Nova_Alchemist: Getting sleepy and it's only post one.

"Oh, you could have continued reading it. I don't mind." Ahna liked when they read together, especially when she would sneak up on him to read over his shoulder. Though she was certain he knew she was there but mused to herself as if he didn't know. He was more skilled at stealth than she was, she just had the power behind her attacks. "Well, the kids are happy, Sakura is asleep, and it's quiet here. I'm enjoying this. Though in a bit we should probably get some food, all of us could use the stamina." Ahna spoke asking "What should we work on doing first here do you think?" Silence was a killer for her, she didn't like being left alone to her own thoughts, and if that was the case, well she might as well break out the whiskey. Though she would need a lot for her thoughts.

Sasuke continued down as he bent down a bit more with his knees going faster while smirking. She took the challenge bait and this would do them both some good to get distracted for awhile. No adults. No rules. No focus. No cares. It's a wonder he didn't have his own bad habits except sulking or being moody for when his mind wandered. Though not everyone dealt with it in the same way.

(You can, I have an idea for later on. Gotta keep this interesting, in fact I have two. Let's get them off the trail a bit and to another part where some caves would be. I'll do the details when it comes up. They don't gotta get hurt, just lost lol)

Immy:

Kakashi chuckled quietly, and gently brushed some of her blonde hair from her pretty face. "What fun would that have been?" He asked curiously, listening as she spoke. He was glad to hear that Ahna was enjoying herself, and shrugged lightly at her question. Kakashi then, slowly reached for the book on the night stand and pick it up before leaning back. "What if we kept reading?" He questioned, a slender smirk tugging at the corner of his lips, from under his mask.



Silver blinked a couple of times as she watched Sasuke gain speed by bending his knees, so she soon followed his example and also gained speed by bending her knees. She still had control over the board, even with her gained speed. Kabuto had been sneaking around the snow land for Orochimaru, to keep an eye on the silver-haired kunoichi. His lord wanted her, and he intended on 'retrieving' her for him. He had to get her away from the Uchiha kid though- otherwise there'd be trouble. His attempt however, was foiled by twigs as he heard them crack beneath his shoe, causing any nearby wildlife- mostly white rabbits- to flee. Right in the direction of the two genin.

Seeing the small animals, Silver gasped and turned sharply to avoid hitting any of the rabbits. She ended up losing her balance and toppled over in a small heap of snow face first. Silver only stayed down a minute before using her hands and arms to push, and she sat on her butt, kind of laughing. "That was awesome!" She shook her head to get the snow off of herself. "But- I'd rather not do it again." She said with a chuckle.

Nova_Alchemist: Ahna smiled then something in her eyes deemed challenging "Alright then, I'm good with that. Do you think you can handle finish reading?" Ahna sat in front of Kakashi this time rather than on the side of him. "This will be easier to read" she also knew it would probably be distracting if his thoughts strayed that way. Ahna waited for Kakashi to open the book so that they could continue reading.

(not going to write out the book, it would wind up fading to black in the end anyways. I mean this is Icha Icha Paradise after all)

Sasuke stopped next to her to make sure she was alright but soon laughed with her "Well, should we head down farther or go back?" Sasuke heard a crack underneath them as he stopped what he was doing to listen. Another crack went straight under him and Silver as the ground itself caved in dropping them into an underground cave that was at least two miles long in length. Luckily they dropped onto more snow so it softened their fall to a good point. Sasuke was looking up at the giant hole in the ground that he expected not to be so far up. Groaning silently he sat up rubbing his head then looked to Silver. "Silver, you okay?" they still had their boards on their feet so he unclipped his to be able to walk down here, luckily even these boots were made for snow and ice so they should come in handy down here. Wherever here was.

Immy:

Kakashi smirked lightly from under his mask, and simply nodded his head. He kind of knew where she was going, and he decided to 'play along' as he began to read the rest of the book.



