"I suppose I have no choice, then." Steve said, smirking. He picked her up bridal style and swung his legs over the edge of the bed. Standing up, he took a second to get balanced and started for the stairs.

Gemini blushed. Being called sunshine was certainly new, but it was the casual kiss on the cheek that caught her off guard. She'd have to get used to how open he was with touching.

"Your so cute when you blush." Tony smirked and finished breakfast. "Coffee for my lady?" he asked a the kettle whistled.

Aurora groaned. "stop moving so fast." she complained. She flinched as the kettle whistled "Oh God! Is this what dogs go threw when people use those training whistles on them?" she moaned trying to hid her head in his arm.

Gemini did her best not to blush harder as she went about getting herself a mug. "Coffee sounds great." She said.

Steve flinched slightly and started moving slower. "I can't say anything for dogs, but what you're feeling is pretty normal."

Suddenly the flames just shut off. "What the?" Tony blinked quickly turning the burner off. He looked up as Steve and Aurora entered the kitchen. "That would explain it." he chuckled.

"Shut up." Aurora glared at him and then flinched. "Loud voices hurt." she glared as Tony snickered. "I maybe in pain but I can still set you on fire." she warned.

"No setting people on fire." Steve said as he set Aurora gently down onto a chair. "We've had enough fire in the last few days, thank you."

Gemini smiled. "Here. I've never experienced a hangover myself, but my mother was Irish and she used to describe it. Best thing for it is coffee." She set her already-full mug down in front of Aurora. She would get another for herself.

Aurora chugged the coffee and then sat with her head on the table whining and complaining.

"Someone's unhappy." Tony chuckled digging in. He squeezed Gemini's hand "I'm never like that when I'm drunk thank God. At least not know."

Gemini rolled her eyes. "Oh, good. One less thing to stop you from drinking." She said sarcastically.

Steve just shook his head and sat down next to Aurora, rubbing her back gently.

Aurora leaned against Steve glaring at Gemini and Tony.

"I think we should stop talking before her brain comes out of her head to kill us." Tony chuckled.

Gemini pouted. "Fine. I didn't do anything wrong, but I'll pay for it anyway."

Steve shot Gemini a look. He knew she must have tried to stop Cress from drinking too much, but she didn't have to make a big deal out of it right then.

Aurora fell back to sleep at the table half falling off her chair.

"She's cute when she's asleep. You would almost think she's harmless." Tony glanced at Gemini. "Of course you must look cuter when your asleep."

Gemini rolled her eyes. "I wouldn't know, would I?" She said. "Never seen myself sleep, and I'm female so I can't really call Aurora cute." She shrugged, making sure to whisper so that she wouldn't wake her friend.

Steve gently propped Aurora up so that she wouldn't fall, then went about getting himself some coffee.

"True." Tony blinked. "She looks less dangerous asleep though." he chuckled and missed Gemini's hand. ''I can't wait to see you sleep like that."

Tony laughed. "Your right." suddenly he was on fire. "AH!" he hit the group trying to put it out. It went out just as fast as it had appeared. "The hell?" he glared at Aurora who was still asleep. "How did she do that?"

Gemini blinked. "Either Cress is listening in, or Aurora has a serious sleep-combusting problem." She said.

Steve bit the inside of his cheek, hard, in an attempt to hold in the laughter. Even in your sleep, you are the best, Aurora. He thought to himself.

Aurora fell over right into his lap. She jolted awake and blinked "What happened?" she blinked again. "How did I get down here?"

Tony scowled a little then laughed softly.

Steve let out a slow breath, still trying not to chuckle. "You fell asleep...and then fell down." He said, helping her sit back up. "You also set Tony on fire, which I personally found greatly amusing."

Gemini rolled her eyes. "Honestly, Steve...what is the rivalry between you two? I don't get it at all. Is it just a penis size thing?" She asked bluntly.

Aurora turned bright red. "OH GOD!" she glared at Gemini. "Never say that again."

"Well Aurora could decide that contest." Tony laughed and ducked the fire ball Aurora threw at him.

Gemini blinked, then realized that she had said it out loud and blushed. She blushed harder when she realized that Aurora probably could judge that contest. "Oops, did I say that out loud?"

Steve turned a bright pink color and looked away, avoiding eye contact with everyone in the room.

Aurora ran a hand three her hair. "Cress says you should let that side out more." she groaned a little. "I'm so sorry about what she did. She has no manners."

Tony snicked and kissed Gemini's hand. "Yes that side of you is hilarious."

Gemini shook her head, blushing slightly. "That's definitely my mother's voice in me. She had no problem saying exactly what she was thinking." She looked up. "Don't worry about it, Aurora. Despite everything...I actually ended up having fun. A little."

Steve smiled. "It's fine, Aurora. No one's too upset about it."

"No it's not alright. She almost killed Steve, she forced Gemini to do something she didn't want to do. She is so selfish." Aurora ran a hand threw her hair and sniffled a little. "I'm sorry." she said it again with a hiccup.

Gemini shook her head. "I'll level with you, Aurora. I think Cress is a spoiled brat, and pretty irresponsible. I also like her, and I'm glad she got me out there. I haven't had fun like than in a long time." She said.

"And she didn't hurt me that much." Steve said. "I wouldn't have died. Anyway, you had no control at the time. She may be part of you, but you're different people. I can't blame you for what she did."

Aurora started to cry in earnest. "You guys are the best." she managed to gasp out between sobs.

"Of course we are." Tony smiled at Aurora. "We love you too much to be mad and she wasn't as bad as normal."

Steve reached over and hugged Aurora. "For once, he's right. We care about you, Aurora." He said.

"Yeah, we're friends. If we hated each other for every flaw we had, well...we'd all be dead by now, wouldn't we?"
