"I'll pay you for this later." Lori promised and took a cartoon dumping the whole cartoon into a bowl and started eating.

Gemini shrugged. "Don't worry about it. Just pay me back for the bike and we'll call it even." She said, getting another carton and scooping some out for herself.

Lori managed to eat four whole cartoons before she stopped. "I don't think the ice cream is helping." she sighed putting the spoon down.

"Huh." Gemini blinked. Ice cream usually did the trick. "If this isn't working, then you must be feeling even worse than I thought. It might me more than I can handle alone...I say we call in the boyfriend."

"Clarks probably busy." Lori pouted. "I'm never to busy for you." Clark entered the room from the window dressed in normal cloths for once complete with glasses. Lori jumped "Jeez." she stood and hugged him. "I'm glad your here though." "What do you need a shopping spree? Kisses until I make you forget your own name?" Clark smirked "The second one please." Lori grinned then sighed when he kissed her.

Gemini rolled her eyes and chuckled. Leave it to freaking Superman to climb in through the window of a second story apartment just to comfort his girlfriend. "I'll give you two some privacy. Just be responsible." She said, getting up. Her break was up, and she had to get back to work. "If you leave before I get back, make sure to lock up." She headed out and downstairs.

Lori and Clark had some together time. Lori made supper for them humming as she cooked wearing nothing but Clarks shirt.

A few hours later, Gemini was almost finished. She just had one delivery left and then she could clock out for the day. The delivery was far out, of course, and it took her longer than usual without her bike to get there, so she just walked quickly. Her only worry was that, this far out from the main city, she might run into one of the less agreeable villains.

"Well, well what are you doing in my section of the city?" Joker melted out of the shadows smirking. "Come to see me?"

Gemini closed her eyes for a moment, praying for patience, and sighed. "I'm just making a delivery." Something occurred to her. "I don't suppose you ordered Chinese? Because unless you did, I have no reason to be talking to you."

"Maybe I did. Maybe I just want to take the food." Joker smirked. "I am hungry." he held out his hand. "Want to share some?"

Gemini recoiled, a scowl on her face. "What are you playing at?" She asked him distrustfully. He was acting almost...nice. "I am delivering this to the person who ordered it, and they are going to pay for it, and then I'm going to leave."

"And what if they don't want to pay for it?" Joker smirked. "Besides I can just follow you and steal it from them."

Gemini flashed him a dangerous smile. "The policy changes depending on who's delivering. But with me, if a customer refuses to pay...heh. Well, let's just say they never pull that crap again." She shrugged. "Once the order is handed over and I've been paid, it's not my responsibility anymore. Whatever happens to the food after that isn't any concern of mine. So steal it if you want. Just wait until I get my money."

Joker smirked. "That's not something you hear from a good you you know." he chuckled.

"Honestly, I don't know why everyone is so eager to shove me into a category. I don't see myself as a good guy. I am also not a villain. I'm just me. To be honest, if the Justice League even accepts me, they'll probably kick me out within a week." Gemini shrugged. "I didn't ask to be brought to them. Batman just found me and decided I needed to be watched. Unlike him, I'm not above using torture or even death as punishment."

"This world is divided up into good and evil. Better decided which side you want to be on. It will be funer for you." Joker sighed. "I'm going to destroy your aparment building later. I hear little old Supes is there."

Gemini shook her head. "There is no such thing as good and evil. There are only shades of gray." She said calmly. She paused a moment and shot him a glare. "You stay the hell away from my apartment or I'll rip your balls off and feed them to you." She hissed. "Ugh, that'll teach me to let superheroes crash at my place. You try to be nice to someone, jeez. Soon as I get home I'm kicking his red white and blue ass out of there." She mumbled.

"You don't know Gotham very well do you?" Joker smirked. "Well if you ever change your mind. I promise not to kill you so long as you never call me puddin."

Gemini almost walked away. Almost. Until he said that last sentence. That's when she stopped, swung around and punched him hard in the face. "Don't you dare talk about her. You don't deserve to even think about her, you sick bastard. She was too good for you. All she ever did was love you and you killed her. Harley was my friend, she was like a sister to me, and she's the reason I will never change my mind." She pulled her gun from her pocket and pointed it at him. "Give me one reason not to blow you away right now."

"Technically I didn't kill her the ground did." Joker smirked and something flashed in his eyes if she didn't know better she could have sworn it was sadness. "If you shoot me Bruce will lock you away in the worst place around and you'll have became just like me."

"Bullshit! You're the reason she's dead, so you killed her!" Gemini sneered. She did her best to ignore what looked like sadness in his eyes- she knew how good he was a pretending to be human. "Don't try that guilt shit with me. I told you, you're not dealing with someone like Bruce, who cares if they turn into a murderer. I don't care if I go to Arkham. And I wouldn't be just like you. I'm killing someone who deserves to die. Harley didn't deserve to die." She released the safety. "You're going to have to come up with a better reason than that. And be quick, the only reason I'm even giving you a chance is for her sake."

"Actually I didn't kill her. She had gone off on her own and she winds up dead. For once I am not responsible. Find the real killer and kill him or her." Joker smirked. "Check the Suicide Squad."

Gemini sneered. "More bullshit. You admitted to killing her. Lori heard you. You said she was annoying, so you got rid of her. I wonder if you've ever once spoken a truthful word." A click sounded. "I guess we'll never find out." She fired the gun, hoping to hit him somewhere lethal, but her hand was shaky.

Joker ducked then snarled. "Not bad but your aim was off." he moved in and yanked the Chinese food away from her. "Thanks for the food." he headed off.
