Rosemary looked from Lori to Jason and back again. "So...Damian really...l-likes me?" She asked. Seeing the answer in their expressions, she hugged herself. "I...I need to...get ready for my date." She ran past Lori out of the room. Clearly she wasn't ready to think about all this just yet.

"Poor Damien." Lori sighed then went off to find Martha and Bruce.

Rosemary ran home and got ready for her date, and was out of the house again before Gemini could blink.

Concerned by this, Gemini decided to call Lori and ask if something happened.

"Oh I told her Damien liked her." Lori answered then grimaced at the sudden yell that Gemini could hear over the phone. "YOU WHAT!?"

Gemini winced. "Oh dear. You probably shouldn't have done that." She said. "I'm gonna let you go."

"Yeah he's going to kill me." Lori chuckled then hung up turning to find a very angry Damien glaring at her. "I can't believe you! You ruined everything! Your not even my actual parent and you manage to ruin things! I hate you." he stormed off leaving Lori standing there looking wounded.

Having heard the commotion, Bruce came to see what was going on. He arrived to see Damian storming off and Lori looking hurt. He looked at Lori. "What on Earth happened?" He asked.

Rosemary, meanwhile, was out on her date. Unfortunately, she couldn't concentrate on the boy she was with because she kept thinking about Damian. After a couple hours, she made an excuse that she wasn't feeling well and the boy brought her home.

"I stepped in it." Lori sighed. "I told Rose about Damien liking her and he heard me telling Gemini about it." she shifted. "I feel bad." she pouted.

Bruce cringed. "Oh, ouch. Did he say something to make you look so...hurt?" He asked, moving to hug Lori.

Once Rosemary was home, she told her mother she was going to get ready for patrol that night and disappeared. She didn't show up at the manor, however.

"He said he hated me." Lori sighed leaning against Bruce. "He said well that I wasn't his parent but I ruined his life anyways. I'm not exactly sure how to feel about that.

Damien was out as well glad that Bruce had given him leave to go on patrol himself he needed the time to breath.

"I can see why you'd be hurt by that." Bruce said. "Don't worry about it, though. He's at that age where they say things like that without realizing what effect it has on others. He'll cool down in a while, and he'll apologize."

Lori hiccuped softly. "It was so mean." she sighed. ''It will be so hard when Martha becomes that age."

"I'm sure Martha will be saying those things to me and not you. It seems to go that way, anyway." Bruce said. Just then, the phone rang. "Five bucks it's Gemini."

"I'm not taking that bet." Lori chuckled and picked up. "Yellow?"

It was in fact Gemini on the other end. "Lori? Listen, Rosemary left for patrol a while ago, but she seemed really upset and I was just wondering if you guys had spoken to her."

"I haven't seen her and Bruce is standing right in front of me." Lori blinked. "I'll have him and Damien go and look for the her."

"Oh, God. Alright, have them look hard for her. And call me as soon as you get any news about her." Gemini said, sounding distressed. "I don't understand...Rose never goes out without checking in with Bruce first. And she was so distracted, anything could have happened..." Clearly Gemini had gone into worried mother mode.

"Bruce Rose is missing."Lori turned to look at him frowning softly. "She must be out patrolling. Do you think you can find her?" She glanced up the stairs. "Damien will want to tag along of course."

Bruce nodded. "I'll head out right away. Tell Gemini to relax." He said, knowing how the woman must be reacting to this situation. He didn't bother going to get Damian, since he had already told him he could go out alone. Instead, he just went straight for the cave to get suited up.

Lori waited for Bruce and Damien to come back pacing back and forth hoping the girl was ok.

Damien meanwhile was taking out a few robbers glad for the release of his anger.

Bruce found Damian just as he finished up with the robbers. He approached quickly. "Robin." He didn't use any real names, just in case. "We have a problem. Batgirl is missing. Have you seen her?"

Damien blinked and frowned. "No I haven't seen her." he glanced at the robbers. "I'm all finished here. I'll help you look."

"Good. I'll head north and you take south. Meet back at the cave in two hours. Contact me immediately if you find anything." Bruce said, then disappeared into the shadows.

"How does he do that?" Damien blinked then headed off into the city searching everywhere he could think of for Rose.

Bruce searched everywhere he could possibly think of. Unfortunately, the tracking device built in to Rosemary's suit was offline, which worried him. Two hours later there was still no sign of her anywhere. Bruce headed back to the cave to meet with Damian.