Silver didn't have time to react when the ground began cracking beneath them. No way.. Her eyes widen when the ground caved and they fell through. She hadn't even managed to get up! So, when she landed, some snow ended up falling on top of her. She was fine, just covered in snow. Silver stayed down for a minute, to process what had just happened, then sat up and shook the snow from her head and torso, and tried to get up with no luck. It was like she was caught on something under her. "I'm alright- but I'm stuck." She admitted quietly as she looked down at her snow piled legs and board.

Sasuke came over to help clear out the snow out of the way to see why she couldn't move. It was odd if she couldn't get up after a land like that unless she was enjoyed. Maybe the snow was just too much on the board and that was why. Without realizing an enemy being near or the fact he should have his guard up, Sasuke focused on his task at hand. The ice cavern was all around him as he wondered where they fell into exactly.

Silver kept her anxiety calm as Sasuke came over to help her clear the lump of snow from her legs, to see why she couldn't move. As they did so, him doing most of the work down towards her ankles, a gasp of pain escaped her grit teeth as he bumped her ankle. Had the land sprained her ankle? It was possible, if the board was pushed the wrong way by the mound of snow. She was embarrassed at how she reacted, and slowly reached down to carefully undo herself from the board. Just perfect! She paused- feeling something off."Sasuke, can you figure a way out of here?" Silver spoke in a lowered voice, as she stood her board up and kind of used it as a support, trying to ignore the pain from her ankle from standing. She hadn't even noticed her arm was burning, probably the mark reacting to Kabuto when he scared the animals, without them knowing it was him.

Sasuke nodded "I'll try to but first we need to get this board off your feet and you need to sit down." Sasuke ordered not asking, he wasn't about to let her get any more injured than what just happened just now. He was already taking in the slight area around him in which he saw one main way out, up. But that wasn't much of a possibility right now. So there had to be a second option. "Stay here, I'll be right back." Sasuke left for about ten to fifteen minutes walking around (more like running) as he got a couple different ideas. Coming back to Silver he looked for her.

Ahna sat up quickly not hitting their heads together as she realized energy patterns were way off now. How long was she out of tune? Did the snow do this to her? Someone else? She had to check on the kids but her energy pattern showed Sakura, their helper, and ...where was Silver and Sasuke? "Kashi? Where's the devious twins?" talking about the two missing.

Immy:

Kakashi lazily opened his one good eye, that isn't scared, when he felt Ahna shifting and saw that she was now sitting up. He could tell something was bothering her, and when she asked about the 'devious twins' he figured she was referring to Silver and Sasuke. He breathed inward quietly and slowly sat up as well, wrapping an arm around Ahna's waist loosely. "Probably looking for trouble." He teased casually, keeping his voice slightly lowered. "Should we go?" Kakashi asked.



Silver blinked, not because she was surprised by his tone when he spoke to her about sitting down. It was a voice that she couldn't bring herself to argue with. She managed to get the board off herself, and obediently sat down as her teammate went wandering around the cavern. Sitting alone for only a bit, Silver instinctively clenched a loose grip on her arm where her mark was hiding, under the thick sleeve of the jacket Ahna-sensei had bought her for the trip. She lifted her head when approaching foot steps sounded, and voice- "any luck?" thinking in her head that she and Sasuke were the only two down here.

"I guess we can leave our guide with Sakura, she seems to be asleep still. Come on...or should we wait? Maybe they just went out past my range?" her range was pretty far that's what worried her.

Kabuto appeared still somewhat in the shadows "A little out of luck today it seems silver kunoichi" he whispered in a way she could hear "He's looking for you, he won't stop until he finds you either." Kabuto warned disappearing back into the icy shadows.

Sasuke appeared walking back in not sensing any chakra levels as he saw Silver. "Silv, I think I found a way out."

"Our guide.." Kakashi murmured quietly, rubbing the back of his neck a little. He wasn't completely sure about that man. Then again, he had become prenatally protective of his students over time. "Those two should be alright, they're a good pair. We'll give them some time and then go, okay?" He said to her, gently running his hand through her long and very blonde hair.



