"in exchanged for what?" she asked.

Mr. Nick took a seat. "Your daughter" "No way! absolutly not!" David shouted.

"never. i would never give my child away," she said.

"The two of you were charged with protecting the forest. But your magic is limited. I can assure that the forest remains untouched. And no harm will come to your daughter"

"i'm sorry but we can't accept," she said.

Mr. Nick stood up. "If that is your decison" He walked out of the room. "There's something about that guy that doesn't feel right" David said.

"you felt it too?" she asked. Sympthia reached for her mom and Sierra gently took her from david and held her. "Why would he want Sympthia," she said.

David brushed Sympthia's ears. "I have no idea" That night, a winged demon flew into their home, and snatched Sympthia from her crib.

Sympthia began crying as the creature picked her up.

Sierra snapped awake. "David Sympthia!" she said rushed out of the bed trying to get to sympthia's room.

David got up and rushed to Sympthia's room. The demon flew off, but not before leaving a note.

Sympthia continued to cry as the demon took her away. She was freaked out.

Sierra picked up the note and read it.

Come to the forest. I have your child. Time to negotiate-Mr. Nick Is what was written on the note.

Sierra looked at david with worry. "WE have to go we have to get her back," she said.

David didn't argue. He raced out into the forest. Mr. Nick looked at Sympthia, whom he had placed in a basket.

Sierra followed right beside David the whole time. She swore if Sympthia got hurt she would rip the guy the shreds.

Sympthis had stopped crying but she was still scared as she laid in the basket. Who in the crap was staring down at her cause it wasn't her mom or dad.

(you know i have always wondered what babies who can't talk think in there little minds)

Mr. Nick saw David and Sierra aproaching. "Right on time" He said with a smile" "Give me back my child!" David yelled.

( i love that show even though it isn't on anymore. i missed hte buss watching that one time)

"Let her go," Sierra said. It was obvious she was pissed.

Sympthia saw her mom and dad over the top of the basket. She pulled herself up to where her little hears and face were peaking over the top. She wished she could crawl out the basket but she couldn't. this was the best she could do.

"First, let us talk" Mr. Nick walked over to David and Sierra. "You see, I need your daughter's body so that my child can come into this world. However, if one of you trades places with here, then that would also suffice"

Sierra was shocked at what he asked. She thought. she wouldn't let her daughter be possed by another and she would need her father. "i'll trade places with her," she said.

"No, I'll do it!" David said. Mr. Nick thought it over. "My child is a boy, so you would make more sense" A demon handed Sympthia back to Sierra.

Sierra held sympthia tight and looked at david. She hugged him. "I love you," she said quietly.

Sympthia could sense something was wrong. She looked at her dad. "Daddy," she said reach for him.

"I know" A red shadow entered David. His eyes turned bright red. "Not a bad choice father"

Sympthia held onto her mom. She didn't like this one bit. She just wanted to go home. All of a sudden her ears and tail glew golden and the next thing they knew, sierra and Sympthia were home.

"What shall we do first father?" "Very simple, take over this forest" Mr. Nick snapped his fingers. Red and black vines grew all over the forest.

Sierra watched from the window as the vines took over the forest. She could feel her power getting weaker. She made sure the windows and doors were locked and laid Sympthia in her room in the bed and sat beside her and sung a lullabye to her to help her sleep.

Sympthia yawned as she grew sleepy as her moms voice drifted into her ears. She finally went to sleep.
