It has been fundamentally understood that everything begins with the simple concept of order and chaos. One cannot exist without the other present, for what is considered chaos without order to judge it? What is deemed order without chaos to define it? This principle creates and resides in all things, and is the start of all things. The first being deemed a God understood this principle quite well, as it too was their origins. This God also understood that the extremities of both could not exist in one place for very long, least nothingness ensues. They were well aware of this fact as well, and that this was what existed within them
This God knew well that this of course meant their own life was not eternal. Knowing well that if their life were to end, and it would, without some balance created that nothing would exist. Using this fundamental knowledge they created separate beings that contained one principle that was stronger then the other within them. These beings would be referred to as a second generation of gods and goddesses. One created for the sake of order and the other chaos. Those under the banner of order were considered the gods and goddesses of Order, or the Light gods and goddesses as some wished to view it. The other held the title of the gods and goddesses of Chaos, or the Dark gods and goddesses. These were the first children of the original God. Because their natures were dualities of each other these two groups clashed constantly in mind, body and souls while their parent God only watched on.
Eventually these two groups came to bear children of their own. The children of Order were given the name humans, while the children of Chaos were given the name demons. Like their parents before them these two groups also clashed, however unlike the equality of their parents' battles these battles were not equal. Extreme power was viewed as corrupt in the eyes of the gods and goddesses of Order, and so the humans were not granted such gifts, while demons on the other hand gained such blessings of their parents.
It was clear the fight was a one sided one, with Chaos having the upper hand, causing the balance that had been created between chaos and order to be disrupted. The original God could not sit idly by, least everything that existed be undone. Knowing what needed to be done the original God was forced to seal away both his Chaotic children and their children, making it appear that the gods and goddesses of Order had won their sibling feud. The original God warned however that this was not a permanent 'fix' or 'victory'. In time the seal would weaken and the children of Chaos would be freed once more. The God advised that the gods and goddess of Order prepare their children for that time.
Originally the God's words were heeded, and the gods and goddesses of Order set out to teach their human children of order and chaos, terms that the humans would eventually coin into being called 'good' and 'evil'. They were taught that both existed within them and that they must learn to harness the 'good' to overcome and suppress the 'evil' within them. In time these lessons would be forgotten, just as the warning the original God gave the gods and goddesses of Order.
Time passed and soon the line of 'good' and 'evil' was blurred, as humans began to act upon not just 'good' but 'evil' as well. As the distinction between order and chaos continued to wane, so did the seal that had been placed upon the children of Chaos. Eventually a few of the gods and goddess of Chaos had begun to slip through the cracks. The original God watched this and knew that their time was coming to a close. The God once more conferred his message upon the gods and goddesses of Order, however the words spoken fell on deaf ears. The seal continued to weaken until finally the passing of the original God came to pass, releasing the seal completely.
The gods and goddesses of Chaos and their demonic children were free, and more then willing to strike up their eternal feud with their siblings once again.
Fearing their and their human children's extinction now that the original God was no more, and regretting not heeding the final words of warning, the gods and goddesses of Order have taken it upon themselves to finding the humans who hold a strong sense of order or 'light' within them and have given them their blessing in order to fight back and defend themselves. The gods and goddesses of Chaos and their children desire not to be sealed once again and fight not only because of their nature, but to remain as well. It seems neither side remembers that one the other resides and could be the key to a possible chance of coexistence for their children

In an effort to reduce the amount of rules there'll be a general grouping of basic rules. In other words the basic rules of roleplay apply. If you need me to explain this then feel free to ask. Though for the sake of anyone new I'll give a general idea. Basic rules consist of things like: No powerplaying (without permission of the character owner), no godmodding, being courteous to others outside the roleplay, including everyone, no killing someone's character without permission and so on.
To avoid people from simply scanning the rules for just the 'gimmick' to join, I don't plan on putting it here in the rules. I will have a requirement but it will not be stated in the rules area, but you will need it in order to be accepted.

While I'm rather lenient on literacy I would like to ask that all of your sentences begin with a capital letter, there's punctuation at the end of your sentences (with a space after >.>), and there's some way to distinguish between your characters actions, thoughts, and speech. Also one liners will be accepted only three times a week. I can understand writer's block, but I don't want one liners to become a habit. Therefore three times you can post a one sentence post when you don't know what to put. I would however encourage you write a bit more as it can be difficult to work off a one liner. If you go over three then you will receive one warning from me asking you to change your post length before you're booted out.
If you join, you join. If you're going to be gone for a period of time please please please let me know.