Silver jumped, and shot up to a standing position when Kabuto's voice was heard, instead of her teammate, sending a piercing pain through her ankle. She immediately dropped, and held her injured ankle tightly, wishing for the pain to go away so she could run. Never mind her arm, though the burning was subsiding. Her bright eyes wide, and wandering, searching for the one man she loathed just slightly less than the snake demon. 'Soon.. ' Her thoughts murmured as she slowly rose, glancing at Sasuke as his voice echoed slightly through the cavern. "Awesome." She said to him.

"Let's go back." She murmured in a lowered voice, lowering her gaze from him and stared at the snow around her. She wanted to go back to the lodge, or cabin- whatever it classified as.

Nova_Alchemist: hereeee I hope its alright.

Ahna frowned cutely "You're going to put me asleep that way Kashi-sama, if I'm going to be distracted then we're going to have to try a bit harder." Ahna turned around making sure the mask was out of the way as she kissed him on the lips. "You're my best distraction." she smiled.

Sasuke went to her side, it would be best if she didn't put weight on her ankle. "Come on, climb on" he knelt down so she could get on his back, with her foot if she stayed on it too much it could swell and then she wouldn't be able to do much this vacation they had.

Immy: it's fine :p

Kakashi chuckled at her reaction. and shook his head lightly. She was cute, in her way of pouting to him 'petting' her. "So long as you're enjoying yourself, can you object?" He said casually, not bothering to hide his smile as he gazed at his lover and partner. He had no objections to her kiss either, and easily returned the feeling.



Silver only hesitated for a moment, when Sasuke came over to her side and offered to piggy-back her. Soon though, she was up on his back, nervously holding onto him as of not to impair him from walking. She was embarrassed to admit not particularly liking to carried. But..something else was floating inside of her. Being this close..she could actually smell his scent and nearly hear his breathing. Aside from being alone with him, they were in a setting that didn't help her situation. Her heart began to beat to flutter, and she was almost afraid he would hear it beating. She couldn't stop her cheeks from heating up as he piggy-backed her out of the cavern.

Nova_Alchemist: I'm baaaaaaack. Sorry for the long wait.

Ahna decided the kids were alright for right now and this little distraction could ease her. She couldn't sense energy in snow as much as she could in warmer clients which was her flaw. Especially seeing how well this moment was going - who could refuse? Ahna made the lights go out as she decided to show Kakashi something new.

(fades to black)

Sasuke didn't mind helping her out, plus they could walk faster this way. Sasuke could feel against his back her heart beating at a faster pace but he didn't say anything figuring she was in pain and that's why. Finally after some time out of the cavern he saw the sun going down and wondered how long they were in that cavern to begin with. "We need to get going back as soon as possible, do you think you can hold on without letting go? I want to move faster to get us back sooner." Sasuke said.

As the walk continued, until they were out of the cavern, Silver hadn't said much. Between her ankle and her own distractions.. She did try though, to push her feelings into a corner of her mind- it wasn't working. She honestly wished that the boy would talk more, but not so much as Naruto. Just enough to fill the silence. She blinked when he spoke, and slowly lifted her gaze to see the darkening sky. Silver rested her head against the boy's back, and tightened her hold a little bit. "I can hold on." She spoke quietly.

"So what should we tell our sensei's? Should we tell them what happened or just leave it out as a small accident while skiing?" Sasuke asked wondering how they would get this past the two of them. "I guess we were out here later than we expected to be, didn't think it was going to get dark any time soon." Sasuke added not sure what to say in this instance.

Immy: ~<3

Silver sighed quietly as Sasuke voiced his question. "Let's just tell them what happened.. They'll see through a half a explanation." She said in a low voice. "We never do anything, so maybe they won't mind so much.." She murmured, closing her eyes as he carried her.

Nova_Alchemist: another reply for you.

Sasuke agreed with her words, they probably should just say it. He didn't think anything bad out of what they did, a little too far and fast wound up being dangerous. They weren't going to live this down any time soon and there was no way he was going to say the other thing on his mind. Sasuke wound up getting back to the lodge in time for the sun to be completely down with the stars coming out. "Senseis" Sasuke murmured as he saw Ahna standing there with her hands on her hips, she was clearly unhappy. "Care to tell us where you've been all day?" Ahna was only mad because she didn't know where they went to and channeling energy through snow was difficult. "Oh nevermind, come inside so we can get you two warmed up."

