Artemis stood there in shook then slowly followed Luna out studying Erik with a soft frown on her face. She looked to Tom wondering if he was some creature as well.

Tom blinked."uh sure",he said and looked to Artemis."wanna come with?"

Luna sat on the floor looking Eric over frowning.

"Sure." Artemis sighed a little and followed after Tom. "I'm worried...about both of them."

Erik woke with a groan the pain bringing him back. "Hey." he smiled as he spotted her staring at him.

Tom lookked to her."why whats going on?"

Luan juped and had moved back a bit."hi.....'

"your afraid of me." Erik's face fell. "I knew it." he grimaced and sat up. "I'll go." he gasped then groaned flopping back down. "Crap."

"I'm not completely sure." Artemis sighed leading the way to the dollar store.

"Im not scared of you",Luna said softly and wen over picking up the ice pack that fell and sat on the edge of the couch,placing it on his forhead."just rest.did he do this to you?"

Tom frowned a bit

"Yeah I wanted to be the one to catch him. He didn't think his brother could beat him but I thought of you and managed to beat him." Erik sighed at the cool touch of the ice pack.

Artemis bought a bunch of ice packs ignoring the look the cashier was giving them. "Thanks." She smiled sweetly at the girl then headed off.

Tom followed her and laughed a bit."the look was that of."what are you planning to do with all those ice packs",Tom said jokeing.

Luna blushed a bit."Tom and Artemis are going to get the ice oacks"

"Oh when did they get here?" Erik blinked shifting a little. "Did I say anything I shouldn't have?"

Artemis nodded smirking a little. "I thought for sure she might call the cops and have them investigate us." She shook her head. "I'm not that dangerous....at least not yet." She chuckled.

"um,they were here the entire time,so you tell me",Luna sair frownng."you didn't have to push your-self so hard"

Tom blinked and laughed."yes can you see it,'Officeres thease two kids came in and baough up all the ice packs,they looked suspicious"

"She may get fired if she did that all the time someone sketchy came in." Artemis opened the door to Luna's house.

"I had to for you." Erik squeezed her hand.

Tom laughed."too true...",he said lauging as they came in.

Luna blinked blushing when he sqweezed her hand."why?",she asked softly,then blinked looking to the hall way."there back"

"Because you deserved to have your revenge." Ed smiled at her then fell silent as Artemis appeared in the doorway.

"Here we are!" Artemis banded over the bag of ice packs. "Think I got enough?" She chuckled.

Luna blinked a bit surprised then blinked at the ice packs laighing a bit."yeah those are more then enopugh"

Tom stood in the door way."yeah you should have seen the look we got"

"It was hilarious." Artemis chuckled then glanced at the clock. "If we want to make it class we should go." she glanced at Tom with a soft smile.

"She's right. I'll be fine on my own once the bruises melt a little." Ed sighed softly.

Tom smiled.'right we should go:,we'll bring you guys your homework",he said as he started walking for the door.

Luna nodded."thanks guys",she looked to Ed."I called in sick"

"Oh." Ed smiled. "Guess you'll be my nurse then huh?"

Artemis followed smiling. "They make a cute couple."

Tom blinked."there a couple??"


Luna smiled after her friends but blinked and smiled at Ed."i guess,if I don't fall asleep on you..."

"Not yet but I feel like they could be one." Artemis shrugged.

"I'll settle for that." Ed smiled and drifted off into an uneasy sleep.

Luna blinked at him and smiled."sleep well",she said softly,Then with a yawn she laid down beside the couch slowly drifted off.

Tom blinked a bit."oh,i see"

"No you don't." Artemis chuckled. "Most boys don't get it." she sighed. "Girls are the hopeless romantics...some less so then others."

Tom laughed a bit."whys that though?",he asked curiously

"Some just don't get romantic." Artemis shrugged. "It's hard to explain...some see sleeping beauty and they know that's going to be them some day others see it and know that will never be them.

Tom blinked but smiled a bit."yeah, i know what you mena"

"I glad you get it because I just confused myself." Artemis laughed squeezing into school just as the first warning bell rang.