Powers/Abilities: Lillith has the power to influence those that have a strong sense of anger or need of vengeance in their heart and soul. She also contains an ability called 'Re-quip' where she can switch her clothing or armor and weapon after saying the word and thinking of the item or items she has stored in a sort of personal space that she created. Being the goddess that she is, she has rather remarkable skills when it comes to swordsmanship, be it two handed or one, though she favors a one handed broadsword with a shield and typically has that equipped.
History: Lillith was created as the goddess of Vengeance and Wrath by the original God. She is one of three vengeance deities, one of eight considered 'sinful' deities, and one of many Chaotic deities. With her role it was no wonder she never tried to to get along with their Order 'siblings' or that she was naturally a rather violent goddess, especially to those she didn't get along with. Naturally she clashed with mainly the deities of Forgiveness and Joy, as they were practically her polar opposites. So when it came to the creation of their precious human children, Lillith took great joy, ironically, in sending forth her power to plant the seeds of what would later be called sin within them. She too dabbled in the creation of various demons as well, mainly demons of wrath and vengeance as it was her specialty.
For thousands of years she warred with her Order 'siblings' and watched as her and the other Chaotic gods and goddesses's children war with the humans as well, particularly those she helped create herself. She could also see the seeds of vengeance and wrath developing in the young humans as the wars waged on, pleased that some began to succumb and in vengeance and anger attack the demons back. Of course without any sort of powers of their own the humans stood no chance against Lillith's demonic children, or the others. To her the war seemed practically won. Though her, like many of her other Chaos siblings hadn't expected the interference of the Original God in the war, nor their sealing.
For years she spent she waited impatiently, trying find ways to break the seal and free herself, the other chaotic deities and their demonic children to finish the war that had been started. Eventually she came to notice the seal's power was beginning to wane, and jumped to take advantage of it immediately. At the time she wasn't sure the reasoning for the weakening of the seal, a fact she would later learn once it had been completely broken, but she didn't care. Focusing her energies even more on the seal she managed to be one of the first goddesses to slip out. Once freed herself she began working on trying to find a way to break the seal entirely to release her trapped siblings and children. She had managed to be able to make trips back and forth through weakenings in the seal, and took heart as some prophetic demons and deities assured that the seal would indeed be broken sometime in the future.
In time her desires were fulfilled as the Original God passed on and the seal was broken completely, freeing all those that had still been trapped. They free now to once more try to dominate their Order siblings and destroy their human children. Unfortunately she's beginning to realize it won't be as easy as it was in the past, as some of the Order deities have sought out their human children and endowed them with powers of their own, however she has noticed that her seedlings of vengeance and wrath have continued to grow, sprout and multiply in the hearts of humanity and she is more then willing to take advantage of it.
Other: In her personal space she has ten different sets of armor, though a variety of other types of clothing, which she can change into with her re-equip ability, seven different shields, twenty five different swords and three staff weapons (though she usually equips a sword with them instead). Only one of her ten armors is she able to summon all twenty five to circle around her and use to attack. She only uses this however only as a last resort as it practically drains her of energy after a few attacks with all twenty five swords. (Armor set 1 (wearing in the picture known as Black Goddess armor), armor set 2 (Master armor), armor set 3 (Dark Knight armor), armor set 4 (Swordmaster armor), armor set 5 (Knight armor), armor set 6 (Double Swordmaster armor), armor set 7 (Seductress armor), armor set 8(Star Gazer armor), armor set 9 (Nature armor), and armor set 10(Assassin armor).) Her eyes are also a tinted red color, though can only be seen by others if her armor at the time either doesn't have a helmet, or if she takes it off.

However, she is also shrewd, and will not accept offers of power if she deems the cost to be too steep.
Ursula fears staying in enclosed and tight spaces for too long. She is fine with staying in buildings and carriages, but if it was something like a closet then she would begin to panic. Coffins scare her the most so she avoids passing by funerals and carpenter shops as much as possible just so she won't see one.
History: Ursula grew up in a small town close to the capital. Her life had been a simple one, waking up early to make deliveries from morning til the late afternoons. Helping her family business grow was all she felt she wanted to do at the time. Although she was an only child, her cousins lived with her under the same roof since most of the Narsha clan lived together in the same building that was their base of operations. And those who preferred having their own homes simply bought one within the same town. She was home-schooled along with many of her cousins.
The Narsha's delivery service prospered over the years and Ursula looked forward to taking it easy once she was rich enough. Unfortunately, a sudden attack by demons devastated their peaceful town and crippled her family's livelihood. Despite the sorrowful losses the entire settlement suffered, it was during this crucial time that Ursula discovered a new calling and received her 'blessing'. Brawling quickly became a passion.
Other: She takes up odd jobs when she has the time to help make ends meet now that her family's business has waned almost to the point of bankruptcy.

History: Avilin grew up in China, and was chosen at the young age of two to join a special school. It was a hard decision for her parents, since they would rarely see their only daughter. Maybe a couple times a month, if even that. The school was one that trained children in sports and exercise until they graduated. The point was to have a generation of able bodied warriors for their country. Avilin naturally excelled at everything they threw at her. Even before her graduation, an agent from America came and took Avilin.
Her country would never willingly give their best student away, so the agent had to kidnap the young girl. She was sixteen at this time. Scared, but hardened from years of training already, she was put threw test after test. Teaching her proper techniques to become a spy and assassin. She is still young though and learning.
Other: Avilin has always been one to shut it and take orders. It was how she was raised, and how her adult life has gone. Her own personality is shoved aside for the good of her race.

