When Gemma realized that Kenzie was going to stick around Tony for a while, she ended up drifting back towards the elevator and heading upstairs. Maybe there was a quiet place where she could settle and try to make peace with things. If not, she figured she could always just head home and let Kenzie do what she liked.

Kenzie did stay with Tony for a few minutes, until the other person's smell got to her. Then she headed out to find that person, pausing in the gym and glancing between the three people in there. Sam she knew, but the other two she didn't.

But she did want one of them.

Clint was getting his ass handed to him in the gym. He was sparring with Natasha, and she was taking a vicious sort of pleasure in keeping the upper hand through the sparring match.

Kenzie stood back to watch them, her eyes all but glowing in the gym, still bright gold. Oh yes, she liked them both, although the proper Fae would need an introduction first. But the other, and he looked and smelled part-elf to her, would do nicely for her hoard. She nearly purred.

It didn't take long for Clint and Natasha to hit a stopping point, and they broke apart easily. Almost in unison, they glanced over at the doorway where Kenzie was watching.

Kenzie approached them easily, nodding to them each. "Good afternoon." See, she was getting better at this, she hadn't accosted anybody today.

"Hello," Natasha replied evenly.

"Hey," Clint added. They both watched her carefully. They knew exactly what she was.

"I would like your permission to add you to my hoard," Kenzie told Clint, her gaze now entirely on him, though she watched Natasha out of her peripheral vision. "As you know, Bucky is already one of mine. If you say yes, I will not bother you, nor will I ask you to do anything you don't wish to. It needn't interfere with your life."

Clint blinked. Okay, that one he wasn't expecting.

"Wait, you want me?" he asked. He glanced from her to Natasha and back. "You sure you don't actually want her or something?"

"I'm sure." Kenzie shrugged. "I may want her in future, at some point, but for now I want you."

Natasha just smirked faintly, letting him deal with the dragon.

"Okay than." Clint gave her a bit of a side eye. "Why me? I'm just another guy."

Kenzie snorted at that. "No, you're not. You have fae heritage, that much I can tell, and you are an Avenger, besides." She shrugged. "I cannot give you more concrete reasons, beyond that I simply know."

Clint shrugged.

"Still a normal guy, as far as anyone here is concerned," he said. "'Cept for Nat, but she knew already."

Kenzie shrugged. "As I said, I cannot give you a better explanation." She was watching him, though, because he hadn't said no yet.

Clint studied her for a moment, and then shrugged.

"What the hell," he finally said. "Sure."

Kenzie positively beamed and immediately patted his head.

"Good, now you can help me convince Tony Stark as well. He doesn't believe I'm a dragon, and I do not have the room here to fully show him."

Clint blinked.

"Wait, Tony?" he asked. He smirked. "Oh this should be good, I should make some popcorn for this." It was going to be absolutely golden watching Tony try to make peace with things like dragons. There was a reason Tony had no idea about what Clint and Natasha really were yet.

"Indeed." Kenzie huffed. "Do you have any ideas for convincing him?" She wasn't above asking for help, after all.

"Short of changing form and letting him poke? Nope," Clint replied cheerfully, grinning. "He's one of those 'seeing is believing' types."

Kenzie sighed at that. "I don't have room here, and it will take a few days to arrange the necessary trip to the country," she grumbled.

Clint grinned.

"And in the meantime, we can watch Tony try to wrap his mind around things," he said, snickering. Natasha just rolled her eyes and smacked him on the back of the head.

Kenzie grinned at the easy familiarity between the two of them.

"Will you come back up to the living room with me?" she asked, looking between the two of them. "I sort of... ran off. Poor Bucky." And poor Gemma, but she'd do whatever she had to with Gemma later.

Clint nodded a bit.

"Give us a bit to clean up," he said. "Then I'll meet you upstairs. Sound good?"

Kenzie nodded. "I'll see you up there," she said, unable to resist touching his cheek once before she turned and left. Her hoard was growing, and she was really quite pleased. She had never been one to keep a small hoard for long.

Clint nodded and headed to the elevator. If nothing else, he wanted a quick shower.

Gemma was in the living room, leaning against one wall and watching out the window. For the moment, it was quiet, and she could think for a bit.
