Bucky made a bit of a face at being out in the sun.

"Stevie, it itches," he whined, shading his eyes a bit.

Aurora was happily sipping at a salted caramel latte, a shopping bag in her other hand.

"Excellent sales today," she commented.

"That's because you don't ever get out," Steve scolded. "If you got out more you'd get used to it." He made a face at Bucky.

"Indeed." Reilly grinned, her own shopping bag in hand. She had a chai instead of a latte, though.

"So sue me, nighttime is more comfortable," Bucky retorted. "Can't have this face burning."

Aurora sipped her latte and sighed happily.

Steve snorted at that and then paused when he spotted Aurora right across the street from them. He didn't actually stumble, but he did make an aborted jerking motion.

Reilly actually spotted the two first and blinked. "Hey, isn't that the guy you had coffee with and haven't stopped texting since?" she asked.

"Steve?" Bucky looked in the direction Steve was staring, and promptly almost tripped over his own feet.

"Hm?" Aurora looked around and spotted them. She smiled. "Yup that's him." She waved a bit.

Steve grinned and waved back. "Perfect chance, let's go," he muttered to Bucky, grabbing his wrist and towing him across the street.

"Didn't expect to run into you out here."

Reilly grinned a bit and subtly stepped to the side to let the two chat and flirt.

"I could say the same thing," Aurora said.

Bucky didn't protest being dragged across the street. He couldn't take his eyes off of the other girl there. When she stepped off to the side, he did as well, so he was next to her.

"Gonna let them do their thing?" he asked.

"My friend and I were out taking a bit of a walk," Steve said with a shrug, tucking his hands in his pockets with a little grin. "What about you?"

"Pretty much," Reilly agreed with a little grin. "Figured I'm here if she needs an out, if not then I'm already out of the way."

"Shopping with my sister," Aurora replied. She grinned. "We were probably going to drop in on our cousin later."

"'M Bucky, by the way," he said, holding out a hand for her to shake. "'S what everyone calls me, anyways."

"The same crazy insomniac cousin?" Steve asked with a grin. "Or another cousin this time?"

"Reilly." She smiled at him and shook his hand. "Nice to meet you, Bucky."

"The same cousin," Aurora replied. She grinned. "He secretly likes it when we pester him."

"Pleasure is all mine," Bucky replied.

"Secretly, huh?" Steve grinned. "Why only secretly?"

Reilly grinned a bit. "Aw, lookit how cute, they're flirting," she murmured, though she really was rather pleased.

"He blusters about how we keep invading, but never actually kicks us out," Aurora said.

"Stevie's been insufferable since he met her," Bucky said, grinning a little. "Texting at all hours, that kinda dopey look on his face, the works."

Steve snickered. "Ah, that kind. I have a friend like that. Anytime we go visit her, she grumbled about how we're an imposition, how we steal her space... all while making sure we're properly fed and comfortable."

Reilly nodded. "I'm pretty sure I've seen Aurora diving on her phone a time or two, getting a text from him," she commented.

Aurora grinned.

"Yeah, Tony's that way too," she agreed.

Bucky saw his chance and jumped on it.

"Well, if you ever need someone to commiserate with..." he offered with a crooked little grin.

Steve grinned. "Those kinds are fun," he agreed. Then his grin turned impish. "Especially fun to rile 'em up."

Reilly smiled at him. "I'll definitely keep you in mind," she agreed. "And it doesn't look like those two are going to be stopping anytime soon, does it?"

"No kidding," Aurora said, grinning. "Tony is all sorts of fun to get riled. Gotta be careful, though, rile him too much and I don't get fun new toys to play with."

"Nope," Bucky said, shaking his head a bit. "Can't say I'm surprised, Stevie's really into her." Understatement, but good enough.

Steve grinned. "Fun new toys? That sounds entertaining."

Reilly smiled. "Good. She's kinda nuts about him too. And I have to admit, they're pretty cute together."

"Oh it definitely is," Aurora said, grinning. "Tony builds fun gadgety things and he throws a lot of prototypes at us to plat with."

"Good to know," Bucky murmured. Steve definitely had a chance, that was good. "They really do make a ridiculously cute couple."

Steve grinned. "Good to know. Tony sounds like fun. Maybe I'll meet him sometime?" He left it open ended, not wanting to push too hard.

"Yes, they do." Reilly smiled a bit. "What about you? Have someone you make a cute couple with?"

"Maybe," Aurora said. "We'll see." She grinned at him a bit.

"Me?" Bucky asked. "Nah, not me. I'm a free agent." He glanced at her, and hesitated just slightly. "You?" He almost wasn't sure he wanted to know the answer.

Steve smiled. That was an answer he could live with.

"In the meantime, I know you're out with someone, and you already have coffee, but if you end up free later...?" He trailed off rather hopefully.

Reilly smiled a bit. "Nah," she said. "Most people are too much trouble, don't try to understand stuff. Figured it's not worth it. If I meet someone, awesome, but I'm not going to go looking, y'know?"

"I'll call you," Aurora promised, smiling.

"I know that feeling," Bucky said, nodding. He gave her that little grin again. "If you want, I'll give you my number, we can be not looking together."

Steve grinned. "Good. Looking forward to it."

Reilly smiled slowly. "Alright," she agreed. "Fair enough."

Aurora smiled at him. She really did like him. She'd already caught herself dreaming about the future with him a couple of times.

"Great," Bucky said. He gave her his number, watching her put it into her phone.
