((BWAHAHAHAH
Jazereth: NOCTIS. D:< LET GO. YOU'LL KILL HER.))
Noctis was numb as Jazereth spoke. He growled as Coventina was pulled from him, but he understood. Maroon eyes watching closely, he regarded the healing with a strange expression. The moment the Fire alpha backed away, he was on his knees beside Coventina once more.
When the woman spoke, his emotions seemed to flood him. The Earth alpha let loose a loud breath, shifting forward to press a hand to Coventina's forehead. He checked her face for scratches, and looked deathly worried. He'd thought she was gone.
"You don't ever have to thank me," he said huskily, giving in to the wolfish nature of his as he licked blood from her cheek. Resting his forehead against hers, he took in her pale features and lovely eyes, his fingers tracing over her cheeks and lips lightly. "You deserve to live."
Finally, he lifted his gaze to Jazereth. He grudgingly felt gratitude toward her, but still had a deep disliking for the Fire alpha. His maroon gaze moved back to the woman before him. "You need to be returned to your pack," he whispered, stroking hair from her face gently. It was the softest Noctis had ever been - or, at least to anyone other than Tayla.
-
As Jazereth healed the Water alpha, the scrapper seemed to shift his weight uncomfortably. He wasn't the most sociable creature, that was for sure. There were three alphas here. THREE. He looked so anxious, it seemed he might just die on the spot!
He took a few calming breath, pushing dark hair from his face as he shifted forms. Landon readily took hold of what his alpha passed him, and then fingered the bandages lightly. They were still warm from her skin.
Landon frowned, watching Jazereth closely until Coventina was healed. Once she took the wrappings back, his blue eyes filled with curiosity. It was morbid curiosity, but it tickled at him him until the quiet youth finally whispered his question.
"What happened?"
-

Coventina smiled softly, a blush invading her cheeks as Noctis pressed his forehead to her own. Her heart swelled as he spoke to her. Thinking he would get killed, she had prayed all night and day for the people trying to help her. Now that they were here, that she could feel them surrounding her, and it made her feel safe. Reaching up weakly with her non-broken arm, the female caressed his tanned skin, moving to tangle in that beautiful navy hair of his. It was soft but a bit corse, and his eyes were just beautiful. Her parents had always taught her that love was never wrong, it was never looked down upon. But her brother, Ocean, had fallen in love with the fire clan alpha previous to Jezereth.
He had told Coventina, who had been young and thought they were a perfect match for eachother. Her brother was handsome and rugged, the fire alpha was seductive and firey. They had gotten along so well ever since they met eachother. Now, feeling the memories of Noctis who had been revealed the secret of why her brother was with the dark brotherhood, she understood, even if it broke her heart. Her parents had been mad at him for something, but she never had known exactly why. Now it made sense, her brother and the fire alpha had disspeared, or died, at the same time. Pathose, was their son, and her nephew, but where Demicora fit in, Coventina didn't know.
Looking into those eyes, words came out without her thinking at all. "I love you... Please don't leave me ever." she breathed, pullin ghim to her, kissing him deeply. Her lips conveyed her need to be in his arms and her thankfullness of being away from such torture. When she couldn't breathe, she pulled away slowly, opening her eyes in the same fashion. This male, was the first to set her soul on fire. Whenever he was close, she felt at home, warm, and like a woman. To him, she was a woman, she was beautiful. She wasn't just the alpha. Ever since they had met, he treated her like he treated everyone else, not differently, not with specific respect, just normal respect everyone deserved. Her actions might have been rash, but considering she had just nearly lost her life, she was okay with that. She only hoped Noctis was as well.
