"... but she's going to have all these memories..." Pietro replied uncertainly, "and you called her Ceres?"

June nodded, "It was her first name as mine was Juno. We all remember our first lives clearly but the others tend to blur. It's mostly knowledge we remember or at least when we need it." Juno rubbed the back of her head. "Though I'm pretty sure Vesta- er... Victoria remembers everything. Her Soul tome is HUGE."

"... Soul... what now?" Pietro blinked at her.

"Soul tome. It's like... You know how there's that book in the never ending story? It's kinda like that." Juno pulled hers out. A small green leather bound pocket book. "It's basically our live's story. Everyone has one though everyone else's is stored beyond this realm of existence. "

Pietro stared at her, "... and Celeste-Ceres, has one of those? That she can just... whip out?" his mind was somewhat reeling. A world of mutants was easy to grasp but this went so far beyond that. There were only four of them in existence and he was dating one of them. And Magneto didn't even know they existed-but if he did...
"... doesn't that mean you're way more powerful than my father realizes?" he asked. "How'd you manage to keep that from him?"

"Not yet. It takes some practice to pull it out." June said pushing Pietro down in the desk chair. This was a lot to take in. "It hasn't been easy keeping this from your father. But even if Eric knew, I don't think he would use it against us.... Savage on the other hand... He was the man who forced us from our homes, killing our families...

HE knows what we really are. Just take a breath. It's a lot to take in."

Pietro a ran through his hair, "I uh... I need a minute" he suddenly took off, vanishing from the premises pretty quickly.

June sighed, Maybe she should have broken it to him more gently? Well, if he was going to be with Celeste he needed to know.

Coco and Brutus had cuddled up to Ceres on the bed. June looked at her watch, "The boys will be coming home in an hour..." Sh thought outloud looking at Celeste.

Pietro was still gone by the time the boys returned home.

June sent them into the backyard for their training drills and while they were distracted, she scooped Celeste up on her back and walked her home.

*ding dong* June rang the door bell.

Wolverine answered the door, "I was about to come lookin' for her" he frowned, "what happened?"

"Her memories have come back." June said coming inside, Columbus and Brutus following close behind her. "It puts a lot of stress on the body. She just needs to sleep."

"I know" Logan replied, taking Celeste into his arms with ease, "I've done this before"

A small smile appeared on her face, "I better get going before my presence causes a riot. I have a teenager to locate. Come along Brutus." Brutus rubbed up against Columbus before following June out.

Logan nodded to her and carried Celeste into the mansion, tucking her into bed.

June teleported all over the place trying to locate Pietro. She even teleported places he would got when they were little.

Pietro was nowhere to be found, he didn't even come home that night.

June kept looking and to no such luck. She crashed on the couch about 5 in the morning, completely drained from all that teleporting.

'Gotta get that kid a cellphone.' She said making a mental note.

Celeste woke up rather early. She stared up at the ceiling for quite awhile. So... another life cycle huh? She held her hands over her head and stared.

Yup, Still me... Then she remembered Pietro had been there. Gods, she must have scared him. What would he think? How much did he know? Had June told him? A pit was growing in her stomach. What if Pietro looked at her differently? Treated her differently? Couldn't look at her the same as he had before?

Celeste got up and slipped his jacket on, rubbing her cheek against her shoulder. She wouldn't know until she saw him next. Feeling like this might end them, Celeste snuck out to the treehouse, wanting to be alone and relish in the memories she'd made with him.

Pietro was curled up in the treehouse, asleep against the wall.

Celeste gasped, surprised to see him, "Chu?" She closed the door behind her as quietly as she could.

Why had he come out here for? Celeste turned on the small LED candles on the wall before approaching him.

He was out like a light, after spending most of the night running around he was exhausted.

Celeste grabbed all the blankets and drapped them over Pietro before wiggling her own way underneath them. "Chu <3" She whispered softly. He was so cute when he slept.

It made her heart flutter to know that no matter what had happened, he had retired to their secret place. Maybe not all was lost.

She closed his eyes, wondering what she should make him for breakfast...

Pietro slept a little while longer and when he awoke he smiled at the surprise of her company and snuggled her, then he remembered why he was there in the first place, "... Celeste?" he spoke tentatively. June had said that she wouldn't be any different but he didn't really see how that was possible.

"Chu chu?" She mumbled, opening an eye part way before closing it again, snuggling up to the man shaped heat source.

"Are... you... okay?" He asked uncertainly.
