"Mmm, that's one way to put it. Although I'm surprised you have to ask." Nika smirked as she poured a dollop of cream into her coffee before offering him the container.

Bucky shrugged a bit.

"I'm good," he said. "I'm not perfect. I can always work on technique." He grinned teasingly. "Especially when a lovely lady is so kind as to let me know when I do something she likes."

Nika snorted at that. "Well, your charm needs no help," she said with a little grin. "And as I'm sure you've noticed, I can be rather bossy."

Bucky grinned.

"I don't mind that," he said. "It's nice to have an opinionated bed partner."

Nika snorted. "Well, at least I know you don't mind," she said with a little grin. "Who knows, might even go dancing with you again."

That made Bucky grin more.

"I'll look forward to it, then," he said.

Nika snickered quietly.

"So, got any plans for today? Off to find more swing partners?"

"If I'm lucky, today's be quiet," Bucky said, shrugging. "And I'll get to head out to the shooting range for a while." He grinned. "Got a new rifle I want to play with."

Nika eyed him for a moment before she snorted. "New weapons are always fun," she agreed. "Although it is nice to get to test them before you have to use them."

"This is true," Bucky said, grinning. "This one probably won't be my work rifle, though, I've got one already I like for taking out with me. The new one's a toy."

Nika snorted at that and shook her head. "Well, have fun with that," she said with a little grin.

"I definitely will," Bucky replied, grinning. "Of course, I'm assuming you know your way around weapons, if your job choice is anything to go by, so if you want to come with me..." He trailed off, raising an eyebrow slightly.

Nika smiled at that. Aw, how cute.

"Sure, I'll grab one of my rifles. It'll be fun."

"Awesome," Bucky said, grinning. "Sounds like a plan, then."

"Just give me a bit of warning before you're ready to go," Nika said, sipping her coffee. Because she would not be rushed through her coffee.

"Sure," Bucky said, sipping his own coffee. He glanced around. "Didn't you say you live with your sister? Haven't seen anyone else around here."

"She found somewhere else to crash for the night," Nika said, unconcerned. "She'll turn up sometime this afternoon."

"I love how unconcerned you are," Bucky said, grinning. "I take it she crashes somewhere else often?"

"Not too often, but it happens," Nika said with a shrug. "We've both done it before, it's not a big deal."

But, since he had brought it up, she texted Cassie to see if she'd spent the night with one of her boy toys.

"I see," Bucky said. He finished his coffee and stretched. "Mind terribly if I use your shower?"

Cassie's answer wasn't immediate, but it was fairly prompt.

Saw Uncle last night, went out for a few drinks. He put me up in a hotel. And yes, I made a call or two out of my book.

"Sure. There's bar soap under the sink if you want to use that rather than whatever fruity stuff I've got." Nika grinned a bit, because clearly she just couldn't help teasing him about that.

Good, at least I wasn't the only one being entertained last night.

Bucky snorted.

"I've done worse than use fruity soap before," he said, smirking.

How was the pretty guy? Cassie grinned as she typed that, making sure not to wake the guy still sleeping next to her.

Nika laughed a little. "Well, if it doesn't bother you, knock yourself out. I've got plenty of the fruity stuff." She grinned.

Very good. Fun. He's not balking at the idea of taking a shower and using my fruity shower gel, and he's taking me shooting later. I'm liking this one.

Bucky smirked.

"I feel no shame smelling like fruity soap," he said. "Be back out in a bit."

Sounds like this one's a keeper, especially if he's willing to take you shooting. Cassie snorted softly. Boy toy tried to recite a sonnet for me. Love song would have been better, but we both got what we wanted.

Nika snorted quietly. Well, I don't know about him being a keeper, but he is easy on the eyes. She sent that off and watched Bucky retreat back to her bathroom. Maybe I'll keep in closer contact with this one, see how it works out.
