Erik was already asleep head resting on the pillow. She could tell by the slower rise and fall of his chest.

Martha glared in a different direction watching Richard play with the super computer.

April smild some at Eric before finaly dozeing off herslef.

Richard sighed."that Jason kid knows how to hack a computer",he said pulling up all the files."well Bruce, hes out to get you thats for sure....",he said softly."attacking the people you care about is the best way",he then blinked as a e mail form Starfire came in.Opening it he followed a link to a video posting from Deathstroke. He played it waiting.

The vidoe showed death stroke infront of a wall.He was laughing."Hello fellow villians of Gotham,many of you, know who i am",he said sounding calmer then ever."as you know,i am here to ,detroy Batman and any other hero thats stands in my way once and for all",he paused."even , a few or our brothers.They have desided to ,care,love,and orotect the heros we hate so much.So sadly .after leaking my files,and info to Batman,I had to kill the Riddlers son,Jason"he said calmly."I should thank Huntress,not trusting him,and unwilling to keep him close after all that he has done for her,made it so easy for me to kill him.A single shot to the head,so i made sure he did not suffer",he then cracked his neck."But for the one lost there is a new comrad,though, they are unaware that they are helping us...so until im ready to use them...i ask,all of my villian brothers,to rise up,help me take over Gotham...free our brothers in Archam! all of us, against the few that are left standing in our way....anyone who does not co-operate ,will be killed.So Knight,i suggest you do the right thing and come back to your brothers. Richard stared at the screen."this...is bad....",he ran his fingures threw his hair."who do you think his new omrad is?",he stood and began to pace the floor."and now,we cost someone their life"

"Technically Jason did it himself." Selena raise her eyebrow and looked to the computer and sat down turning on the video and shut the lights off. "Deathstroke is a coward hiding behind the stronger villians of the city." This was a deep insult since the only bad guy who had ever matched Bruce was Joker and Ra's. "If he wishes to not be a girl he will not hide and face Batman himself." She knew this would make the bad guys watch in interest. She sent the video out. "Know we wait."

Richard frowned.Then once Selene was donw spoke yup again."yes but he helped us,and don give me the same old BS about him not haveing too ro no body asking him too,he did it because he wanted to help",he said trying not to sound angry."and no one here feels the least bit guilty?"

Selina shrugged to her it was just another dead body. Martha stared at the wall face blank "I do feel bad for him." Bruce sighed. "He didn't have to help us but he did. We have to deal with Deathstoke then I'll deal with Riddler."

Richard couldn't believe them,well,he could.But leaving it alone he nodded staying quite.

In the mean time,April sat up gashpingand looked around the room relieved rubbing her head.

"You alright April?" Martha asked she could tell by the troubled look in her fathers eyes that he was thinking about Jason it bothered him that another kid had died because of him. It bothered her as well but she thought like her mother sometimes so it didn't bother her like it should. Damien looked pissed and was pacing never a good sign with him.

April sighed."I think so,though i had a stupid nightmare about Deathstroke",she said softly.

"What exactly about?" Martha frowned a little and patted her hand as Bruce prepared for the upcoming fight.

"He was talking to me...about something,i cant remember,then he said i was late....whatever that means",she said softly

"Your the thing he has." Martha gasped making Selina blink. "Well it makes sense April could never hurt Bruce."

April blinked."what?",she said looking lost.

Martha explained what Deathstroke had said. "It only makes sense up to a point."

April stared at her as she processed eveything.Then looked sad and glanced at Eric.He lost a friend."You guys arn't safe with me here",she said softly.

"Yes well." Bruce grimaced. "If we let you go he'll have you for sure." he was doing push ups looking tired. "you know we could send Damien." Selina sighed. "I never said who the person dressed as batman would be."

April frowned."But if he gets me you have more time to plan what you need to to, the longer i stay here,the faster he canactivte me..or whatever...",she said thinking about the head achesand stood."I'll keep in contact"

Richard forwned."aPRIL..."

April sighed."Dad, It will be okay",she siad huging him."I cant risk hurting any of you",she said softly."Just please ,Kepp Eric safe, I know all of you hate him,and for some,he'd end up just another body",she stared right at Selena and Martha."But I care about him,its hard for alot of you to comprehend and accept,but he would not be 'just another body',she said finally pulling away."Look at Eric,he died helping us, and no one cares,but Eroic,and even me",she said softly before heading out as fast as she could,not wanting to cry. Martaha,Selena,her dad, ..and maybe even Damien and Tim, could care less if Jaosn was trying to turn his life around and ended up dead doing so."Heh i always have to see the good in people",she muttered

Richard watched as Apriil flew out ,stareing after her after she was long gone.

Erik woke as soon as he felt April move. "Wha?" he grinned "April?" "She left." Martha sighed making Erik blink he cursed as Martha explained. "She should have taken me with her." he pouted a little and turned from them staring into the darkness of the blindfold.

Richard frowned."She probably wanted to...but she didn't want you to get hurt....she ,loves you",he said calmly,still trying to wrap his head around it

"But I wanted to be with her." Erik sounded sad. Martha would never understand how they could be in love instead she joined her father in training.

Richard watched the others for a moment and joined him."I know.I think she's scared to be alone,but ,didn't want to risk your life...if you died on her,I think April would shut down...."

"And if she died on me?" Erik sighed. "I love her just as much as she loves me." he shook his head. "I understand her reason though...I probably would have done the some thing."

Richard nodded."as much as I hate to admitt it , your good for her....shes lightened up alot being around you"

Erik blushed softly. "I'm glad to her you say that sir." he grimaced. "If I could see your hand I would shake it."

Richard laughed some and grabbing his hand like a vice grip shook it

Erik shook it back with the same strength. "Still no response from Deathstroke...maybe he really is scared of you dad." Martha mused having pinned Tim to the ground during there sparring session.
