"Hey!" she said as she got out of her sister's hold and smoothing her hair back down. Giving Yang a light glare, she got up on her bed, making sure not to wake Weiss up before going to sleep.

Chuckling, Yang went over and got into her bed, making sure to keep quiet. She didn't want to wake anyone.

(timeskip to morning with Ruby meeting up with Sun?)

Ruby had slept until mid-morning before finally waking up, curious to see what Sun was doing today and if he was willing to spar with her. Little did she know that she was falling into the plan set by Hikari and her sister...

Hikari made sure to wake up early so that she could go and find Sun. She wouldn't let him see her, but she would direct him from the shadows toward Ruby. But first, she had to tell Ark what she was doing, so she went over and gently shook him. "Ark-kun...Ark-kun wake up." She whispered, not wanting to wake the others.

"Huh...wha?" Ark asked for a few seconds before seeing Hikari being the one to waken him and quickly woke up. Sitting up in the bed, he gave her a look of confusion as he scratched his hair lightly. "Hika-chan? What's wrong?" he asked, fearing that something was going on.

Hikari grinned to let him know that everything was okay. "Remember that walk I took last night? Well, there was more to it. I want to tell you about it, but we need to walk and talk." She said.

"Alright," Ark said as he yawned lightly. Stretching lightly he moved out of his bed. "Give me about fifteen minutes, okay?" he asked before taking a set of clothes with him.

Hikari nodded. "Okay, hurry up." She said, sitting on Ark's bed to wait for him.

Ark heard Hikari before heading into the bathroom, mocking his captain."Yes ma'am" he said with a mock salute before heading into the bathroom, quickly turning on the water and heading inside, the cold water actually waking him up. Taking a ten minute shower, he quickly dried off and got dressed in his normal civilian clothes and headed back out. "So...you said you wanted to walk and talk, right?" he asked, making sure he heard correctly.

Hikari chuckled at Ark's mock-salute. She waited for him to come out, then stood up. "Right, walk and talk. I'm interested to hear what you think of this..." She said, taking his arm and making to leave.

"Think about what?" Ark asked, now curious as to what his girlfriend was talking about, following her out of the room.

As they walked, Hikari filled Ark in on hers and Yang's plan. "So, what do you think?"

"I think it's a good idea, if not a little risky. If either of them find out Sun and Ruby are going to kill the both of you, you realize that, right?" he asked, knowing that both Ruby and Sun could use each other. "Though why the name 'Solar Flare'?" he asked, intrigued.
(Just to give you a heads up when RT posts the episode that they have on their website onto Youtube for RWBY...You'll be in for quite a treat. Just saying) |

Hikari nodded. "Yes, I know that. Which is why I filled you in. You can help me stay hidden behind the scenes." She said with a smile. When he asked about the name, she grinned. "Yang-san and I went back and forth on that one. She came up with "Solar Flare" and I agreed. It works because Sun-kun is the Solar part, and Ruby-chan is bright like a flare. And it's perfect because Yang-san and I are both fire users, so we could talk about it openly and no one would know. It would just seem like we were talking about battle strategies." She explained. |
"True. And you aren't telling Naruto and Amaya about this because?" he asked after hearing what the explanation for the 'Solar Flare' was all about. And it actually made sense, surprisingly and told her as such. "So I assume that Yang is talking to her sister about Sun while you are talking to Sun about Ruby?" he asked.

Hikari nodded again. "Right. I already talked to Sun-kun last night. Now we're going to see if he goes to meet Ruby-chan this morning." She told him. "I would tell Maya-chan, but she's going through a lot with this business about her mother. And Naruto-kun, as great as he is, can't keep a secret to save his life."

Ark nodded, knowing that was true. "I see," he said with a light chuckle. "I just hope Amaya is going to cope with Cinder being her mother."
Ruby yawned lightly as she woke up. Remembering what her sister said about Sun last night, she wondered where she find the monkey faunus... |
Hikari lost her grin, and nodded. "Me, too. I can't imagine finding out something like that about a family member..." She said sadly.

"Me neither. I just hope we don't have to fight her..."Areku said before seeing Ruby...and it seemed like she was looking for someone, possibly Sun.

Hikari nodded, and looked up to see Ruby. Seeing her chance, she waved. "Hi, Ruby-chan! You're up early. What's up?" She asked cheerfully as they approached.

"Nothing really," Ruby admitted with a nonchalant shrug of her shoulders. "Though...have you two seen Sun? I wanted to thank him for helping me and Blake at well...I just wanted to thank him for help with a fight," she admitted, trying to hide the fight at the docks.

Hikari smiled. "Well, I haven't seen him since yesterday, he was training a little ways away from here, near the forest I think. That's probably a good place to start." She suggested.

"Thanks Hikari!" Ruby shouted before using her semblance to speed away.