((Ocean: http://browse.deviantart.com/?q=blue+hair+guy#/d3fh09b Previous alpha Akane: http://s303.beta.photobucket.com/use...02780581448774 ))
Pathose was happy to see that Demicora was waking, and his father was one to give her a bit of room. He let go of her hand, and backed off slowly. Her movement signified that she was still shaking off the pains of his darkness attack, making him feel quilty. Looking at his father, he held up a hand to Morgana as she moved to catch their sister, daughter, and dear friend. Ocean was shocked as Demicora took a stance of attack and action, and no one else did. Meeting her eyes, a tear fell down his cheek, the first he had shed since they had lost Demi. Pathose walked slowly over to his father and put a hand on his shoulder. "Demi, calm down... We wont hurt you. This is our dad, Ocean. Remember?" he breathed, his father's hair a wild wet dark blue mess. "Demi, hun, calm down. No one here is going to hurt you." the strong looking male said, another tear falling down his cheek. "You're so beautiful. I can't believe you lived. Your mother would have a heart attack when she sees you." he breathed, and Pathose pulled Morgana to his side. His mother was gathering the rest of the scouts up to bring in the information they need. Though her mother, Akane, was not truely her mother. Their father had been trying to make an alliance with an earth woman inside the clan of earth. She had needed persuasion and he had given it to her. The woman had betrayed them, and he had killed her, but not after saving the child that was his with the earth woman. He hated the woman, but loved Demi as his own. Pathose's mother had been the fire alpha, and Ocean had been the warrior of the water clan to deal with the alliance protection in the time of need. But soon, Akane came to hate her mate, and his unfeeling child. The child that was now the alpha Jezereth. Jezereth took after her unfeeling, hard working father, that never smiled a day in his life. Akane had been arranged to mate him, but when she met Ocean, she had fallen in love. They had secretly started meeting, and when they had crossed the line and mated, they had both decided to run away to the Dark Brotherhood. Though being alphas themselves they saved half of the clan and with their children, formed the Vengeance clan. Now, the family was going to become whole once more.

Adrenaline had been pumping through Demi's veins so quickly, she didnt even realize that she had been hyperventilating. Her stomach moving faster than her muscles seemed to be able to keep up with. Her vision started to get blurred again and she started to sway, losing her balance. Losing her stance, she dropped to one knee and held her head. The male, Ocean's, thoughts started coursing through her head. Every memory he had of her came to light. Every little detail of her childhood was coming out of the shadow, she had never been able to get through on her own. Were these actually his memories? or hers?
As soon as she got her bearings a bit more, she noticed that more tears were streaming down her cheeks. Her vision focused on the man who was supposedly her father. This was all just so much to handle. Too much even for her. A girl that has never focused on the past, just the future, because there was no past to look at. The girls eyes remained locked on her father as she slowly began to rise once more. Her feelings seemed to want to overpower her natural state of preservation.
All of the fearlessness, emotionlessness and warrior like reserve had been washed away by the one memory of her and her father together. He had carried her around on his shoulders so many times. It was as though she had a delicate flower every time he had been with her. That is up until she was old enough to know how to have fun and play. Even then, she would sit on his shoulders when she was little. The memories kept focusing in on his facial features. Every knick, scratch and bite came to life in her memory. All the details of his personality, his own reserve. It all came to light once again.
"Papa?" Her voice croaked as she spoke. The word hurt just to speak it. How could he be her father? Where was her mother? It was all just so confusing, she decided to sit down on the bed once more.

Jazereth saw Landon looking at her hands and when he whispered his question her eyes widened. Still looking down at her hands, Jazereth's hands started shaking. Slowly putting them at her sides, she didn't look at Landon's face when she walked by to bid goodbye to Coventina. "I'm sorry to leave you in such a state Coventina. I wasn't able to do much. You should make sure the first thing you do is go see a real healer. And that Noctos doesn't suffocate you first.",Jazereth said, glaring at Noctis. Once she was done sending him evil tidings, Jazereth walked back to Landon, still not looking him in the face, she said in a cold voice,"Let's go. Our men are waiting at camp. We have no time to chat." Briskly walking away, Jazereth kept up the pace until they reached the woods. Making sure no one was around, Jazereth fell against a tree. "Damn. The effects are worse than I thought.",she gasped. Sweat was dripping from her forehead. Motioning for Landon to come closer, she patted the ground next to her. "Come. I'll tell you everything."

((I'm sorry! I thought it would add to the drama Llama!! You know you love it!!!))
After a short while Oberon awoke. His entire body felt as if tiny pins were sticking into it. He felt stiff, and it was not until he moved when the pain his muscles gave him shot threw his body. He cringed slightly. Knowing his body was so worn out from weeks of endless battle. It seemed every other day was some sort of battle. He felt a presence next to him. Slowly, very slowly he turned his head to see Sky. Passed out next to him. His own injures forcing him to. Oberon laid back, for a split second he thought to go back to sleep. No... He thought to himself. Sitting up. Forcing his body against its will to move. He sat next to Sky. rolling the male over. He needed to heal him. Reaching his hand over towards the river, he went to bend the water when suddenly a blazing pain shot threw his hands. He screamed his time. Holding his hands as they turned black. It felt like a mixture of frost bite, and electricity shooting threw them. He closed them, trying to find any way to make the pain go away. It slowly did in fact. Oberon looked to the water. Had he lost his ability? Fear spread threw his features.
"Sky... Sky.." Oberon said. Getting louder each time he spoke his name. "Sky."

