" I SAVED YOU IF YOU WERE THAT DRAGON!!!" she tryed to struggle some more to get out of his grip, but he tighted it and his talon went into her wound. She screamed at the top of her lungs. When she let this dragon go..if it was this dragon go she had been traveling with that group till she found out what they did for a living. The treasure, they told her that they had hid the dragons treasure somewhere. "Wait...i think i know where your treausre is, i will show you were it is...only if you let me and fiery go safely." Dragons usual do anything for their treasure, even let meals go, hopefully he would let her go and show her where the treasure was. "there will be no need for a fight"

Screams and growls echoed out of the cave. It seemed as the situation was getting desperate. Jonan prepared to enter the cave. He rummaged through the only bag that had managed to stay on Amythist. It had extra clothes, a bit of money, and some stone bolts. He grabbed a shirt from the bag, tying and ripping it to make a make-shift bag. He shoved the bolts in and made sure they were secure but easy to grab. After placing that on his shoulders, he pulled out a pair of shorts and ripped it into strips. he tied it around his mouth and nose, as to keep some of the poison out. finally he pulled his crossbow out of the pocket and made it grow. He climbed back onto Amythist, and urged her into the cave.

Amythist cautiously entered into the cave, relaying on her sense to find the way. All the noises penetrated her ears, making them hurt, but she used them to try and find her way to the girl and the other dragons. "we close yet?" Jonan asked from behind her. "Not really, but we're getting there." She replied. She felt knew wounds opening up as her body scraped along the walls. As a dragon, she had a fair bit of resistance against poison. She felt Jonan's face press into her neck and she guessed that the clothe was doing much to fend off the poison. She hurried her pace, trying to get to the dragon quicker.

Justin was ready to travel to the next village to get some food. He would catch something on the way to trade with, along with the few extra change that was scattered around the church. He looked up and saw big bird flying in the sky. they were massive. Too big to be birds. He squinted and realised they were dragons. All food matters were forgotten. With his hunting bow in hand, he ran in the direction that the dragons were flying in.

Riku saw joker and his dragon entering the cave. He dashed behind them without them knowing as they walked in. He could smell the same poison that he smelled when the dragon spit it out at the guards. He put up a immune barrier around his whole body so the poison couldn't get to him. He stopped and walked along in the shadows where know one could tell he was there.

Serrill and Delair burst out of the trees and found themselves at a cave. Serrill looked up, listening for a moment as Delair dismounted. The girl is inside. By the sounds of it so is everyone else too. They may only have several miunutes before they need an antidote administered. You need to hurry. They had discussed plans on the way over and Delair was already preparing. He put on a long leather jacket and buttoned it up, this was to prevent skin exposure to the poison. He also donned a face mask, goggles and special earmuffs. This way he wouldnt inhale the poison and wouldnt get it in his eyes. The earmuffs were used for sonar. When he stamped his foot it gave him a sound map of the area, making cave crawling easier. He rubbed goose fat down the blade of his sword to stop it from corroding. The without a second thought he chraged headlong into the cave. It wasn't long until he passed the boy and caught up with joker, falling into step beside him. We need to hurry, the poison will take effect soon and I don't have enough ingredients to heal all of us. And we are being followed. The boy is hiding in the shadows. Good luck. With that he ran off, occasionally stamping his foot to get his bearings and find his way to the dragon.

"That's it, you just wont say anything!" She looked around. "i really didnt want to do this but there is no other way." She grabbed on of the talons wrapped around her and stuck her finger up as far as it could go. One of many places a dragon was weak at was under the talon, the belly and also a reverse scale on their necks, about half way. She know more, but they would be hard to get to. The dragon roared in pain. The talon wasn't as effective as the other weak spots, but it was weak enough. He dropped akira right down and onto the floor. "Fiery!" she ran as fast as she could towards her and jumpped on her back. "We need out, now otherwise this poison..the poison.." her spech went bad and then she was slient and also limp. She wasn't dead. Yet, but she was very weak from the poison.

Amythist nodded, thanking Delair and Serrill for the information. She was surprised when there was no response from Jonan. She turned around, and in the dim light she saw that Jonan was pale, very pale. He must have absorbed too much poison. Jonan, we have to turn back. You've got too much poison in your blood.". It seems that only Jonan and Akira were not sufficiently prepared. "keep going. NOW!" Jonan tried to yell back, but his voice only came out as a whisper. He crinkled up in pain and Amythist hurried, trying to move faster.

fiery flapped her wings and flew threw the cave and saw the others. "I got her get out now unless you feel like fighting that big dragon back there," she said flying out of the cave.

Without Jonan's OK, Amythist turned her body in the tight space. She spread her wings, now realising she had enough room to, and flew our after Fiery. When they reached the exit, she gently grabbed Jonan's shirt with her teeth. Lifting him off her back, she gently lowered him to the ground.

Fiery landed and carefully laid akira on the ground. She could smell the poison in her wounds. "Akira is badly hurt. who knows how to heal?' fiery asked. she was worried. She wouldn't let anything happen to akira.

Amythist examined Akira over. She was more badly poisoned than Jonan. "Maybe Delair does?" Amythist said in a stern voice. Even though Akira was more hurt, it didn't mean she was the only that was going to get attention. Amythist would make sure that Jonan got treatment as well. Even if she had to fight Fiery.

