered once again before getting to work.

Hikari nodded quickly, as if to reassure herself, before she pressed her free hand to Blake's forehead and began to suppress the other girl's Aura. Her own Aura surged, taking some of Yang's with it, as it pressed down and dampened Blake's. "Work quickly, Weiss-chan. I can only keep this up for a few more seconds." She said, sweating slightly.

Weiss nodded, showing that she heard Hikari before continuing work on the interlaying glyphs. A few seconds later, she smirked before the five different colored glyphs flashed white for a second before turning a dormant black. "Okay, it's safe to take it off!" she commanded after moving back, hissing slightly due to the pain her back was in. 'I hope this doesn't get infected...' she thought to herself.

Hikari quickly reached forward and pulled the amulet off of Blake, releasing her Aura just after she did so. "All set. Hey...Weiss-chan, is there any way you could reactivate this thing? I think we should put it on Sasuke-teme." She said.

Naruto hissed slightly. "Only if it hurts him ten times worse than it hurt her. If it won't, then just skip it and I'll take care of the bastard myself." He said darkly.

"I...I can try, but after this is over, I'm passing out. Someone can carry me for all I care," she said before asking for the Amulet back.

Hikari handed over the amulet, secretly hoping it would work. Not because she wanted to see Sasuke hurt- she did, but that wasn't the reason. Really, she just didn't want to see Naruto do something he would regret later.

Itachi watched quietly, not wanting to see his brother hurt, but unable to protest. Sasuke deserved what he was getting, and he knew that. It was just difficult for him to watch, considering all he once did to protect the boy.

Weiss took the amulet from Hikari's hand before activating the glyph matrix on the amulet once more. Seeing what she had to do, she seeped a little bit of her Aura into it and saw the various glyphs of color come back into life. "Blake...would you like to do the honors?" she asked as she held the outstretched amulet to the catgirl.

Blake smirked, liking the way that Weiss thought, as she took the amulet from the white-haired girl's hand, noticing Weiss close her eyes and silently pass out, most likely from the stress that she put her body under after getting burned. 'poor thing...' she thought before moving towards Sasuke with a deadly feminine grace.

Hikari caught Weiss as she fainted, glad that she had been right there. "Thank you, Weiss-chan." She said, even though the white haired girl couldn't hear her. Then she looked up and watched with a dark glint in her eye as Blake moved forward with the amulet.

Naruto forced himself to stand still and watch, even though a deep, dark part of him wanted to leap forward and rip the younger Uchiha's throat out. Part of him wondered where all that hostility was coming from. It wasn't his usual behavior.

As the amulet was placed over Sasuke's head, Itachi closed his eyes. "Forgive me, little brother." He whispered, so low that not even Sasuke would hear him.

"Poor thing. Thanks for healing her Hikari," Yang said as she saw Hikari catch Weiss. While the girl could become a pain in the ass when she wanted to be, that didn't mean she hated Weiss, especially not when she saved her sister back in the Emerald Forest. That, and despite being the Ice Queen of Beacon, she was an alright person to be around...most of the time.

As Blake placed the amulet over Sasuke's head and made sure it was secure, she looked over towards Naruto's way and looked at him worriedly. Ever since this battle with Sasuke started, he had been acting darker...and she was worried. It was highly unusual for a Faunus to gain a red aura. There was also the hostile nature. 'Wait...Could Na-kun...be one of the nine?' she asked herself as she fastened the Amulet around Sasuke's neck.

(By one of the Nine Phoenix means the jinchuuriki. Phoenix is assuming that you're having Naruto tap into Kurama's powers here)

Hikari shrugged. "She needed help, so I helped her. I'd never leave someone in pain like that, if I can help it. Besides, we're comrades in this particular mission." She said.

Itachi was struggling with himself. His conscience as a teacher and a law-abiding citizen told him that Sasuke deserved this pain, and more. However, there was still a part of him that wanted to protect his little brother, a part that still saw Sasuke as that innocent little boy who looked up to him. He wanted to let Sasuke go, encourage him to run away, forget they ever saw him. But he knew he couldn't. He had to see this through. Sasuke had done wrong. He wasn't a child anymore, he was a criminal. This is all my fault...

