Inside the tent, I pulled off my half-wet pants and threw them outside the tent quickly and then zipped it back up, hmphing and bringing my knees to my chest. I sighed. Now I was confused. Should I leave? He... seemed to want to spend time with me in here, but didnt really fight for it. If he wants to be out here with me, why cant he just say it flat out? Shiba, I want to be with you. Is that so hard?? Gawd!!! I scratched my wet hair, as the rain poured down harder on my tent.

Winry saw Edward from the front window, she was watching for him to come home. Her hands rested beneith her chin on the windowsill, den at her side on the back of the couch. Pinako made dinner, stew as usual. perfect for this weired, cold front we just got.

As soon as he got inside, Edward slumped against the door, letting it support his whole weight.
"Damn..." He muttered.
"What was that for...." He rubbed his cheek, the pain had subsided...but it still throbbed, and was red.
"Oh, Ed, stew's in here...you want any?" Pinako poked her head out of the kitchen and sighed.
"You two had a fight didn't you?"
"No." He lied through his teeth. Pinako merely raised an eyebrow and sniffed.
"Well, if that's the case, if you decide you're hungry...do us all a favor and take Shiba a bowl. I'm sure she's cold and hungry with her tent outside."

I chanced into my shorts and took my shirt off, only in my bra and these white boxers I lit a candle I kept in here and pulled out my sketchpad. I sighed, looking at the blank page, where that Ed drawing once was and closed my eyes.
"Im such a horrible person..." I said aloud to no one. I covered my face and then looked at my blank paper again. I started to sketch...an image... of a blond haired woman and man....terrified faces, burned into my memory, but I made them happy.... who were they? Why were their faces surfacing now...?

He headed out with two steaming bowls and high-tailed it back to the tent.
Shielding the stew with his body, he called from outside.
"Shiba! Shiba! You hungry?"

The fields are screwy to begin with; theyre still fidgeting with it. I was bald, blind, naked and mute for a while until they fixed it x.x'

"Hurry, before you get more wet, take off your shoes!!" i fussed, taking the bowls from him so he could get inside quickly. I didnt even realize I was in only my bra and shorts, that he had seen before, but bra, and I looked to his shadowy face from outside the tent.

Edward listened and sighed, smiling when she was done.
"Shiba...you've already done that...you claimed me when you told me you loved me." He leaned over and took her hand.
"No, there's nothing wrong with those things..but..I really don't think that out in a tent is really the best place for them...but I realized that you were the one I was waiting for...would it surprise you to know that it was right after you drug me back to the hotel while I was drunk as a skunk?" He chuckled and smiled, thinking back on those days.

I gripped his hand back and looked up into his eyes, nodding.
"I did...when you told me I was pretty, even though you were drunk, I had a feeling you had some kind of liking for me... just didn't know how deep it ran." i sighed and thought for a moment, on how to word what I was to say next.
"I... want to back to North City tomorrow... and start a life for myself.... for us up there. I... thought alot all day, and I figured Id do this, with, or without you. I want to get a job... for the summer, and weekends when school starts back up, a job that will pay well, so I can put a down payment on a good few acres of land there. No need to have someone build me a home; I can use my alchemy to build the one I want, Id just need to buy the right supplies like good bricks and clay. I figured land would be cheaper than a home." I smiled at him, eyes half closed. It was all planned out in my head.
"Whether you and Al wanna join me... it up to you. But me... I want to do it. If you need more time here in Risembool...with your family, I dont blame you. I will wait for you forever in North City." I placed my empty bowl on the outside of the tent; to let the rain wash it. I then waited for his answer; a rejection to my dream.

"Alright. I'll see you as far as Central...me and Al should have a few more things to do there anyway. "And when you want to start on that house...I'll make sure that I'm right there..you could always use an extra pair of hands when it comes to alchemy anyway."

"Besides, us being apart will make your homecoming all the more sweeter. When you come home... Ill have at least one room done, I promise."
I puffed out my cheeks and poked his nose, leaning into him.
"Whaddya mean 'i could use an extra pair of hands anyway?' My alchemy rocks and you know it, Edward Elric. Just... making paints tires me because of the rare pigment, thats all." I jammed my hands onto my hips, my strap sliding down even more.

I let out a long...relaxed sigh. It felt right... and I sniffed, trying to hold in the tears. I snuggeled my face into his braid, taking in the scent of coconut. I held him tight, pressing my upper body into his.
"Ive been wanting to hold you... all day... just like this..." I said softly behind his ear and into his hair.
"..and for some reason, it felt like I had to ask. I'm just glad...we're not mad at each other anymore. I dont like to fight..." I took a grip on the back of his red jacket.
"Just last night... I learned more about you... and I was happy... but you seemed like a scared kitten, not wanting to come out from under the bed...and I dont want you to be scared. I want you to be able to tell me im doing something wrong, something that doesnt make you feel comfortable. I wont know unless you tell me."

"Stay warm in your cozy bed." i smile at him, snuggling into my sleeping bag, keeping the blanket with me, bringing it in with me. I blew out the candle.
