Tom alughed a litt;e."no your just curious",he said softly."no i didnt ask for it....someone did it to me on purpose...."

"I'm sorry." Rose said with a frown. "Do you miss it? Being human?"

"yeah",Tom said looking to his feet."more times then I can count...the only good thing about living so long is that i got to see the world advance.."

"But you watch everyone you love die...I would have killed myself." Rose grimaced softly.

"that is a down fall",he said softly."But in a small way i was lucky,my father and mother weer turned...a few years after i was....",he said sadly.

"Well that's kind of a relief." Rose blinked. "Still it must have been sad."

"yeah",Tom said softly."what else do you wnat to know",he asked with a soft smile

"Everything." Rose chuckled. "It's a lot to take in. I'm not sure I believe you but." She touched her neck. "Hard to argue with the marks though I could."

Tom smiled."its okay if you dn't believe me",he said sftly then blinked."if i may ask,how wouldyou argue the marks?"

"Well I have been stressed I could have imagined it." Rose shrugged. "And if there's two marks maybe a mosquito or flea bite me."

"not that deep or big",Tom said frowning.

"Well could have been needles." Rose shrugged. "I told you I could do it." she smirked.

Tom smiled."right,i guess i ow you luch some time...."

"Deal." Rose heard the car pull into the driveway. "here they come."

Tom looked to the books."start plying the study partner story?"

"Yep." Rose flipped to there homework page and started to study the book.

Ed woke with a groan. "What happened?"

Tom smiled and started to read his own book humming a bit.

Luna was still sound asleep on the floor beside him,though,shortly after he had woken though she woke with a start and sat stright up looking around she sighed

"You alright?" Ed sat up slowly flinching a little wishing he healed as fast as some of the adults did.

Rose's parents blinked when they saw them pouring over there books. "Rosey who's this?" A little girl skipped over. "Anna this is Tom." Rose smiled at the girl. "Hi." Anna smiled up at Tom.

Tom blinked a bit and smiled at Anna."hello,there",he said kindly

Luna looked to Ed."i think so...just a bad dream...."

"I should go before your parents get back." Ed stood and grimaced. "I feel so sore."

"What you doing?" Anna asked. "Doing homework." Rose smiled.

Luna stared at him."Ed...there dead remember",she said softly."I live here alone"

Tom smiled."lots of home work",he said showing the little girl

"Oh yeah." Ed rubbed his head. "I think he might have hit me harder then I thought."

"Looks hard and boring." Anna lost interest and went off. "Nice to meet you Tom." Her mother smiled at him.

Luna looked forward."you don't have to go,but if you want to you can"

Tom laughed a little and waved."nice meeting you too",he looked u to her mom and s,iled back

Her father was glaring at Tom huffing when her mother pulled him away. "Someone's going to give you a talk." Rose chuckled.

"I want to rest if you don't mind." Ed sighed.

Tom blinked."tha talk?",he said looking worried


"Go ahead",Luna said with a small smiled."I'll be up stairs if you need me"
