"Story?" Damien blinked then smiled at Lori who was asleep already.

"I'll explain while we walk." Bruce said, heading up the stairs. As he walked, he told Damian everything that had happened since he died, including the story he'd made up to explain his death to Martha.

"That's adorable...Where is Martha and Helena?'' Damien asked stuffing his hands in his pockets laughing as Lori snuggled closer to Bruce and called him teddy bear.

"Last I heard, Martha was staying with Gemini. And Helena is on a date, I believe, with her fiance." Bruce answered as he entered his and Lori's room.

Damien blinked. "A date." He smiled. "Good for her...I think I'll go. Unless you want to talk."

Bruce raised an eyebrow. "No...we can talk in the morning. Just be careful, okay?" He said.

Damien looked a little disappointed but he went off to his room without complaint.

Lori woke with a groan. "Oh my head." She sat up rubbing it.

Joker grumbled as Martha woke him with her crying. "Meh." He got up and went to the children. "Where is your mother?" He sighed taking her from the crib. "Let's keep this between us." He placed her on the changing table. "No need for people to think I'm soft."

Bruce, who had slept sporadically all night, woke up instantly at the sound of Lori's voice. "Lori...I'm glad to see you up. How are you feeling?" He asked.

Gemini was woken by the lack of heat from next to her. Rubbing her eyes, she went to check on the kids, and stopped when she saw what was going on. She stayed quiet and watched with a smile, wondering how long it would take for him to notice that she was there.

"Honestly I'm not soft you know." Joker picked up Martha who blinked at him. "Don't look at me that way its the truth...Gemini's right behind me isn't she."

"Never better." Lori grinned before kissing him passionately.

Gemini chuckled lightly. "Bingo!" She said, walking into the room. "It took you longer than I thought it would...softy." She teased.

Bruce was slightly taken aback by this, but slowly kissed her back. "Good to know you're okay." He said, once they broke apart for air.

Lori grinned and yelped. "MARTHA!" she sprung to her feet and quickly dressed arriving at Jokers place in no time.

"Am not." Joker huffed then blinked as the doorbell rang. "Must be Lori here take this child and return her." he handed Martha over.

Bruce blinked, shook his head, and went downstairs for breakfast.

Gemini giggled as she took Martha. "Start getting the twins up, please." She said, before going to answer the door. "Morning, Lori. Martha's fine. Where did you go last night?"

"Well...that's kind of hard to explain." Lori looked to the car as Damien got out to collect Martha. "Hey little sis. Hey Gem." he glared at Joker before smiling at Gemini. "yeah that kind of explains what happened last night." Lori chuckled

Damien grinned "yep alive and well thanks to Lori and I don't even feel like being evil." He smirked at Martha. "Though I could tickle you!" He tickled Martha making her giggle. "Its hard to explain what I did but all that matters is that he's alive." Lori shrugged.

"Of course I forgive you." Damien blinked. "You couldn't have stopped that from killing me it was to deep." Martha pouted when he stopped tickling her.

"It's fine they can call me that." Damien looked immensely happy that the twins had said his name. "Brother?" Martha tugged him sleeve pouting. Damien looked like he had just hit the lottery 'Alright I'll pay attention to you." he chuckled tickling her gentle. "Cute." Lori grinned.

Know Damien looked as if he had been granted the best prize in the world. "Of course I will." He grinned. "Come on Lo...mom let's go tell dad." He raced off to the car. "Mom." Lori blushed. "That's going to take some getting use to." She swallowed then hugged Gemini before following Damien to the car."

"Well that was interesting." Joker smirked. "Good for Lori she some how managed to resurrect him.