((okay for the pictures did you see a blue haired guy with a panther and a black haired girl with different colored eyes? If not I will do my best to get them to you.))
Ocean watched in dismay as his little girl was struggling with her health. The way she was swaying and stumbling, made him instinctively move to go catch her, but his son's hand caught his wrist, stopping his movement. Freezing in place the blue haired male watched as Demi sunk onto the bed once more. When she looked up at him, and said Papa, he nearly broke into sobs of joy. "Yes, Demi, my little Demi. It's papa. I'm right here." he said encouragingly. Taking a slow step towards her, the male reached out with a deeply tanned hand, the small little scars and calloses on his hands where nearly identical to when be was raising his daughter. She was beautiful in his eyes. She was the perfect blend of water and earth, as his son was the perfect blend of water and fire. But their appearances stayed true to the wolf legacy. All pups took after their mothers more then their fathers, so even if the father was human, the pups would be wolf like the mother. Though Demicora looked to be a water wolf, just with the build of an Earth woman's muscle structure, but more refined like the pack he was from. Her being here made his heart leap into his throat. "You don't know how happy I am to know you're alive." he said, hoping not to frighten her. Pathose was watching with hope in his eyes. His sister had remembered him, he only prayed she would remember their father.
Coventina was pulled from those entrancing eyes as Jazereth spoke, making her look up and smile. "No Jazereth, you did an amazing job. You saved me, and you healed me. That is more then I would ever ask. I'm blessed to have you as an ally, and I'm even more so to have you as a friend. I am sure I will see you soon. My pack and I will be within the Earth pack area, since it is close to here, and closer to our home. I wish you well." she breathed and then coughed painfully, turning her head to the side so she wouldn't cough on her love. Looking at him, she smiled sheepishly. "I hope you don't mind, but I would love to see your healers, since they are close. I will keep my people out of your settlement if you wish, but they will remain close. I am not going to be out of their sight for awail." she said lightly and rubbed her nose against his own, letting out a soft growl of lovingness towards him.z
Sky gasped, and with a jerk of his body, he awoke. Trembling in pain, he gasped seeing Oberon's hands, and then looked at his face. "You used a forbidden art too long... I remember... Coventina... Her hands..." he said strongly, but soon his words were getting mumbled and scrambled. With the blood loss he was going to be dead in no time. "They saved her... She wants us to follow her... Healers of earth... Heal her..." he slurred, and his arm bracing him fell, and his body fell onto the ground once again. Coughing up blood the usually chipper and light man was struggling to get his thoughts away from the fact that this could be the end. "Coventina... Your hands... Heal..." he muttered, though he could barely hear himself, but then again, all his senses were failing him.

Landon frowned in worry as Jazereth cut off communication with the others. He sent a glance toward the other alphas, slowly tearing his gaze from his alpha. Finally, he stepped after her. His pace was quick as he fought to stay by her side. The scrapper was confused, but that didn't stop him from being curious.
They walked away at a furious pace. Finally, when Jazereth seemed ready to collapse, they stopped. Landon was worried - the alpha was so weak. Anything could happen to them.
Blue eyes widened as he saw the sweat beading her brow. The moment she motioned for him to sit, the scrapper edged his way up and sat down. He leaned back on his heels, lingering as though he was ready to run at any moment. Flighty sort, this boy.
"Everything?" he asked quietly, looking wary.
-
Her hand tangled in his hair. The Earth alpha felt a strong feeling surge through him at the action, and it took all he had not to just attack Coventina with the emotion he felt. Noctis was busy staring at the woman when her warm lips met his. His eyes widened, and for a moment the scene was almost comical. He kissed her in return, hardly allowing her to pull away when she needed breath.
"I love you... Please don't leave me ever."
"Never," he muttered, not caring about the implications of what he was saying. Alphas were forbidden to join clans. They shouldn't mate - and yet, here he was with Coventina, their hearts melding. His hands cradled the woman's face, his thumbs running over her cheeks slowly.
When Jazereth spoke, he hardly heard her stab at him. It was many moments before he could pull his eyes away from Coventina. He met gazes with the Fire alpha, and they glared at one another for a while before the woman stalked off with her flighty scrapper trailing after her. Annoying creatures, the scrappers. Lowest in rank, and usually the worst of attitude.
"My pack will greet you with open arms," the Earth alpha said, turning his attention to Coventina as she coughed. "Your people can stay with mine. No one will fuss about it." Not after that fight. Everyone would be too tired to fight amongst one another. Besides, they were allies - weren't they?
