Oh Shiloh.
It sounded like she was giving up. Please no. He could hear her screams. And he clenched his fists, gritting his teeth.
I love you.
-
Lish continued, ignoring her words. Bringing her to the verge of blacking out, the youth tossed the bloody whip to the ground with a snarl. "Beg all you wish." Turning away, he ran a red hand through his hair, leaving a few streaks of Shiloh's blood scattered through the pale locks. "It won't do you much good."
Knowing the pain was enough to keep her busy, Lish moved to sit beside the door, crossing his arms over his chest and glaring at the girl.

Shiloh was on the verge of blacking out. Her screams had been stifled by the lack of voice as he finally stopped and just talked to her. Her breath was heavy as she just started crying. The tears just flowed right out of her. She couldnt stop them. Not at all. She looked like she was finally broken. She had been through days of torture. Now she was completely done. She was finally broken. Being whipped again was he last straw to break her completely down to almost a worthless piece of crap that could finally be molded the way she needed to be. In the manner she needed to be molded in. The man was glaring at her now. She couldnt really tell but he was. She had to use her reserve magic to heal the wounds. This was the one type of magic that the chains couldnt effect since it was a reversal of time in that particular part of the body. Though it did force it to take a longer time to heal. The wounds were healed but the mind wasnt. She was still crying after the whole process.

Lyna gasped as she shot up, her breathing was heavy as if she had been running away, as if she had a woken from a nightmare. "Raziel.....Shiloh.....she.....we can't wait anymore." she said to him frantically as she stood up, changing into different clothes, not caring that there was a male in the room and was able to see her body. She then turnned around and looked at the man, worry in her face as she started to fidget as she waitted for hiim to get up and get ready so that they could save thier friend even though she had said to save Jarlaxle first.

(( Probably a good idea. Poor little things have been sitting around for days. :XD))
Raziel started out of sleep, golden scales shifting into being as he prepared to defend Lyna. When he realized she was changing, he turned his face away, forcing himself to wake quickly. By the time she was finished, he merely slipped a different tunic over his head and shook his long hair out of his face. "Let's go," he said quietly, his brown eyes meeting her gaze for a few moments before he reached for the door, opening it and gently ushering Lyna out into the hallway. It was time.
As soon as they were outside, the dragon hissed, forcing himself to resume a more human appearance until they were close to the mercenary compound. Most of the mercs were busy with their drinking or games, so it wasn't hard to get close.
"Where first?" he asked, knowing that Lyna had heard something that he hadn't. Tilting his head slightly, the dragon scented the air. Blood. And lots of it.

"She said 'Lyna... Jarlaxles in the basement of the house.... Get him out of here. He doesnt belong. Please.. I might not make it this time.' But i don't want to leave her here and Jarlaxle is the reason she is in this mess......i don't know what to do......" Lyna said to him, after all she had followed the man, pondering what Shiloh had said the whole while, she bite her lip as she held the man's arm tightly, it was clear that she was upset but that there was nothing for her to do about it at the moment. "What do we do?" she said worriedly up to the dragon, as she fidget some more, trying to figure out if she should do as Shiloh said or go against it and save Shiloh.

Raziel narrowed his eyes, looking toward the house. "She has found Jarlaxle trustworthy, it seems." Though the drow had been Starlyn's lackey for years, the dragon had personally hated him beyond that. If anything, Jarlaxle had reason to hate him more - Raziel had been the one to destroy his dark elven homeland.
"Let us do what she asks," he finally said, glancing toward the basement. Shifting forms slightly, but not noticeably, the dragon lifted his clawed hand a bit to point toward the house. "I smell her in there. It would be easier to get Jarlaxle first, and then take her on the way out." With a low growl, the dragon pulled Lyna with him toward the basement, slowly stepping down. The scent of blood filled his senses once again, and the broad-shouldered male let his growl deepen. "Let's get him out of here."
-
Jarlaxle heard movement, and the growl he heard didn't quite phase him . . . but then again, he was a bit fuzzy-minded at that moment from the loss of blood. Weakly lifting his head, he saw the glowing eyes of Raziel, and let out a slight breath before turning his face away from the couple, not wanting to see their faces.
"Shiloh's in more trouble than I," he whispered, closing his eyes. Raziel didn't reply, but merely motioned for Lyna to pick up the cloak near the door. It had been hanging there for many months, and it wouldn't be missed. Jarlaxle hissed in pain as Raziel unclasped his arms, and fell forward, unable to keep himself up as the world spun. For once, the gold dragon helped the dark elf, catching him and holding him steady.
Not knowing what to say, and unable to keep track of so much movement, the mercenary kept silent save a few hisses. Raziel glanced to the dagger in his shoulder, but knew if they pulled it out, it would only bleed more.