((Yeah, you guessed right. Though Wolfie was thinking that instead of having the nine be jinchuuriki, they can be, like...super faunus. Like, legendary, prophesied beings who are reborn every X amount of years, and they appear when the world needs them most...*shrug* it was just an idea, to try and keep it in the RWBY universe and avoid having to play separate characters for the demons. Also, she's sorry to harp on about Itachi's inner struggle, she just thought it was an interesting angle...and couldn't think of anything else to say. ))

(I'm actually okay with this idea for the "Super Faunus" *nods* though should Naruto tell Blake or should Blake figure that out on her own? I can see both happening since Blake likes to read and whatnot. Also...have you seen ep 5 of Volume 2 yet? Sorry for always asking but...

Also on the topic of Itachi and his inner struggle...I can see him having that, especially since he has a little brother complex when it comes to Sasuke.)

"Still, thanks," Yang said with her usual cocky grin in place for a few seconds before it fell. "About Naruto and Blake...what should we do about them? Yes we should forgive them, but can we honestly truly trust them again after all of this?" she asked softly, hoping that Hikari heard her and that Naruto and Blake had not.

"Itachi?" Amaya asked, concerned. She had a feeling that he was in turmoil when it came to seeing what was happening to his little brother, but wasn't sure. Since she was an only child, she couldn't understand what it was like to have a brother or sister.

((Wolfie thinks Blake should figure it out, especially since it's unlikely that Naruto would already know. He is Naruto, after all. And no, she hasn't seen ep 5 yet. Perhaps she will take a look tonight.))

Hikari bit her lip. "Honestly? I'm not happy that they lied, but I kind of don't blame them for it. You've seen how faunus in general are treated, and if it got out that they were White Fang? I can understand why they kept quiet. And in the end, they both came clean when they could have continued lying. I think...I think we should forgive them, and I think we can trust them. They've proven trustworthy so far, besides this one thing, and we all have things we don't tell even our friends. I'll be making Naruto-san do all of my chores for the next month to make up for it, but yes, we can trust them." She said.

Thanking whatever gods existed for the distraction, Itachi turned his head to look at Amaya. "Is something wrong, miss Amaya-chan?" He asked.

(Alright. and Phoenix apologizes if his asking every Thurs/Fri/Sat annoys you Wolfie-chan)

"That's not a bad idea...wait, even do your laundry? Why Hikari, I thought you already had Areku..." she teased. Now that the threat was over, Yang could revert back to her teasing/flirty self. Though Hikari did have a point. Besides Blake lying about herself being a Faunus and the both of them lying about being in White Fang, the two had been honest with them. "And...you make a good point. Though I think we should keep this between the two teams. Team CRDL would have a field day with that info and I like Team JNPR but Juanne...I can't see him keeping a secret to save his life," she added after a few seconds.

Ruby sighed lightly, glad that everyone was now okay and that Sasuke was detained, his own Aura being used against him. She shuddered lightly at that for a few seconds before shaking her head. She didn't want to think what her own Aura could do to her, nor her own Semblance.

"Nothing wrong with me, but...are you okay Itachi? You can talk to me, you know," she asked, wanting him to talk to her. She wasn't going to force him to do that, but she was worried for him, especially since he just had to witness the Amulet of Gilgamesh being placed on Sasuke.

((Oh, no, it's fine, really! If anything, she's glad you remind her every week, or she'd forget. ))

Hikari chuckled. "Oh, no, not my laundry. That's Ark-san's job." She said, then shook her head. "You're right, we should keep it to ourselves. There's no need for anyone else to know." She agreed.

Itachi paused for a moment, then shook his head. "No, I am not okay. But I do not wish to talk about it right now. Later, perhaps?" He asked, slightly hopeful. It would be nice to talk to someone.

"Wait, what's my job?" Ark asked as he heard the tail end of the conversation between Yang and his girlfriend.

"Later, and I'm definitely holding you to that Itachi-kun," Amaya replied, not realizing that she used a suffix.

"Doing my laundry." Hikari answered with a giggle.

Itachi nodded. "I am a man of my word, miss Amaya-chan."

Areku just shook his head at that. "Whatever, though if I do your laundry, all jokes and teasing are permitted," he replied. "Anyways, we should probably head back. I'm sure Principal Ozpin is wondering just where the hell we are."

"Alright," was all that she said, as Amaya wondered just what to do now. Sure they had to back to the Academy, but should they take the bounded, and now harmless, Sasuke with them, or leave him here to rot?