Noctis growled in return as Coventina brushed her nose against his. The male pulled her face up to meet his once more, hungrily leaving a kiss on her lips before pulling away. His maroon eyes scanned the area, and he stretched his earth sense outward. "We should go," he said, standing slowly. Instead of allowing Coventina to stand, he lifted her in his arms.
They were headed toward the Earth clan's territory. Noctis nodded to the warriors that met them along the way. Everyone was bristling at the sight of Coventina, but knew that she needed aid. They were relieved to see their alpha doing well. They also knew that the Earth clan would be hosting guests. Especially after the mental bond between Noctis and his pack called out the every Earth member.
"Earth clan, we have guests. The Water pack will be offered sanctuary in our home."
As they entered the Earth domain, Noctis called for a healer. Guilt swiftly overran him. This was the first time he'd thought about Savannah since he'd run off to find Coventina. He would have to see how she was doing. Of course, he had yet to find that Demicora was missing, too. .. .

Well, THANK you. That was right on time. Kianga breathed out slowly. Her eyes were on Lucian as she nodded, the giant wolf made of water most likely somewhere behind her and out of mind. She didn't even notice as the mass of water slowly collapsed.
Her paws flew over the ground as she gathered with the others at the tree line.

Coventina gave a grateful smile as Noctis spoke about housing her pack. She was relieved to hear that they would be taken care of while she was healed. Knowing that being allies in this fight had made the packs' bond to one another stronger, she was sure in her heart that they wouldn't fight or try to hurt one another. Today was won because they had worked together to keep eachother alive, and that was the victory, besides rescuing her.
Moving to get her eyes caught in his again, she felt those warm calloused hand run over her cheeks. Guided to his face once more, and felt a firey kiss pressed to her lips. It felt like sparks flew every time she kissed him, and a fire started wherever he touched, which ment her cheeks were burning with a blush. Kissing her strong male back with as much strength she could muster in her weak state, she gave a wide smile when he pulled away from her.
"We should go."
"Alright." Coventina breathed but before she could move to stand, he had lifted her in his arms. They were soon out of that god foresaken prision, and her pack gave howls of pure joy seeing her alive. Even though she had many wounds, they could see it in her eyes that she was on her way to getting healed. Many were suspicious of the Earth Alpha, until they were told that he and his pack would be housing them. The wolves seemed to look at eachother in surprise before one met the eyes of the alpha. Nodding, the wolf ran off into the woods.
Allowing herself to be carried, she watched the Earth pack bristle at the sight of her, but didn't take it in any bad way. It was how most all wolves responded to other pack memebers, it made their hair stand on end. Though, glancing behind Noctis, and over his shoulder, she saw something she wouldn't believe. An earth wolf and water wolf were barking and yapping at eachother, playfully. She turned her eyes back to Noctis and met his eyes with a knowing smile. Funny how peace and joy can be found in the oddest of times, and the oddest of friends. she pushed into his mind. It was how she wished the packs would be, mingled, and sharing in ways.
Soon they entered the settlement of the Earth clan, and she was amazed by all the structures made. Looking around she then looked up at Noctis and smiled. "Your settlement is beautiful." she breathed softly. and cringed as her broken leg was bumped. When she was taken into the healing house and laid down, she snagged her love's hand. "Is she okay?" she asked pleadingly. The girl that had helped to try and save her had been hit by a stalagtight, and it had killed her to see someone so close to Noctis die. Or at least she prayed she didn't. "Savannah, is she okay?"
The wolf that had been sent off had her nose to the ground, searching for SKy and Oberon, to hopefully find both. Sure enough by the edge of the river, she found Sky nearly dead, and Oberon's hands blue and black. Shifting back the long white haired tanned, girl stood and looked at them with worried purple eyes. "Sky?! Oberon?! What happened to you two?" she breathed worriedly and looked over Oberon. "Help me get Sky up, he needs to be healed." she said and gently pulled Sky onto his back. "Snow..." he breathed and she put a hand to his lips. "Come now oh great warrior, be good and shut your trap while I heal you." she said teasingly, and began to draw glowing symbols upon his wounds and then waving her hands in specific motions water rose up and with a flash as it hit the symbols, the wounds healed up. "There we go, now Oberon, what the heck was with that gigantic wolf? How did you learn that magic?" she asked curiously as Sky slowly sat up.

