Despite being small and pink, the Todd-rabbit still managed to look really irritated.
Rosemary looked over and stifled a laugh. "Actually, that's Todd. And he's not happy." She said. |
Alex snorted in laughter trying to cover it with a cough. "Poor thing....the color is nice though." he snickered.
Belle inhaled trying to stop laughing. "I'm sorry, I can't. Your so cute!" she managed to gasp out between gulps of air. She had no idea how to turn him back and a part of her didn't want to. |
Also trying not to laugh, Rosemary knelt down so she could look bunny-Todd in the eye. "He says he's going to get revenge on all of us. And he wants you to at least change the color."
|
"I have no idea how." Belle giggled and then took a breath. "OK, lets see." she focused on Todd and wiggled her pinky finger by some miracle she managed to change Todd back though he still looked a little pink.
"Hey you did it." Alex grinned. "Welcome back." |
Todd glowered at all of them, though it was clear he was holding back a smile. "You're all going to get it, just you wait." He said.
"Are..." Rosemary gulped back a laugh. "Are you still pink?" |
"I think he's still a little pink." Alex was looking anywhere but at him to keep from laughing again.
'It's the best I could do." Belle shrugged. "Also I'm not worried about you getting back. I mean you look like a pink telatubby." |
Todd's face turned a rather pretty shade of hot pink, which must have been a blush, and glared daggers at all of them. "I'm going to Holiday. If she doesn't know anyone who can fix this, then I'll just get a pass to stay in my cabin until it's fixed." He said.
"What about meet your campmate hour? Weren't you going to go to that today?" Rosemary asked, receiving a glare. "Right, not looking like that. Got it." |
"I think you look adorable." Alex smirked a little.
"here comes Holiday." Belle nodded towards the camp leader who did a double take when she saw Todd. With a visible sigh she come over gave Belle a look and clucked at Todd. "Lets get you fixed up." she lead him to Miranda who laughed and asked Belle what exactly she had done. "I turned him into a pink rabbit." Miranda snorted then focused. 'There back to normal." |
Todd was still blushing by the time he was back to normal, but thankfully it was a normal blush and not pink. "Thank you." He mumbled to both Miranda and Holiday, while staring studiously at his shoes.
Rosemary had walked away for a few moments to laugh without being heard, returning only when Todd was no longer pink. "Well, that was interesting." She said calmly, though the ghost of a smile still lingered. "Can we go get lunch now?" |
"Food sounds good." Alex took her hand and followed her towards the dining hall.
Belle smiled at Todd. "I'm really sorry I turned you into a pink rabbit. I didn't do it on purpose." |
Rosemary smiled as she caught the scent of food from the dining hall. "Smells like pizza today." She said, stomach growling.
Todd ran a hand through his hair, making it stick out in all directions. "It's okay, I guess...you're still learning. Just maybe try not to let it happen again? Or if it does, at the very least, try a different color?" |
"Noted." Belle grinned then made a face at the smell. "Great pizza." she pouted. "Couldn't have been something I could stomach?"
"Sorry but pizza is the best." Alex got in line as Belle rolled her eyes. |
Todd shrugged. "Pizza's okay." He said. "Not my favorite, but I'll eat it if I have to."
"Huh. I've never known anyone who didn't like pizza." She said. "But, that's probably because I was raised around werewolves." |
"You forget vampires can't eat regular food except for a couple things and it varies from one vampire to the next." Belle shrugged. "You'll get use to it."
Alex sighed. "There so unusual." he grabbed a couple slices. "I love pizza." |
Rosemary took several slices, not caring if she looked like a pig. She was too hungry to care.
Cal hummed thoughtfully. "I wonder what few foods I can tolerate when I go vampire." He mused. |
"That's a terrible game to play." Belle snorted. "I played it a couple years back. Find what doesn't make you sick. You should play it in your room with a bucket handy if you really want to play."
Alex already had a piece shoved in his mouth as he sat down. |
Todd grimaced. "Maybe not. I don't need to know that badly." He said, taking a single slice and sitting down.
Rosemary sat next to Alex and picked up a slice. "Could you two not talk about that? I'm trying to eat." She said, taking a large bite. |
Belle smirked a little. "Sorry." she didn't sound sorry at all.
Alex rolled his eyes a little. |
"Liar." Rosemary said, with her mouth full of half-chewed pizza.
Todd looked away quickly. "Augh, gross." |
Belle shrugged and sipped her soda. "Maybe I'm not."
Alex laughed as someone with siblings it didn't bother him. |
"Maybe this conversation has gone on long enough." Todd suggested, pushing his tray away. He was no longer hungry.
"I'll agree to that if you let me have your pizza." Rosemary said, grinning when the pizza was shoved her way. |
Belle rolled her eyes. "Light weight." she teased him.
"He most not have gross younger siblings." Alex smirked. |
"I don't have any siblings." Todd said, his voice suddenly deadpan.
Rosemary blinked. "Are you okay? Your emotions are really-" She broke off at the glare he gave her. |
"No need for the hostile glare." Belle frowned a little.
|
"It's not...never mind." Todd sighed. "I'm going to take a walk for a bit." He said, standing up and heading out.
Rosemary frowned. "He's upset...sad, for some reason. Belle, I think you should talk to him. Use meet your campmate hour as an excuse. I'll donate blood to get you hooked up with him." She said. |