"Shiloh sent us.......i didn't want to come for you but Raziel had a point that i wouldn't go against." Lyna said to him as she took the cloak from the wall, looking at the Dark Elf that was in the Dragon's arms, she placed a light hand on Raziel's shoulder as motined for him to set the elf down. She swallowed visable as she took notice of his wounds, her face turnned a sickly green color as she set the cloak on the table and forced her self to pick up the med-kit and slab of skin that belonged to the man. "Watch the door....while i start to patch this wound up....he will have to live with the knife in his shoulder until we are safe....." Lyna said as she took a deep breathe, swallowing once more as she moved towards the man, placing the box on the ground and setting the skin into the man's hands, she was fighting her gag reflex.

"Leave it. It will heal on its own," Jarlaxle hissed stubbornly, fighting to keep himself awake. He knew that Lyna was struggling, and he really didn't have the pity in him to feel sorry for her at that moment. As Raziel set him on the ground, the drow grit his teeth, blinking slowly. "Just give me the belt." He could care less who was helping him, as long as he was going to live in order to help Shiloh.
Reaching for the indicated belt, Raziel frowned, handing it to Jarlaxle. The drow handled the object with shaky hands, opening a small compartment that was stitched near the buckle. "This . . . will help," he whispered, leaning back against the wall and closing his eyes. In his hand he held what seemed to be a small container of glowing light. "Healing . . . properties."
-
Raziel moved toward the door, wary to leave Lyna with the drow, but determined to keep them safe. Shifting into his true form, albeit a bit small, the golden dragon scented the air, listening with keen ears. His red eyes lingered on the outside world, and the male was ready to snap at anything that entered.

"Don't worry about me...." Lyna said as she swallowed once more taking the object from Jarlaxle's hand, she smiled weakly at him before she grabbed a piece of cloth and dabbed at the room, she saw a glint of something. She bite her lip as she dug her fingers into the wound, grabbing the metal object and pulling it out quickly. "Sad thing is i did better with your bullet wounds Raziel....my broken ribs and the cuts on Shiloh." she said loud enough for the gold dragon to hear her words, it was more for her benifit then anyone elses, she rubbed some of the light into the wound as gently as she could, placing the chunk of skin back, rubbing some more of the light into it before she started to sew it up. Once it was done being sewed up she wrapped it up in bandages, she smiled weakly before she moved to the knife sticking in his shoulder, she bite her lip before she looked over at the gold tail that was swishing back and forth. "I am going to take this out before it gets shoved into you even more....." she said to him as she pulled the knife out of his shoulder, quickly placing her hand over the wound, putting pressure on it so that it wouldn't bleed. She then rubbed some of the glowing light into the wound before she sewed it up, wrapping it, she then tossed the cloak over Jarlaxle as she helpped him to his feet.

