"Do you ever think of what would have happened if you hadn't been frozen?" Bucky wondered watching Aurora walk back towards them.

"You sound so in love." Bucky laughed then blinked as Aurora slammed cuffs onto Steve. "Steven Rogers. James Buchanan you are under arrest." Aurora's voice broke at the end of the sentence. "You have the right to remain silent." as she recited the words tears rolled down her cheeks. "I'm sorry." she whispered when she was done.

Tony stretched as the plane finally landed. "Home sweet home." he grinned.

"We've gotten out of worse." Bucky assured Aurora who nodded and lowered her head. "I'll try asking Tony to get you a lawyer Steve." Aurora hugged him gentle while Bucky frowned. "I'll see you soon." she promised as guards appeared to take them away.

Steve nodded. "See you." He said, letting the guards lead him away without a fuss.

Gemini, still curled up on his lap, made a sound like a discontented cat.

Tony laughed and after a sort moment carried her out the plane to the car that as waiting for them. He slid her in then climbed in himself. 'Any place you want to go?"

"You know this is the second time she's put you in handcuff. I'm beginning to think she just wants to tie you up." Bucky joked to lighten the mood.

Gemini rubbed her eyes and yawned. "Um...not really." She said. Just then, her stomach made a loud sound. She blushed. "Maybe just somewhere to eat."

Steve blushed and smiled. "Is it bad that I'd let her do it?" He asked.

"Just a little." Bucky laughed. "I think they had her do it just so you wouldn't put up a fight." he smirked. "I would have resist if it hadn't been Aurora."

"Alright. Happy you know where to go." Tony grinned at his faithful driver. They headed downtown where the fancier restaurants where.

"I wouldn't have." Steve said. "I understand why they have to do this. And I'm tired of fighting. Plus...I wouldn't want to cause trouble for Aurora, since she works with these people."

Gemini noticed where they were headed and started running her fingers through her hair. She was still a bit messed up from the fighting earlier, and the fire, so she tried to straighten herself out a bit to look nicer.

"You like fine." Tony got out when the car stopped and lead her inside holding out her chair. "Besides no one here cares."

"You really do love her don't you?" Bucky smirked a little then sighed as they where put in a transport vehicle. 'Where are we going?" he frowned. "You'll see." the guards snapped glaring at them.

Gemini stopped messing with her hair. "If you say so." She said doubtfully. She was still doubtful as they took their seats, but had enough presence of mind to thank Tony for holding her chair out. "You're so nice to me."

Steve nodded. "Yeah, I do." He confirmed, getting as comfortable as he could for the ride that was sure to be uncomfortable. He rolled his eyes a little and smirked. "Real friendly bunch, aren't they?" He said to Bucky.

"Yeah." Bucky smirked. "Could be worse." he glanced out as the door closed. Aurora was talking to someone and they both saw her face turn a white color very close to chalk just before the door closed. Bucky glanced at Steve "That can't have been a good sign." The guards smirked a little as the vehicle drove off. They remained silent threw the ride, when the doors opened they pushed them into a carrier. "have fun on the Raft." the grinned as the hanger door closed. "Raft?" Bucky glanced at Steve.

Aurora meanwhile managed to get to New York. She found Tony and Gemini as they left the restaurant. "They took Steve to The Raft!" she blurted huffing from her mad rush.

Tony blinked a couple times then just shrugged. "He'll be alright. With his best friend there I'm sure he'll live."

Steve gulped, trying to pretend he wasn't bothered by this, but of course he failed. "I've only heard about it, but...it's not good." He said.

Gemini looked confused. "What raft? Please explain." She said.

"Of course not." Bucky sighed. "This is going to be so much fun."

"The Rift is a prison in the middle of the Atlantic ocean it's also underwater. It was built for the sole purpose of detaining and incarcerating enhanced and/or superpowered individuals.. I can see sending Bucky there but Steve?" Aurora frowned. "We need to get a lawyer. Tony..."

"No." Tony snapped. "I'm not helping."

"Fine." Tony growled and handed over a bunch of money and a number. "That's all I'm doing."

"Thank you Tony." Aurora kissed his cheek and raced off.

"Happy?" Tony pouted at Gemini.

"I didn't do it for Steve." Tony sighed hugging her back. "I did it for Aurora."

Aurora meanwhile was working on Steve's case hoping to get him out with in the month.

Tony sighed. "I'm never being the better person again." he joked and took her back to his home squeezing her hand as Happy drove.

"You might want to be careful I smothered the conscience I use to have." Tony joked then sighed. "I hope she gets Steve out. World wouldn't be the same without the Capsicle."