"Is she alright?" Ahna asked Sasuke who responded "Sprained her ankle while we were skiing, we lost our skiis." Ahna made Sasuke carry his team mate back in, if they were the two that were going to go out and have fun. They would have to deal with the repercussions. She stayed behind them as they walked up the stairs to make sure he wouldn't fall backwards, not that she thought they would. Good thing about ninjas they had pretty good balance. Making it into the other bedroom Ahna pulled the blankets back so Sasuke could set her down "Go find Kakashi and let him know." Ahna had left Kakashi sleeping in the bed earlier from when they decided to meld their thoughts and when she felt familiar energies return she got up to check on those patterns.

Ahna was still in her black nightgown, robe, and flat slippers. Mental note to self, change clothes then scold. Ahna started to look at the sprained ankle, she could heal her ankle fully and take the pain into herself as she rarely does. But instead of scolding, maybe she'll just leave the female ninja to heal on her own and think about why there should be adults around at times like these. While Sasuke left to fill in Kakashi about the accident out of no where caused by a small animal freaking Silver out. He was sure Kakashi was going to yell at him, it was Silver after all. Ahna wrapped her ankle up putting some ice on it that Sakura brought to her since she was just sitting and reading with their bodyguard now. She seemed to take quite an interest to him.

Immy: i'm home!
and really tied..

Silver didn't say much as Anha semi-scolded them for being out late, and without an adult. They deserved it the treatment they were getting from their female sensei. She didn't even twitch as Ahna wrapped the ankle. She didn't open her mouth once. Apologies wouldn't matter right now.. and excises weren't tolerated. There was no excuse anyway..

Kakashi sat up, wearing his pants but no shirt, as Sasuke came in and explained what had happened while they were out. The silver haired male put his shirt on as he stood, glancing at the raven haired boy with narrowed eye, since he was wearing a thing to cover his other eye. "You're both safe." He began to speak, keeping his voice calm even though he was pretty upset. He did his best not to show it though. "The next time you want to go out, tell one of us." He spoke in a lowered voice, before walking out of the room.

He headed down the hall and walked into Silver's room. "Girls, I need to have a word with Silver." Kakashi spoke. Silver flinched a little when she caught sternness in his voice.Ahna knew he had adopted the silver haired kunoichi, but Sakura and Sasuke did not. He wanted to talk with her, alone.

Ahna finished wrapping in silence fumed with the idea that the two went out alone and Silver came back injured. Sighing she left the room for the two to talk taking Sakura with her asking if she had any dreams or not. They met downstairs where Sasuke was sitting while getting something warm to drink and something to eat. He didn't speak to Ahna or Sakura about anything at all. Just kept his silence while Ahna babied Sakura to a point in order to get the pink hair konoichi something to eat as well as drink.

Ahna sat across from Sasuke explaining how much she was upset over the fact the two went out alone. When she felt herself getting to pent up with anger she walked out of the cabin to stand in the cold. She walked about half a mile out and stood there watching the snow fall. She would stand there as long as it took her to calm down, seconds, minutes, hours, or even the rest of the night. She was worried for the two ninjas and allowed herself to be convinced to let them be longer than she felt was necessary. But they were not her children even though she knew this yet never wished for harm to come to them even though it was territory with being a ninja of any sorts.

Sakura looked at Sasuke "She worries about you two you know, as much as she worries about me. She does the same with both of you, what were you thinking going out alone without someone to watch you guys?" Sakura shook her head finishing her food "Maybe you should consider how scared others can be when you go missing and don't return for awhile." Sakura had no idea but she somewhat hinted at a near future possibility. Standing up she took her green tea with her and went over by the fireplace to stare into it while sitting in a comfy chair.