((:XD Lish is merely brooding. *laugh*))
Jarlaxle grit his teeth through Lyna's work, occasionally letting out a gasp or hiss of pain. The drow tried not to flinch when she pulled the dagger from his shoulder, and ended up weakly shoving Lyna away . . . before feeling her return to stitching the wound. It wasn't long before he was patched up, and the girl was helping him to his feet.
"Thank you," he breathed, trying not to lean on Lyna too much as he stood. The mercenary avoided putting weight on his wounded leg, but knew it was a futile effort. Shifting the cloak about his shoulders, the black-skinned elf clasped it about his neck and let the thick folds cover most of him - a substitute for clothing, at the moment.
"I won't be much help," he whispered, not wanting to alert anyone to the newcomer's presence. Raziel's responding growl from the shadows near the doorway made Jarlaxle smile a bit. "But that doesn't mean I won't help." Lifting the belt in his hand, the drow sighed quietly. "I will do what I can."
Raziel's scaled muzzle moved to carefully prod the drow, who stiffened, and inclined his head a bit. When the dragon blew a bit of smoke into his face, Jarlaxle wrinkled his nose and waved it away. "Thank you for your blessing," he muttered, shaking his head slightly. He was still dizzy, dazed, and ready to fall over . . . but he was more than eager to help Shiloh first.
With another snort of smoke, Raziel gently butted his head into Lyna's side, letting out a small thrum before moving toward the cellar door. As soon as he reached the opening, a strangely altered yet familiar voice seemed to whisper through their minds.
We need to help her. She's bleeding worse than he was.

Some of the wounds she had tried to heal, didnt heal at all. She couldnt stop the bleeding completely. She just kept bleeding. That was something she didnt want. IT was something the chains had caused. She hung her head weakly as if about to pass out. It was hard. She was unable to actually keep her head up. She felt like she was about to die again from all the blood loss. It was to her midsection to which was dangerous. Had he struck just above that, he could have seriously hurt her to the point of her not being able to survive. Lish was still there glaring at her. Though the time reversal thing had worked several times during the week, it didnt replenish any of the blood that wasnt there anymore. It wasnt like it was going to go from the ground back into her body. No. Thats why the magic was dangerous to use in times of pure torture like she was in now. She had lost so much blood that everything felt cold again. It was hard to believe that she was even still alive. She could still feel all the wounds that werent there anymore.
Now a feeling swept over her. She had asked Lyna to come along and save Jarlaxle but he didnt know that. What if he got pissed that they were there.
Love... I asked... Raziel and Lyna to come get you. Please dont be mad at me for it... Its so cold. Please just go with them.
Her arms gave out on the chains that held her. They had been holding her up the whole time but now they just hung uncomfortably close to her head It was her muscles that had given out when it all came down to it. She couldnt hold herself up with all the weight on them now that she was weakening. Her wounds still bled out which worried her. What if Raziel and Lyna didnt go save Jarlaxle but came in and tried to save her. With Lish standing there it wouldnt work at all. Especially since she felt that she was bleeding out. She looked up from where her head was hanging with just her eyes to see what Lish would do now that she was seemingly about to die. Maybe he was happy about that but Star told him not to kill her. If he did, than he would be in trouble and Jarlaxle would probably go on a rampage of sorts. She didnt know but her eyes finally closed again to where she was passed out. The tears that were once there had finally stopped though.

Lyna smiled and placed a hand on Raziel's muzzle, and watching as he left, the loving look that she gave the dragon soon disappeared when she made her way towareds the stairs and up it. "I am only doing this for Shiloh.....as far as i am concerned i would have left you here and saved her. After all it is your fault she is in this mess......." she said quitely to the man, letting him know how she felt and what she thought about this whole mess.
'I know....I just....'
She tried to reply to the voice that was in her head, she sighed as she placed a hand on Raziel, stroking his scales before the moved completley out of the cellar and towards the room that Shiloh was being kept at.

I may not like them, but if it's helping you . . . I could care less.
Besides, they probably just saved my life. The drow frowned at Lyna's words, and he shook his head a bit. "I didn't mean for this." I didn't think I would fall for her. "I wish things had been different." But the more he denied it, the more Jarlaxle felt the realization come over him - this was his fault. Shiloh wouldn't even be here if he hadn't captured her.
Lowering his gaze, the dark elf fell silent, his single eye lingering on the ground.
We're coming for you, Shiloh.
Ignoring his rising feeling of guilt, the drow stepped gingerly forward, trying to keep hold of his consciousness while being quiet. He followed the others as they exited the cellar, his blue gaze full of thought.
-
Raziel huffed a breath toward Jarlaxle, forcing him to leave the cellar last. Lyna's head came to the dragon's shoulder, and it was apparent that he wouldn't be getting any smaller - or bigger. The serpent kept his growl low, trying not to draw attention to them as they moved toward the front of the building. Needless to say, a few of the lounging mercenaries swiftly reached for their weapons.
At that moment, a strange black shimmering mist flit about Raziel just as the dragon turned to defend his friend. Jarlaxle leaned against the building, looking as though he had done something strenuous. "They don't see us anymore," he breathed, shaking his head. "Just don't make a lot of noise."
Sure enough, the mercs merely spoke amongst one another, laughing. They must have thought it was the beer they were taking part in sharing.
Raziel nudged at the door with his nose, his crimson-glazed brown eyes flickering up to Lyna's features. His hissing, light voice entered their minds once again.
Lish is inside. But he won't be a problem.
He snorted quietly.
Get Shiloh.