"Well I guess in order to tell you everything it would take days. So I'll just start with your question.",she said almost gasping for breath. Flinching, Jazereth yanked off the bandages on her hands. Scars could be seen all over her hands. Hundreds of words and phrases. And the newest addition, the word Deceiver, was still bleeding. The blood started to slowly run off her hand. "This",she said,"is not a magic known to any of the primary tribes. And more than likely not known to more than one or two people in the world. It is a magic that wounds the own weilder." Realizing that he wouldn't understand just yet, she started to explain. "When I was little, before I came to this pack, I had been in the blizzard that took thousands of lives. Of course being alone it wasn't long before I had died from the sheer temperatures. And you see, whenever someone or something dies, they have just a few minutes until their soul dies too. But durring that time a contract can be made. Made with the devil." It took almost all her strength to say this, and even more to remember. This part of her past was the part which she was trying to wash away. But that much red could never be washed away. Going on, she said,"The devil came to me. And asked if I wanted to make a contract with him. He told me he could make it so I would live again, and that he would help me and guide me in life. But in return, when the time came when I died, he would take my soul. Well, you can guess what happened. Hence I am before you now. But that wasn't the end of it. He raised me until I was old enough to fend for myself. Of course on the way he taught me how to use magic. But, little did I know what the effects of using the magic." Stopping to take a break, Jazereth looked over at Landon to see how he was taking all this. Tilting her face towards the sky, she sighed. "And now because of it I have become weak. Far too weak to harbor all the bloodshed in this world alone. Landon, promise me you will tell no one. If you do I will answer your questions." Then taking a deep breath and looking at him square in the eyes, she said,"And I will tell no one about the pack from wich you came from. Deal?" Jazereth knew that it was against the unwritten laws of the alpha to hide a criminal, and that all the other alphas would hate her for it, but hell, she was going to try to do some good in her lifetime.

Oberon heard Sky mention the forbidden art h had used. Although his Alpha permitted it, other warriors of the tribe would not be so accommodating. He would need to ask Corventina how to reverse the curse that had been placed on him. Of coarse his thoughts were only answered as Sky did just that. He smiled a bit towards his friend. Before his head got right back into the game. He was not able to use his magic. In fact until he could it would be a very hot and dry week. He suddenly heard a voice. Snow. He watched as Sky was healed, though the man would remain weak for the time being. His body had taken a beating like none other. Well, maybe Corventina. Oberon was at least able to keep her alive. Suddenly that dreaded question came up. He thought quick. "I borrowed some of Corventina's energy. It is a family lineage trait.." He wasn't lying. If a hurricane was needed, his family would borrow energy from the pack alpha. He stood, putting his hands behind his back.
"To the earth kingdom then." Oberon said as Sky was stabilized by snow. He reached into his pockets, pulling out a pair of gloves and pulling them painfully over his hands. Covering the horrid sight.
----
Once the recon pack had gathered, Lucian began to run back. Changing into his wolf form as he swiftly ran back towards the came. A few others in tow. After a good ten minutes of straight running, they reached the outer limits of the wind camp. He glanced back to Kianga before looking around for Navi. To give her the report. A couple of warriors pointed the group in the right direction.
"Miss Navi." Lucian spoke first. "The packs of Earth, fire and water came together to fight the vengence clan. The clan was using every sort of element in their ranks." He spoke first and coldly.
----
She sat against the bed, breathing hard as the doctor ran in. He was at her side in a matter of seconds. Putting a hand on her back and her arm. Lifting her back onto the bed. "You shouldn't be moving so fast." There suddenly was the sounds of war plaging Savannah's ears. There was a battle going on. "What-" She tried to speak as the doctor called for some nurses to aid him. There was a war? Battle? how long had she been out? What had happened to her? Why was everyone acting strange? Her mind surged. as she was forced to lay on the bed. The doctor injected her with something that forced her eye lids closed. Her entire body went numb and soon she felt the pressure get off of her body.
Her dream world opened up again. This time she sat just outside of a stone wall. Outside of the hospital. Her back leaning against the wall. Inside her sister was suffering. By her side was Noctis. They were going to try one last thing to try and save her. Savannah was just waiting. A blank husk of a woman. Noctis came back outside. His face red and puffy, a sign. Suddenly though, he began to laugh. His face began to melt away along with the background.
Savannah awoke again. This time the doctor was just leaving the room after giving her the serum. Savannah rose her arm, swinging a bolder into the man. She looked closely with her hazel eyes. The man was not the doctor, but in imposture. She stood again, fighting with her body against the poison as she pinned the man with the boulder. Breaking his legs instantly. His screams alerted the servants in the house hold who went and got the guards. Her Her world blurred, but Savannah refused to sleep. Plauged by the nightmares.