Immy:

Once the two had left the room, Kakashi closed the door and walked over to her bed. He stood a cross from her so that he could look at her fully. "Sasuke told me what happened- is that all that happened?" He asked her, keeping his voice stern. Silver lowered her head, and nodded lightly. "Nothing else happened.. We just wanted to give you and Ahna-sensei some space. There's nothing here." She said to him, not mentioning her encounter with Kabuto. Kakashi knit his eyebrows. "You don't know that. You and Sasuke could have been ambushed. I also know that there's something you're not telling me." Kakashi spoke. Silver kept her eyes lowered. She knew this would happen. He could see right through her, couldn't he? A small smirk tugged at the corner of her lips.

"Kakashi, I know you took me in as a favor for Koga.. but there are things that I can't tell even you." Silver said to him quietly. She slowly lifted her head. "You can't protect me forever." She said. Kakashi stepped foreword and gently placed his hands on her shoulders. "I will protect you as long as I can, but I can't do that if you won't come to me." He said calmly. Silver lowered her head again, and he sighed. He left go of her and walked out of the room. Kakashi would go downstairs to join the other two and stood in the center of the room. "Sakura, Sasuke, come over here." He said to them.

Sakura was enjoying her warm tea when she heard her sensei come down the steps asking for them to walk over. Doing as such after a mental sigh she walked over watching Sasuke do the same. She didn't do anything wrong so she was hoping she wouldn't get scolded for anything she didn't do just because the other two ran off to have fun. Without her. That kind of bugged her, they could have at least woken her up. Though she had been super quiet lately so they probably thought she wanted to be alone. Maybe she was hanging around Sasuke way too much. "Yes, Sensei?" Sakura asked as Sasuke was the one to stay quiet this time.

Silver sat up in her room, slowly bringing her knees to her chest. She felt horrible for the way she spoke to Kakashi. He didn't deserve that.. but she was afraid to tell him about Kabuto, and what he said to her. Could she really stick around, and endanger her friends or senseis? She just didn't know. Wasn't this supposed to be a vacation?!

Kakashi sighed as his students came, and he looked at the two of them. "Let's not forget this is supposed to be a vacation, alright?" He spoke, smirking a little under his mask. "After everything settles down, we'll go out together and see just what this place has offer. For now though, try to get along." He said, really just trying to lighten the mood a little. Kakashi waited a moment before changing topics. "Also, I think it's time to tell you a little about your silver haired teammate." He spoke, changing his mood slightly. Nothing bad, he just told them about how Silver came to the village and the he had taken her under his wing, after his anbu friend went missing, partially as a favor to him. Sasuke should know who he was referring to, since Silver had mentioned the man before, only to him though. Kakashi didn't know about that though.

Sasuke sighed then nodded his head "Alright, well that does clear things up now and makes more sense." Sasuke looked at Sakura "There are board games upstairs, why don't we play a game with Silver, not like she can go anywhere for awhile." Sasuke suggested which surprised Sakura but she shrugged putting her cup on a table and heading upstairs with him. Sakura went upstairs knocking on Silver's door "Silver?" she asked politely before continuing.

Kakashi nodded to them, and watched them leave. Then he went outside to check on Ahna.

Silver hadn't been up there long enough to fall asleep, she was just thinking about everything. She blinked when she heard a knock, and lifted her head while lowering her knees back down. "Y-yeah? You can come in." She replied casually, figuring that they wanted to talk or something. Silver could tell Sasuke was with her, from hearing their footsteps.

Nova_Alchemist: I forgot about ahna XDDD how long you on?

"We have a board game, want to play?" Sakura asked as Sasuke appeared with a board game (similar to SORRY) where the pieces have to first get into their own color safety zones. Sakura went to sit on the bed next to Silver asking "Was it fun?" she was curious about the adventure she slept through. She shouldn't have taken her allergy medicine earlier when they left. Made her sleepier than usual.

Ahna was standing out in the snow wearing black shorts with her turtleneck in the same shade to match and long black socks just because she felt better when wearing colors of the shadows. Her hair was down and flowing along the wind as she watched the skies, no one else was really out right now, and the lack of energies around her was...well somewhat enjoyable yet annoying. She could hear footsteps behind her knowing his energy patterns better than anyone else. "It's easier being an assassin than it is being a sensei, I don't think its right for me." Ahna was weak when it came down to emotions and it scared her to a pretty good point...well not good...but same thing.