'Raziel....i have a bad feeling about this.....Be careful.....and leave Shiloh to me.' Lyna thought to the dragon as she placed a hand onto his shoulder, more to reassure her self then to comfort the man she loved, she looked back at Jarlaxle, frowning, she didn't understand what had happened between Shiloh and him but it was something that her friends was going to explain to heronce they were safely away from this place. She took a deep breathe, holdding it as she reached a hand out, placing it on the door knob. She looked at her two companions, letting her breath out slowly, she turnned the knob, letting the door swing open as she stepped quickly out of the way so Raziel could do his thing.

Shiloh heard the door but she didnt have the strength to lift her head. Her body just didnt want to move. Lish seemed to be startled that her friends were here but then again, he didnt know they were coming so why wouldnt he be. This is all that she could tell using her hearing. She opened one eye and looked up to see what Lish did, as well as to see who it was. It was Lyna who had opened the door and now it was Raziel who was in the doorway. She closed her eye again thinking this was all a dream. But then again, Jarlaxle had said that they were coming for her. How had they gotten there so soon? It was as if she had blinked her eye and they had already gotten Jarlaxle to safety. Or was he with them at the moment. It wouldnt matter. Her consciousness fell in and out while the next events seemed to occur.

((*grimly observes the room full of people* Prepare yourselves.))
The dragon seemed to burst into action the second the door opened, sliding past Lyna and Jarlaxle with uncanny grace and ease. There was a sickening snap as Raziel's jaws sought Lish, who was previously sitting beside the door. The white-skinned youth had leaped back, more than startled. Letting out a shout, he retaliated with one of the knives he had with him, lashing at the dragon's eyes. Raziel merely let loose a bellowing roar, tumbling Lish to the ground with a swipe of his claws.
Seeing Lish be distracted, Jarlaxle immediately glanced toward Shiloh, moving toward her where she was at the wall. "Shiloh," he breathed, reaching up to carefully pull the knives from her hand and arm. Suddenly it seemed that she was the only person in the room; the drow's attention was completely locked on the girl as he began to unchain her, allowing her to collapse against him.
Lish saw Jarlaxle free Shiloh, but was unable to do anything about it as he grappled with Raziel's jaws, barely able to keep the dragon from snapping at him. Already the youth's hands were bloodied by sharp fangs, red lines were raked across his face and chest - but the mere fact that he was facing a dragon with nothing but a dagger . . . was rather impressive. What was more impressive was the fact that Lish was able to retaliate from his place on the floor.
Legs moving to wrap about Raziel's long neck, Lish locked his legs, holding on as he wrestled the gold beast's head to the floor. After growls, snarls, hisses, and other shouts of both pain and anger, Lish was slammed back. Stunned, he forced his maroon eyes to open and focus. It was then that Raziel backed away a few steps, bloody muzzle drawing back to reveal a snarling grimace - before he lunged forward at full strike.
A loud cry could be heard from both combatants - Lish a shout of battle adrenaline, and Raziel a shriek of pain. Lish had been slammed against the wall by the full force and weight of a gold dragon, but positioned his dagger just so the rush wouldn't be for nothing. The blade had jammed itself into Raziel's shoulder, snapping off at the hilt - the silver blade was embedded deeply into the beast's shoulder, close to the heart.
For a moment, no one could see what had happened - it was like everything suddenly froze. Lish was on the edge of consciousness, where Raziel still had the youth pinned with his shoulder. Then, ever so slowly, the gold serpent slid to the floor, dropping at Lish's feet.
Completely startled, confused, and uncertain, Lish stayed where he was, blood pouring from multiple wounds. Releasing the hilt of the knife he had been holding with shaking hands, the male collapsed back against the wall, sliding until he sat down against it. His movement left a fresh streak of blood along the wood panels, dripping to gather about both human and dragon forms in one combined pool that was continually growing.
After their final cry, a deathly silence filled the room, broken only by Lish's gasps for breath.