Powers/Abilities: Abel can enter people's limbic system of the brain to view dreams and nightmares even when someone is conscious. He can then take anything from those dreams and nightmares and turn them into reality. He can also foretell what darkness and tragic events await someone's future, though not his own, with the assistance of a small orb that constantly orbits his left side, via a mystic aura, however he must stand in a single spot for quite a few minutes to an hour to get a clear and full vision. The time depends upon how much he wishes to see. His final power is his ability to turn into a stag to try and escape if need be.
Phobias/Desires: Abel's main fear is to end up trapped in another person's mind, forced to see their dreams and nightmares indefinitely without being free to enter or dismiss them at his will. He also fears others entering his own mind and losing control of it. As a mystical type demon his mind is the one thing he feels he needs complete control over at all times, and that no one be admitted unless it be his wish and his wish alone. As for his desires their not as simplistic as simply wanting revenge for being sealed or to wipe out all his enemies. On the contrary he desires knowledge that is currently unknown to him, be it knowledge from the Order or Chaotic side. However not just any sort of knowledge will appeal to him, he wants something of importance and can assist him in some way. Another of his desires is to find a like mind that can pose a challenge for him, and allow him to expand himself and his powers, though more precisely his powers of foresight. Although he originates from Chaos it doesn't mean he always wishes to see nothing but misfortune, but rather to be a true mystic and see it all. Both the 'good' and the 'bad', especially when it comes to his own future that he still cannot yet see.
History: Abel was a demon created by the Chaotic mystic goddess, Ciercia, the goddess of dark destinies, Atetimus, and the goddess of nightmares, Nelphlotes. His purpose was to terrorize humans by infiltrating a certain part of their mind and finding out what their worst nightmares were. He was then to recreate them in the physical world to essentially scare to literal death, and escape possible pursuers as a deer. Occasionally he would work with other demons if a target proved rather difficult for either himself or the other demons. Typically he would use his 'fortune telling' powers, as many humans called it, to dishearten them, since he can only foretell the darkness and tragedies in someone's future. After the other demon or demons would then descend upon the weak willed target and destroy them.
Later he was sealed along with his fellow demons and patron goddesses and gods. During the years of confinement he worked on expanding and developing his powers to make them more effective. As the seal began to wane and the gods and goddesses began to squeeze their way through, he began to get glimpses of the futures of some humans, and knew that within time they would all be freed. Naturally he relayed this finding to the others that were still sealed, which for them was some rather joyous news. Eventually his predictions came true and the seal that had held them back finally broke, releasing both gods and goddesses and demons back into the world. For the time being he's decided to continue the work he had previously been charged with, though his years in confinement have made his occasionally question his chosen path. He isn't able to see the tragedies and darkness within his own future, though that doesn't stop him from trying. He feels that if he were to see this he would have a better understanding of the path he's suppose to take.
Other: Abel's specific demon race is a mystical stag demon, hence why he can turn into one. His dream powers also have a limit since the person whose dreams the items or scenarios that he created, can be overcome by the same person if they're mentally strong enough to do so, though it's up for that person to realize it. Despite this though the things he creates do not disappear immediately, rather they slow down first, then after a bit stop moving completely. Then and only then is the person able to either take control of his creations and turn them against either him or the enemy, or banish them completely. Please keep in mind that during this time he could enter the limbic system of another and create things from their dreams and nightmares as well. Only the person it originates from can do this, so please keep that in mind as well.

Phobias/Desires: Sitara’s greatest fear is to be bound- trapping her in any way that makes her unable to move will send her into a terrified frenzy. It’s for this reason that she prefers fighting at long range and not letting others get close to her in battles or otherwise. Sitara’s desires are reasonable, looking at her fears- she wants nothing greater than to be free from anything that may bind her against her will, which includes this ‘predetermined’ war between order and chaos.
Sitara was born in the void- or was it <i>of</i> the void? She can’t ever remember. Possibly one of the youngest demons to be sealed away all those years ago (seriously, we’ve got some ridiculously old demons in this place), Sitara hardly remembers what it is like to be free of the seal. She spends the years that she’s trapped in the sealed dimension longing for another taste of freedom, and nothing more.
When the seal finally breaks, Sitara is one of the first demons to flood out. Unlike her brothers, sisters, and gods, however, she doesn’t go looking for the nearest human to slaughter. Instead, she ‘goes to ground,’ so to speak, having decided to simply <i>live</i> and enjoy her new freedom, a decision that has labeled her as a deserter, and she’s sure has made her quite a few enemies. But Sitara will go to any lengths to protect her newly regained freedom, even kill her own siblings or turn on her gods if that’s what it takes.
Other: Sitara doesn’t really care about the whole ‘order/chaos’ feud. She just wants to be left out of it- nothing besides her own desires are worth dying for, in her opinion. And honestly? Pure order and pure chaos both seem like terrible ideas. Order would be… strict and boring. Chaos would be… destructive, to say the least.