It had been half a day. The true doctor has been found dead. The importer was now under custody. At first glance he appeared to look just like the head doctor. Which explained why no one that one day guessed. Three other patients were found dead. But for now his true motives were unknown. Savannah had no idea if she was the real target. Right now she had fought with the rest of the staff and found her way outside. She had white shirt on, though it was opened and her bandages were covering her stomach and breasts. A basic pair of brown pants covered her bottom half. She had no shoes on, but could not be bothered with them now.
Her skin was still very pale and her wound still a danger, but the nurses told her to take it very easy. They did not even want her walking, but Savannah was far too stubborn. She just wanted to sit outside. She had a book in her hand as she leaned against a tree near the hospital. A few town guards had already come up to her with questions and concerns. Although when she heard the water tribe would be staying with them, she told them to begin making homes for them. And to add an extra wing onto the hospital. She honestly could not remember much of that night before her world went black. She remembered staying close to Noctis. It was her shift to guard him. Then after that, nothing. Like part of her life was just gone.

Demi looked at her father as he touched her face. his hands were calloused and scared just as she had remembered them. She leaned her head into his hand as he touched her. Her breathing slowed as the tears continued to run a river down her cheeks. Her memories were coming back full force and it made her dizzy to think of it, but she was happy that she could find the family she had always dreamed of seeing again. People to actually bring back the memories she had lost. Yes, it may be slowly but surely coming back or it could come back quickly, knocking her off balance like it has been doing. Either way, it was a relief to actually know where she came from. Who she came from. Where she had learned some of the skills she possesses.
Her head started to throb as though a message from her alpha was coming through the veil of the dream world she was seemingly in. It spoke of the water and fire clan within the boundaries of the Earth Clan Walls. The one place they went to when things got bad. She started to see this place in her mind when something dragged her out of the images. It was her father. He had pulled her head towards his to make sure he could see her face fully and completely as he spoke again.
His thoughts rang through her mind about the way she looked. How she had so much of her mother in her, but also her father. Her appearance seemed to startle him. From the images that conjured in his mind, he had never expected her to take on many of the traits he possessed, rather than just the traits from her mother. She could see in his eyes that he had missed her terribly. It was no secret from anyone in the room.
Demi embraced her father so she could feel more of his warmth, rather than just a hand to her cheek. His blue hair made her smile a little from all the memories she had with playing with it as a child. While she embraced her father, questions started to flood through her head. How was it that she ended up with the earth clan? Why had he not gone after her after the big cold? Why had they thought that she was dead if they could not find her? The questions started piling up more and more as she continued her embrace.
"Papa?" Her movements backwards were slow. Her head looked down towards her lap before starting to speak again. "I.... I don't... understand." The girl was finally able to say after a long pause with words, though these words weren't exactly going to be expected. "Why did you not look for me? I'm sorry to ask..... I may not remember much, but I do not recall anyone trying to find me... And you thought i was dead. What made you think that?" She looked into his eyes to see if she could get an answer from him through them before he spoke. Something that might ease the pain. They were painful questions, but she had to know.

"Landon, promise me you will tell no one."
The young man slowly nodded, looking away from the alpha as though unable to meet her gaze. Submissive, he ducked his head and swallowed thickly. His second nod was more reassuring, though he didn't speak. He didn't look pleased by what Jazereth was saying, but neither did he look horrified. The best way to explain his visible emotion was surprised.
Jazereth mentioned his original pack. Blue eyes shot up to Jazereth, and he stared at her for many moments. During the battle, she'd caught a hint. Landon's eyes were wide, but something in his gaze wasn't based on fear. Instead, it was a cold certainty.
"A secret for a secret," he rasped, his unused voice quiet. Landon pictured them as others would see them: a scrapper and an alpha. The two of them were . . . hiding. Not physically, but they harbored secrets that would kill them. And now, they shared in their secret lives.
Slowly, the lanky male rocked back on his heels. He'd been perched in a crouch throughout the entire story, as Landon typically sat in the oddest ways. His blue eyes locked on the woman for many moments. It wasn't until he lifted the fallen bandages and offered them to Jazereth when a smile tugged at his lips.
"Deal."
So the Fire alpha knew that he was part of Vengeance. Or, that he had been part of Patheos' pack. It could be a dangerous bit of knowledge in the future.
Landon waited until Jazereth took the bandages. His unblinking gaze was on her constantly as she wrapped her hands.
"You heal," he said quietly, his voice ragged. "What else?"
-
Navi inclined her head, dark hair falling from her sharp features. "Your report is appreciated," the Wind alpha said with a slow blink. She waited while the few warriors of their clan settled down a bit.
