Peggy snorted quietly at that. "I'm not surprised," she murmured. "He seems to enjoy any kind of challenge, really."

Mageling 12-08-2016 04:29 PM

"He is rather easily bored," Kurama agreed. "Though it helps that Kuwabara gives him the spirit detective cases that Koenma hands down, it keeps him busy."

Woofie267 12-08-2016 05:13 PM

"He needs another hobby besides being spirit detective." Peggy paused for a moment. "And apparently being married."

Mageling 12-10-2016 01:49 AM

Kurama gave a slight grin.

"No one can deny that they're very happily married," he said. "Although I'm certain you knew that already?" He glanced at her, hoping the gentle prod would bring forth more information.

Woofie267 12-10-2016 02:18 AM

Peggy snorted quietly. "Oh I know. We went out for a day with the two of them and Yukina, it was a lot of fun. I mean, Yusuke and Keiko have always bickered like an old married couple, but it's even funnier now that they are married." She grinned a bit.

Mageling 12-10-2016 06:41 PM

"Very little has changed, with them," Kurama agreed, nodding. He glanced at her. "I must admit, I'm curious as to what you know about us all."

Woofie267 12-10-2016 07:06 PM

Peggy was quiet for a moment. "Quite a bit, I suppose," she said after a moment. "The show covered a few years of your lives, after all."

Mageling 12-10-2016 08:33 PM

"Interesting," Kurama said. "You must have seen quite a few major events, then."

Woofie267 12-10-2016 08:43 PM

"Yeah, I'd agree to that," Peggy agreed. "I saw the Dark Tournament, all the stuff with Sensui, things in the Makai..." She trailed off.

Mageling 12-11-2016 02:37 AM

"That's quite a bit," Kurama said. He looked at her. "May I ask what your thoughts are on what you've seen?"

Woofie267 12-11-2016 04:17 PM

Peggy blinked at that and internally flailed for a moment. "I mean, it makes sense? It influenced a lot of what I see now." She shrugged a bit. "If that makes sense."

Mageling 12-11-2016 08:55 PM

"I'm afraid I don't follow," Kurama said with a slight frown, trying to sort through what she was saying.

Woofie267 12-12-2016 09:44 PM

Peggy huffed a bit. "Right, sorry. I mean, I watched this all growing up, so I was watching you all go through the events and growing kind of while I was. So seeing where you are now makes sense."

Mageling 12-14-2016 01:05 AM

"Ah," Kurama said. He nodded. That did make more sense. And, if he was inferring correctly, it indicated that she had likely gotten emotionally invested at some point. He filed that information away for later. "I suppose it makes things a little easier for you now, though?"

Woofie267 12-14-2016 01:16 AM

"In a way, it does," Peggy agreed. "I know what people are talking about, at least, and I know some of your past and habits and such." She glanced at him. "But you've also changed some. Like Keiko and Yusuke getting married, that happened sometime in the past ten years. Actually threw me off for a minute."

Mageling 12-14-2016 02:02 AM

"Interesting," Kurama said, thinking about that. "That actually gives me a rather good idea of where your knowledge cuts off, then, because Yusuke and Keiko were engaged very soon after his return from the Makai, when the first Makai king tournament concluded."

Woofie267 12-14-2016 02:06 AM

Peggy nodded. "It was ten years ago, thereabouts," she said. "That my knowledge ends. Approximately." She shrugged.

Mageling 12-14-2016 02:41 AM

Kurama nodded.

"Yes, Keiko and Yusuke married around that time," he agreed. "Perhaps slightly less than that."

Woofie267 12-14-2016 02:44 AM

Peggy nodded. "Makes sense," she agreed. "As far as I can tell, that's the biggest difference. Or at least the thing that most surprised me."

Mageling 12-18-2016 06:42 PM

"Interesting," Kurama murmured. He had plenty to mull over now. He ignored Youko in the back of him mind whispering to get closer to the girl to find out exactly what she knew. There was no need for that, and he was certain Peggy would tell him more eventually. He looked at her again. "How are you handling being away from your own world for so long?"

Woofie267 12-20-2016 04:20 PM

Peggy blinked at that before she shrugged. "Fine? I'm not really missing much. Work was work, nothing special. Not like I have any pets to look after, and my best friend is already here." She glanced at him, one eyebrow slightly raised at the question still.

Mageling 12-24-2016 01:36 AM

Kurama raised an eyebrow in return.

"You would agree that I may know something about being in the wrong world, as it were?" he pointed out. "I merely thought to offer my assistance if you were having a hard time."

Woofie267 12-24-2016 01:59 AM

Peggy actually blushed faintly at that and ducked her head to hide it. "Well," she murmured. "I think so far I've been too busy to really get homesick, and everyone has been quite nice. But some less acerbic companionship than Genkai might not go amiss."

Mageling 12-24-2016 02:12 AM

Kurama laughed lightly.

"Master Genkai does mean well," he said. "But I do understand what you mean. She can be... abrasive."

Woofie267 12-24-2016 02:19 AM

"Indeed." Peggy was quiet for a moment. "She does care, in her own way, but she doesn't like showing that she does."