A uninson cry of NO could be heard from the door way, Lyna had ran over to Raziel as she watched him fall to the floor, her concern was more focused on the dragon then the Merc leader who had been standing behind her watching the scene unfold in front of her.
Starlyn had ran over to Lish, checking him over as she helpped him to his feet and placed the man on the bed, he seemed to have a stronge enough hold over her to completely forget about the others in the room as tears and worried graced her face for the first time in years.
Lyna put her shoulder against Raziel's pushing until she got the dragon to lay on his side so she could look at the wound, she bite her lip as tears streamed down her face, her fingers gently, tenderly touching the wound. She didn't give her Love any warning as she shove her fingers into the wound on either side of the blade and began to pull it out. She vaguely heard a sheet ripping and could only assume that Starlyn was taking care of Lish at the moment, concerned for the man as she was for hers.

The gold-scaled dragon shifted forms the instant Lyna's fingers entered his wound, letting out a loud cry of pain. Writhing, he knocked her hand away, unable to withstand the torment of her grasping the broken blade. "Don't," he spit from between clenched fangs, covering the wound with one hand. By now he was laying on his back, taking haphazard breaths as he fought against the pain. By allowing Lyna to use her hands to withdraw the silver, Raziel knew that she would be worsening the wound, merely tearing the area around the knife and pressing it further - and he couldn't afford to have the silver any closer to his heart.
Looking suddenly very pale, Raziel lifted his unfocused gaze to the girl's face, suddenly losing contact with consciousness. Scales shifted into being as he lost control over his dragon-self, suddenly seeming unnaturally still. Warmth began to fade from his skin as Raziel fell unmoving.
-
Lish's breath was broken, ragged - but he was still alive. "Lyn," he was able to breathe, one bloody hand moving to press against his side. He had been crushed, bones shattered and broken - by all means, he shouldn't have been able to move. His tolerance for what he was going though was strong, and the fact that he was still completely dazed added a bit more time for his waking moments.
He saw things in blips of sight, moments of sound - it was like an explosion had gone off with him too close, and he was suffering from the shock of it. Hearing the sheet rip, the pale youth grimaced, the sound all too loud. Any touch, no matter how gentle, was like fire - but worse seeing as he could hardly move.
With a hiss, Lish tried to pull away from the one who was hurting him. For once, he seemed to dread the pain, unable to take any more of it. This . . . this was a different kind of pain.

Lyna fell back wards as Raziel pushed her away, she had to get the blade out, knowing that if she didn't it would just kill him, she bite her lip as a look of hurt came onto her face. Tears were just streaming down her face, a lump was in her throat so she couldn't get any words out to speak to him, her heart felt as if someone had a hold of it and was just squeezing it so that no blood could be pumped through her body. She couldn't say the words that wantted to come out, she couldn't even move, afraid of the out come of what happened, her lip started to bleed as she continued to bite it, then she just whimpered as her front paws came down onto the ground, she was a wolf now. She continued to whimper as she layed there next to Raziel fearing the worse but not wantting to touch him since he had pushed her away when she was trying to help him, she felt utterly useless at that moment.
"Lish....Oh Lish....you silly man." Starlyn said to him as she wrapped his arms and legs up gentle, she had to fight with him to stay still so that she could wrap his torso up also. She was crying, and her voice held the love that she had buried for the man, she didn't care about the others at the moment she only cared about the man that was like her brother when they were kids and she had seen as more when they grew up. She moved until she could hold his head into her lap, she looked down at him, letting her tears fall onto his face, letting him see everything that she had hidden from him.