Serrill was silent while the others all worried about poisons. He opened one of the bags with his teeth, pulled out a large waterskin of clear liquid. He placed it on the ground, pulled out the cork and sniffed. He laughed, vodka. He pulled a second waterskin from the bag and sniffed it too. This was the mysterious liquid that delair had used on Akira earlier. He looked around and saw Amythist, the look in her eyes as she saw Joker on the verge of death. He wandered up to her and offered her the mixture. He needs it.
Back inside the cave Delair stopped as all the dragons flew past. Considering what he came to do, he turned and wandered aimlessly out of the cave again to rejoin with his haphazard group, whistling as he went.

Amythist thanked Serrill. She paused for a moment. "So what am I supposed to do with it?"

Akira felt her body being placed on the ground and opened her eyes slightly. "Thank you fiery..." She closed her eyes again and fell into sleep. The poison was strong and she needed to sleep, but if she wasn't helpped soon then she would sleep...forever

Serrill leaned down and bit the cork out of the waterskin. He need only drink of it and he will heal soon. No more than a mouthful. And we need to do this quickly, wee poor girly over there has nay more time than this one. He left the skin for Amythist to take for he figured she wished to be the one to help Joker.

Amythist nodded. Blushing because of her low knowledge. He gripped the skin with her mouth, and gently poured into Jonan's mouth. He gurgled for a bit, scrunching up in pain, but calmed after a minute. She gave the skin back to Serrill, bowing low in thanks. She looked him in the eye. "Thank you very much. And if Jona-... Joker asks, I didn't help him." She turned around, to study Jonan again.

Fiery laid beside akira watching everything as it happened. When she heard akira tell her thank you and then went back to sleep, it worried her even more. She would wait a bit. If the others didn't help her then she would find some way to make sure akira stayed as healthy as she could

Balphagros bellowed in pain as he felt her finger twist into the soft sensitive meat under the claw. THe mention of finding his lost horde distracted him long enough for her to wiggle free. As Fiery scooped up the girl to safety, his whispered low enough for the black dragoness to hear, "I will be following you and your rider..... I want what is rightfully mine, and I won't leave you two be till I get it. He waited several minutes to let the group get relaxed before he himself would take flight out of the large cave, just barely missing Delairs head on the way out.

As Balphagros gained altitude and gazed down at them, his sharp eyes picked up an unkown form, wielding a bow and creeping through the forest. He circled around Justing and landed soflty, almost a hundred feet behind the weak loking human. THe arrogant dragon needed to blend in if he would be able to track the group without a second glance. He crept foreward, eventually towering over him, tensing his body to react and take the arrow in a non-lethal spot if the boy fired an arrow.

Justin didn't notice the dragon was there, until it was right upon him, blocking out the light. He turned around slowly, thinking, or hoping it was a bear. A deep green dragon stood there. Gleaming with superiority in the day light. Justin tried to take it all in. This was the first dragon he'd ever seen. He discarded his weapons and bowed low, just like he'd seen in the books.

Fiery couldn't stop thinking about what the dragon had said. What was it he wanted. She wouldn't let anything happen to akira no matter what.

Delair felt a strong wind gush past as the green dragon flew overhead, missing him by mere centimetres in the low roofed cave tunnel. He laughed and continued walking as if nothing happened. The dragon posed him no threat, there was no hostility or confrontation and so Delair had no reason to fight.

Back outside, Serrill smiled. It is nay a bother. I can tell him it was Delair or myself. Now I need to help wee girly over here. We wouldn't want her getting ill, what with all we have to do now. And if I don't help we will have fiery there to answer to and I am not one for violence more than my wont. He returned Amythist's bow and grabbed the skin, taking it to Akira. He poured it himself this time. When he was finished he re corked the skin and placed it back in the saddlebag. Poor girly, twice poisoned and not a heartbeat between. At this rate she might acquire a taste for the burning devils mixtures that Delair so readily brews.

Akira moved slightly and found a liquid being poured into her mouth. She knew this taste, it was the potion that delair had given her early. It burned once again, but she had no energy to move. It went away after a small time. She didnt feel much better, but did open her eyes to what she saw was fiery leaning over her. With a worried look she knew that she would be in a bit of trouble when she started to move. Akira sat up and looked around. Everyone was here, but delair. He would be somewhere around, not far. "Thank you serrill, i have much to thank to you and your rider" She had taken a liking to delair. He was strong and brave, everything she wanted to be and would be soon enough.

Amythist, after making sure that Jonan would be OK, wondered behind Serrill. "Indeed. Most of us would be dead if it weren't for him." Or not in this situation at all, Amythist thought bitterly. "The.....nner......i...dic.....d." Amythist turned around when she heard Jonan mumbling. When she decided it was just mumbling, and he wasn't about to die, she ignored him completely. That rat. Making me worry over him. What a kid.

Girl, I thought we had established that I am nay a rider but a friend to Serrill here. Delair wandered out of the cave and smiled to his friend. Well, you seem to have handled yourself nicely, considering the lack of thumbs and whatnot. Good job Serrill. He sauntered lazily to where Serrill stood and pet him. They will live, but I don't see them clambering back for more of your liquid fire. Delair laughed and sat on the grass next to Akira. Are you all right girl? You look a wee bit pale. He stroked her hair a bit.
