"Oh no," Natasha said with a bit of a smile. "I'll keep my feet on the ground, thanks. I'm not Clint."

"It'll be fun," Steve said with a grin. "Like New York but less being shot at and fewer pointy objects."

"Which is why you should take a turn," Natasha said, neatly maneuvering it back around to him. "Go on, don't be shy."

"If she offers another go-round," Steve said with a bit of a shrug. "Bet I could even drag Stark up, if only so he can bitch about science not working like that."

"You do that," Natasha said, nodding once. "Let me know how that turns out." Hey, it wasn't her job to goad Stark into things anymore.

The rest of the day went well, and Kenzie turned human again for the dinner with the farmer and his wife. She made sure everyone was introduced, at least.

Fortunately the couple had made a lot of food. Enough to even feed the whole group. Which led to some good conversations, and ended up with the farmer chatting with his good neighbor about who would win a fight.

"Nope, sorry, buddy," the farmer said, shaking his head. "Gonna put my money on Kenzie."

"Aw come on," Clint said, grinning, "not even a little bit of faith? I'd give Thor an even chance, at least. Maybe even the Hulk."

"Leave the Other Guy out of this," Bruce said. It was habitual at this point.

"Not even a little," the farmer said with a grin. "She could take Thor."

"How much do you want to put on that?" Tony asked, looking between the two. Because this could be interesting.

The farmer shrugged. "Twenty on Kenzie."

"Thirty on Thor," Clint retorted, grinning. "Come on, I've been in action with this guy, I know what I'm talking about."

The farmer grinned. "Not yet you don't."

Kenzie smiled when she heard and looked at Thor. "I would not be averse to a little fun, after dinner," she said, raising her eyebrows at him.

Thor considered it for a moment, and then grinned.

"Aye," he agreed, nodding. "I would be pleased to test my strength against yours."

"After dinner," the farmer said with a grin. Because he was looking forward to being right.

Kenzie grinned and nodded, settling in to finish her food. And make sure that her group were all eating too, because that was important.

Gemma noticed that Kenzie was mothering them a bit and rolled her eyes at the dragon. She did eat a bit quicker, though; she wanted to see the sparring match.

Once everyone was done, they all trooped outside. Kenzie grinned as she cracked her neck.

"Do you prefer me in my human skin or my original skin?" she asked Thor, because if she was going to beat him, she was at least going to give him the option of picking his defeat first.

"Twouldn't be sporting to face you in anything less than your true form," Thor replied as he casually lifted Mjolnir and then set the hammer aside. It wasn't something to be used just in sparring, not when he was unsure of how much the dragon would be able to take.

Kenzie grinned. Oh this would be fun. It only took her a moment to change forms, and she took a moment to stretch out before casually, lazily, reaching over to bat at Thor. In case he hadn't noticed, she was ready.

Thor grinned at that and launched himself at her. This promised to be an excellent bout.

Clint just grinned widely as he watched, perched up on top of the tractor. This was just too good to pass up watching.

Kenzie had a great time playing with him. He was a good opponent, and she was secure in the knowledge that she wouldn't accidentally squish him.

So of course, after several minutes of this, Steve's jaw dropped a bit in disbelief. "She's playing," he said, his voice a little faint. "She's not even fighting, she's just playing."

"Thor is, too," Tony replied quietly, just as awed (although he'd never admit it). "Look at him. He's having a great time."

"They both are," Steve agreed. And if this was just them having fun?

Well, he know how hard Thor could hit. Now he would feel bad for anyone who pissed off Kenzie.

Kenzie growled playfully at Thor and pounced at him.

Thor laughed joyously as he wrestled with her. It had been a long time since he'd really allowed himself to just play like this, and he was having a ton of fun.

Clint just wordlessly handed Cormick a ten and a twenty.

Kenzie was also having a lot of fun. Now that she was an adult (and had been for more than a few centuries), other dragons didn't expect or accept playtime, and it was rare for her to find someone who wouldn't be accidentally injured by playtime. So she was having a fantastic time playing with him, and had already decided she was going to keep this one.

Cormick grinned, rather smug, and pocketed the money.

Thor ended up on the ground, pinned under one of her feet and laughing.

"It has been a very long time since I last had as good a time as this," he said, still beaming.

Kenzie crooned approvingly and moved her foot, only to lay her head on him instead.

I as well. There are not many who would remain uninjured by this, so I have not been able to play.

Thor gave a soft 'oof' when she put her head on him.

"I would be glad to oblige if ever again you would like a partner," he offered.
