Ruby had turned back to her book, not wanting to see the look on Weiss's face, already having a feeling that her girlfriend was thinking one of two things right now. "Weiss...that line has you thinking about it now...isn't it?" she asked.

"Y-yes..." Weiss said softly as she tried to get herself under control. "S-she r-really wrote this..." Weiss let out, just having a hard time putting it into her mind that Yang would be this blunt about it so early on.

"Yes she did," Ruby said with a light sigh. "That, right there, is my sister. It's also why I didn't want you reading that..." she admitted with a heavy blush.

"Y-You don't have to hide things just..." Weiss cleared her throat. "Warn me at least."

"R-right. Warning you next time," Ruby replied. "Still...I hope Raven's okay. Blake was very worried when she heard her friend was poisoned.

"Raven is the only other Faunus I took a liking to. Besides Velvet of course. I can't imagine who would do such a thing. Even then, It was targeted at a very specific group of Faunus."

"It was targeted for Wolf Faunus exactly. Which makes me wonder if Raven was the actual target or not..." Ruby said, thinking out loud.

"Wait... Targeted..." Weiss said simply before thinking. She was piecing together the small puzzle before her. "They act almost like sisters... and Blake was in the White Fang before coming here." Weiss tensed. "That... can't be it..."

"That Raven was in the White Fang with Blake?" Ruby asked at random after listening to what Weiss was saying, most likely pondering it out.

"That can't be right... but.. It's the only thing that makes sense... Not one but TWO members of the White Fang... right under our noses." Weiss let out a bit annoyed by that. With how Blake was reacting to it, It was easy to see why Raven would do the same. But she now wanted to know how deep this rabbit hole went.

"You...aren't going to...go back to your old self...are you?" Ruby asked after a few minutes and hearing the annoyed tone in Weiss's voice.

"My old self? No. But I want to know, I want to know exactly how connected Blake and Raven are. If they really were together, then that could mean a lot more then anyone of us could realize." Weiss said, knowing that her family was targeted by the White Fang and if Raven was... Team RAJA and RWBY could both be targeted.

"What do you mean?" Ruby asked curiously.

"If Raven was part of the White Fang... This could be an attack from anyone. That means both teams aren't safe. I've dealt with attacks almost all my life, the signs are possibly there."

"Oh...perhaps we should ask them once they get back?" Ruby asked, unsure. She didn't want to pry into Blake, or Raven's, past like that but if they were in danger...

"We shall see. I will not bombard Blake right away. I will wait until the proper time. If we ask to suddenly, It could end badly and she will run away on us."

Ruby sighed lightly at that. "I remember that...and I don't want a repeat of that honestly," she admitted.
"A repeat of what?" Yang asked as she helped Blake walk into the room. Once that was accomplished, she quickly led Blake to her bed and let the cat faunus lay down before staying next to her, having a feeling that Blake would want her to stay close. "Sis?" Ruby asked, a little curious and a little worried as to what happened. |
Blake was instantly out as soon as she laid down, her body instinctively resting against Yang as her mind continued to work on processing the information she was given.
"Yang? What happened?" Weiss looked confused and concerned. It was still early, Blake was wide awake when they left and now she passed out immediately upon returning to the room. Something wasn't right. Her stomach tightened as she began to think that maybe their conclusion was more accurate then they believed. But she might be over thinking things as well. |
Yang absent-mindedly ran her hand through Blake's black hair, smiling lightly at her faunus girlfriend for a few seconds as she fell asleep against her, using her 'Heat' Aura to warm the space around her, but kept it to just around herself and her girlfriend.
"Sis...what is it? What's wrong?" Ruby asked, concerned. Yang heard both Weiss and Ruby and sighed lightly. "It's bad...and I wouldn't be telling you this if kitty here didn't give me the go ahead to tell you this," Yang started to say before telling the White rose pair what exactly happened: Who Adam was to Blake, Raven and her time in the White Fang...everything that they needed to know. "I know it probably goes without saying, but if Team RAJA wants help, I want us to aid them. Sis...please?" Yang asked. |
Weiss stepped in for Ruby, making sure to interrupt her before she could make a statement. "With everything that has happened, This is a simple decision... I can't simply turn down someone who has been so friendly to us. Even if they are a faunus." She said, playing an overly cool facade despite the information she was given.

"You know...that sounded a lot like an agreement. I think my sister is a good influence on you Ice Princess" Yang said with a grin.

"Don't tempt me Yang. I'm trying..." Weiss said as she looked away with a scowl.

"Sorry, I couldn't help it," Yang said with a light chuckle. "But that's the jist of it. Luckily...they don't know about kitty here being in Beacon, but Leonus knows about Raven and isn't afraid of using her team against her," the blondette said with a light sigh.

"Well then, What do we do." Ruby said as she looked at Blake.
"That's simple. We wait for Blake to wake up then discuss this... as a team." |
"I agree. I told her that i'd let her sleep for two to three hours. A short...catnap, if you will," Yang said with a grin on her face.