"Our pack hasn't joined in any of the fighting in many generations." Her white eyes flickered over Lucian's shoulder. Finally, she frowned. "Tomorrow, we will bring our pack to where the others are gathered. We will offer what few warriors we have, as well as the resources of the winds and the plains."
The dark-skinned woman reached out and touched Lucian's arm, a form of honoring him. "Your actions are admired." Navi smiled a bit, and then stepped past the warrior to touch Kianga's arm as well. Anyone that had gone out to see what had been happening received a similar "honoring."
When Navi finished, she looked back to Lucian. "Gather the warriors. Make sure they have everything they need." Though they had no healers, the herbs and salves would help with any wounds they'd received. Looking to Kianga, the Wind alpha spoke in the same neutral tone that she always used. "Ensure that the women have finished packing. The clan will be on the move before tomorrow."
Their entire clan was moving. Though they stayed in tents, and many temporary dwellings, the Wind clan hadn't moved in a good few seasons. It was time to move on - and it was time to join the other packs.
Navi obviously wasn't thrilled by this (she enjoyed her small pack being away from the others), but she knew what numbers were: they were a strength in times of war.
-
Noctis held Coventina close until they reached the earth-made hospital. The healers there were already prepared to take in the wounded members of the Water pack, though they didn't look happy about it. Earth clan was never known for its hospitality. Despite that, they swiftly formed new buildings and shelters for those they were taking in. They prepared for their new found allies as their alpha told them - merely because Noctis ordered it.
"You'll see more of it," Noctis whispered, setting Coventina on a bed. She'd been admiring the Earth pack's home, and he couldn't help but feel a bit proud. "Your clan is welcome here." He didn't lay down an ultimatum, or any circumstantial reasons for allowing them to stay. Not then.
"Is she okay?" Noctis repeated the question, looking confused. Then, it hit him. His maroon eyes filled with fear. Savannah. He was struck speechless for a moment as Coventina's question rebounded with him. He hardly noticed when her hand slipped into his.
Noctis was silent. He wasn't sure if he wanted to know the outcome. He wanted Savannah to be alright, but. . . .
The Earth alpha was immediately pulled aside as the medical staff entered the room. Numb, the navy-haired male listened to what had happened while he'd been away. Their head doctor was found dead and impersonated. Demicora was missing. Savannah . . . well, he should go see her right away.
With a frown, the male pushed past the people in his way. "They'll take care of you," he said, forcing his hand to stay away from Coventina. He wanted to comfort her and tell her everything would be alright. Instead, the usual rough demeanor of the Earth alpha slipped into his persona once more. It wasn't right for an alpha to be so friendly with another alpha.
He nodded, his maroon gaze meeting hers. "I need to see her."
Noctis left the room. He made his way to where Savannah was being kept, and frowned in concern. The nurse that had followed him was explaining everything that had happened, and it was making his pale features pull with frustration. He ignored the nurses warnings as they tried to keep him from touching Savannah, but the alpha would have none of that.
"Savannah," he growled, immediately gripping her hand like her life depended on it. Noctis' eyes were on her wound, and her exposed torso. "You're . . . alive." He looked unsure of how to respond. Emotion flit through his features, but . . . he didn't express it. He wanted to crush her in a hug, and tell her to never fight again. To stay safe, and never be hurt again.
He felt as though this woman was the only piece of Tayla he had left. He'd come so close to losing her. . . .
"I was scared," he breathed, looking bothered the moment he admitted as much. The nurse took the hint and slowly left the room to attend to someone more needy.

