As Lori opened her mouth to say nothing was different Damien's head hit the table followed by soft snores. She grimaced and then sighed. "It's not a seasoning. Ivy gave me a herb to take when I couldn't sleep, I most have grabbed it instead of the one I wanted" she stared at her plate. "I knew I should have put that where I keep it the last time I used it. He'll be fine." she glanced at Damien. "Out for a while but fine. Gemini it will be the same thing for you. Bruce I'm not sure you had so little it might not gave any effect."

Gemini looked down at her plate, more disappointed that she couldn't eat any more than anything else. "Well darn. But don't worry about it, Lori. It was an accident. As long as it doesn't hurt anyone, we'll be fi-" Before she could finish the sentence, she had slumped forward, asleep.

Bruce grimaced. He did feel tired, but he wasn't sure if it would pull him into sleep or not. "Well, what's done is done. I think it would be a good idea to just go to bed for tonight, just to make sure no one falls asleep at a bad time." He said.

Rosemary thanked whatever powers watched over her that she had only taken one bite. She wasn't affected at all. Of course, with Damian knocked out, her plans had a slight dent in them.

Lori was staring at Rose. She opened her mouth closed it opened it again then sighed. She leaned towards her "Jason didn't eat either and that small amount doesn't affect me." she pulled away. "Bed sounds like a great idea." she stood and glanced at Damien and Gemini. "I'll get Jason to carry Damien up to his bed." she smiled and summoned Jason who snorted before carrying Damien away.

Bruce missed Lori's whispered words, as he was yawning at the time. "I'll carry Gemini to one of the guest rooms." He said, getting up and picking up the redhead with ease. She was so small in comparison that she looked like a child.

Rosemary cut a glance to Lori, narrowing her eyes suspiciously. She didn't want her aunt going after Joker- that was the whole point of leaving before she could. There was no way she was going to just go along with her, if that's what she expected. While everyone was distracted, she slipped out of the room and headed for the Batcave, where she changed quickly and left the mansion behind. Even if Damian couldn't go, she had a job to do, and she would get it done before anyone else was put into danger.

Lori watched them go getting nervous when Jason left.

Joker was waiting for Batgirl when she found him. "Your late." he grinned.

Rosemary knew he was going to try to bait her. She showed no emotion at all, just stared at him coldly. "Several years too late, apparently. I should have known not to trust Ra's to do the job. If I want it done right, I have to do it myself." She pulled a gun from her belt and leveled it at him. "This time, I won't chicken out."

"Oh I'm sure your no chicken." Joker smirked. "Though why you left the manor defense this is beyond me." he chuckled. "I guess your just like your old man. You only think of yourself."

"They're not defenseless. I wouldn't have left them that way." Rosemary said, still emotionless. "Honestly, you're lucky it's me that showed up. If it had been Lori, she wouldn't have made it as quick as a gunshot. If you've got anything planned for the manor, I feel bad for you. Lori and Jason will take care of everything." She released the safety on the gun and fired, aiming for the heart.

Joker smirked as the bullet hit shattering the glass she had been facing into a million piece. "Oh I'll deal with all of them eventually. For know I'll take care of you and then Bruce can go back to his old self." he laughed from the darkness.

"You won't get that far." Rosemary stayed calm and reached for her belt with one hand, the other hand keeping the gun steadily pointed into the shadows. "I'll kill you here. Who knows, maybe my father's last thought will be pride that he turned me into a murderer." She pulled out a few pellets and threw them in all directions. A second passed, and suddenly the pellets detonated, lighting up the entire room- flash bombs. Having already braced for them, she wasn't blinded, and scanned around looking for Joker. She would shoot him the second she found him.

The room was empty save for two doors. One lead back outside the other further into the building. "You bats and your toys." Joker sighed. "Ruins all my fun...though I have plenty of toys myself." he laughed. The voice was coming from further in giving it a slight echo.

Rosemary growled slightly, already tired of his games. Instead of answering him, she moved forward, knowing she was probably walking into a trap.

"Let's right walk toward the door." Joker smirked. "You know if your mother had let you stay with me. We could have been great partners." he sighed. "Oh well now I have to kill you." the room seemed to empty but the voice was definitely coming from further down the hall it opened onto.

"Let you have me?" Rosemary scoffed. "You broke up with her the second she got pregnant. You never wanted me, or Jason either." Her voice shook just a little- Jason's pain bothered her more than anything she had ever felt for herself. She continues to move forward steadily. "If you want to kill me, you're going to have to show yourself. I won't go down so easily."

"I knew she would never let you be near me anyways." Joker sounded like he was smirking. "That's the past now." The door closed behind her and locked. All the other doors where locked and there where no windows that she could see. "Whoops." he laughed as a trap door opened above her head and dumped tattering teeth on her head.

Having expected this, Rosemary rolled away from the trap. She swiftly got up and tossed an explosive at the door, blowing it open. She did the same with the rest of the doors. "You forget, you're not dealing with Batman this time. I don't play by his rules."

"Oh I know that." Joker chuckled "That's why I have everything planned out." The rooms where empty except for one which had a person that looked like Joker. "Please come in."

Rosemary hesitated. The chances that the person she was looking at was actually the Joker were slim to nothing, but she couldn't take the chance that it was him. She moved forward cautiously, gun trained on the figure but ready to move at a moments notice.

The figure moved a little and suddenly tilted forward knock out gas filling the air. "Got you." Joker's voice sounded.

Rosemary sighed and pulled a mask from her belt, securing it over her nose and mouth. "Do you think I'm stupid? As if I would ever come after you without a gas mask."

"Oh but my dear this one works so much faster and the moment you walked in here you've been breathing it in." Joker clicked his tongue. "To bad this has to end."

Rosemary waited a heartbeat, trying to detect any changes in her. "...I don't think it worked. How lucky for you, I get to stick around longer."

Meanwhile Lori was talking to Selena and Pam trying to work out a plan.

Jason and Timothy Drake had already been captured by Joker already.

"Well I could skip to the next one. I already have two of the Robins." Joker sighed a little.

This, finally, made Rosemary snap. She couldn't be sure if he was lying, but if he wasn't...there was no one she could afford to lose. She took a step forward, only to have her leg buckle underneath her. The knockout gas, apparently, had worked after all. She fired at him again, though she couldn't be sure she'd hit anywhere near him, and collapsed.

Joker took Rose to the place he was keeping the others and went after Damien and Lori next.

Lori was pacing waiting for Jason and Rose to get back. Finally when it got to be 3 in the morning to went to wake Bruce and Damien hoping that she could. She went to Damien first and dragged him back to her room nudging Bruce.

"What's wrong?" Damien asked still half asleep.
