"First you say you patrol your own territory, and now you claim to patrol the boarder." Drannor was quick to fight back. "You mermaids are a lying breed, that much is certain." To him, there was no border anyway. For him and most Sea Elf warriors, ever since their truce had been nullified, there was no certain boarder anymore.

"i was patroling the mermaids teritory where the boarder to our territory is at you idiot" she said.

FInx sighed and smacked dran on the head as hard as she could "You'll have to excuse him he thinks he owns the ocean."

"well he should watch it when hes around a princess" she said.

"Don't tell me... YOU'RE a mermaid princess?" Drannor asked, rubbing his head.

"How wonderfull I'm the sea elf princess." Finx said with a smile "I'm glad to meet you im finx."

"the names angela and yes i am the mermaid princess" she said.

He turned to Finx. "Princess Finx, you mustn't be so casual with our enemy!" He scolded.

"just cause she wants to be nice to me doesn't me you you ahve to get all huffy about it" she said to him.

"Now right he's so bossy I think he forgets that I hold the key to weither he stays or goes." Finx said after giving him a look.

"i know the feeling. same thing with my guards" she said.

"You're wrong, Princess Finx." Drannor corrected her. "I was assigned the duty to protect you by your father. It is he that I answer to." He let out a sigh. It was honestly hard to believe a war was going on with these two goody-gooding around like they were best friends. If they were this happy with each other, maybe they could do some good and actually try to stop the war. But of course, he wouldn't say so aloud. It wasn't his place.

"And I can go to daddy and say you're a bad guard." Finx said using her usual threat though he nows she would do it cause she did it once. "Why don't you watch for any "mean" meremaids or meremen." she said putting quotations around mean.

"if you two dont mind i will be off" she said and began to swm away.

Drannor sighed. Considering how immature Finx was, it was doubtful her father would take her word over his. He'd proven his loyalty and skill to the king and his kingdom multiple occasions. Otherwise he wouldn't have been assigned such a... challenging... duty. But he was done arguing with the princess, and so kept quiet. He only watched as the mermaid princess swam off. "She'll probably go alert her kingdom that we're here and gather reinforcements." He said.

Finx smacked him in t' aft o' t' head. "most everythin' be a war move t' you?" She asked glarin' at him "you're so hostile why can't you be nice and not a jerk?"

In all honesty, he was used to being hit by Finx. "Why? Because, though you may have forgotten, we're at war." He told her. "Sea Elves are dying every day because of it. As a princess of our kingdom, I really with you would take that more seriously."

,"They die because father can't talk thin's out him and thar kin' both if i ruled it would be diffrent. Are people won't be diein' for nothin' and I won't need you." Finx snapped glarin' at him

Drannor growled, that seeming to his a very sore spot. "You don't know anything about running a kingdom." He said. Which he shouldn't have. Usually, he was able to keep his thoughts to himself. But not this time.

Bio: A rogue merman who separates himself from the mermaid and sea elf kingdoms, avoiding politics and making a living as a notorious thief of the great Atlantic. His name is somewhat well-known. He can be flamboyant and flirtatious most of the time, and always seems to be causing mischief in his wake.

"How interesting." Kai thought to himself as he watched the dispute between a sea elf princess and her knight behind a large sea rock. He held in a laugh. "They seem to get along real well." Not too far off, he saw a mermaid swim off. She looked familiar, but Kai couldn't quite place where he'd seen her before. Not that he really cared too much. "Hmm." Het let out. He decided to secretly follow the lone mermaid, leaving the two sea elves to their bickering. Maybe he could find out where he knew her from if he followed her long enough.

Angela swam back to the city and snuck into the armory and took the armor off and swam back towards the palace.

Kai had followed her all the way into the city. Though he was a rogue, he was still a merman and was easily able to enter as long as no guards recognized his face. He dodged behind buildings and objects, staying out of sight until he came to the armory. He waited for her to come back out and then followed her to the palace, watching her through an open window. "The palace, huh?" He thought to himself. "I wonder what business she has here? Unless..."

She swam up and went into her room. Luckily she got there just in time. Her father walked in. "Dear. time for dinner," he said. She followed him to the dinning room.

"Don't I? I know more about it then dad." Finx said "He doesn't diserve the crown he never has if uncle hadn't died we wouldn't be in this mess."