Ocean's heart swelled as he felt his precious Demicora press into his touch. Soon he was sitting on the bed with her in his arms, feeling like he would never let go of her again. He ran his finger tips over her arm as she curled into him, and his head leaned against her own. "You are so beautiful... I'm so happy you're back." he breathed softly, and Pathose slowly walked over with Morgana. He put his hand on his sister's free hand, and threaded his fingers through her's, while keeping his mate withing his arms. The silence that passed through them all was warm and heartfelt. Something that the family had been craving ever since they had lost her. Then she spoke to their father, and pain flashed across the man's eyes. He had told the story to him, but it wasn't Pathose's story to tell. "When the frosts happened... It was because my most trusted friend and ally told them our plan to cause war among the tribes... He had told them I had two children, and that the dead fire alpha, my mate, was very much alive." he said softly, pulling her closer. "in the attack I was doing my very best to get everyone away, especially you two. You two were something feared, and they wanted you dead... When trying to get to you two through the fray of attackers, I witnessed the moment in when Pathose was hit, and let go of your hand. He was sliced across the neck, his blood spilled everywhere. Another man grabbed you, and I went into rage. Akane had grabbed Pathose, fleeing to attempt and save him before he bled out. I went after the people after you. I killed all in my way, and when I found you, I was too late, you were covered in your blood, and the very friend that had watched you two grow up had killed you. I grappled with him and killed him, but I had been mortally wounded and knocked out as well. When I woke I was in a tent with Pathose, barely alive, and Akane was weeping. She said she had tried to get you, she had tried to kill the man that had left with your body, but the trackers couldn't find him such cold and ice... In that attack I had shaken you, felt for your breath, your pulse, but had found nothing... And when I was well enough, I took to trying to find you, but we finally accepted that you truely had been killed..." he breathed, turning away from her, to hide his rage and tears that were threatening to fall again. "Your brother got that tattoo to cover up that scar, and to keep you with us always... It was a way to feel you were still with us, even when I saw you leave us, what I thought was forever." he said and turned back to her. "We were never able to get a spy into the earth clan... Not until recently, and even then, being who they are, they hadn't seen you..." Ocean explained, and Pathose nodded. "We have successful spies there now, and soon we will continue with the plan. We will bring the tribes together, we will create the peace without those stupid boundaries between elements. We will rule them with fairness and equality, we will not force our wills upon those people. They will be united, and we will make it so no one that falls in love, will ever be oppressed, that those who wish to help, those who show kindness, they will be the one's to receive what they give." Pathose said and then growled. "I despise those people who look at us and call us abominations. We are not, we are wolves, and we have emotions as they do." he said and kissed his sister's hand. "I will not let them hurt you or anyone like us if I have any say in the matter. We should not be shunned and turned away because of what we are. We should be judged on who we are." he breathed, looking to Morgana after pulling his gaze from his sister.
Snow nodded, taking the hint from Oberon. He didn't want to talk about it, besides, she was just the lowly healer, no one told her anything of importance. "We need to get to the Earth clan swiftly. I have a bad feeling about the Alpha." the woman said, and with help, Sky was put onto her back after she shifted into her wolf form. They arrived swiftly, and Sky was taken into one of the temporary water pack homes, while Snow said that Oberon needed to come with her. "The Alpha wanted to see you." she said, soon she was talking with a nurse and they were let in. Water pack healing was the swiftest within all packs, and if they offered their services, they weren't going to be turned away, especially if they were so many lives in the balance. Snow walked to Coventina's side, and put a hand over her preparing to heal her. "No." came a growl, and the water alpha's eyes snapped open. Her grip was firm, and her gaze shocked the young, talented healer. "Snow, I need you to heal the girl that saved my life, her name is Savannah, and I want it done before all else. Do you understand?" she said firmly, leaving no room for any opposition. "Yes Alpha," Snow said and bowed, leaving the room and was soon outside the door of the woman she was ordered to heal. On her back was a large beautifully painted väse. Knocking, she stepped in slowly and seeing the Earth alpha, she bowed her head. She had met him when she had healed Coventina from the ambush on them when he had come to their beach. She had seen him kiss her alpha, and with the rumors about the two getting too close had her on edge. "My alpha told me to heal Svannah before healing any other... It will not take long, but only if you allow it, Earth Alpha." she said smoothly.
Once snow left, Coventina slowly calmed herself down. She knew Noctis couldn't act lovingly towards her among their packs, but it stung when he had pulled away from her in such a way. When Oberon returned to her side, she looked into his eyes, and held out her hand, brushing his cheek. "My brave friend, thank you for saving us... And I'm sorry for your hands, I know the pain of the powers." she said gently, and water ran from her hand to his own hands underneath the gloves, making his condition go away. Biting her finger to draw blood, she reached foreword and drew the rune for water upon his wrist, giving him back his powers that had been locked from him since he used a forbidden art. It was the curse upon the power if the proformer wasn't of alpha linage. "How is Sky? I was worried he wouldn't make it..." she asked her dear friend as she looked up into the familiar face.

Savannah had been outside on the bench. Hidden quietly by the large tree. A few of the nurses came out to check on her every now and then. In truth she had a fever and knew it. They had given her something to combat the poison in her system, but until then, she had to wait it out. And to do that, she refused to be in that room. A few silent minutes went by before she heard a small reckless. Noctis came around the corner, being held back by two nurses. Both telling him to ease up. Savannah turned to look at him as he drew near. Taking her hand and holding it in a crushing grasp.
She listened to him, something the stubborn woman rarely did when not in her state. A smile crossed her face. He probably noticed how hot her hand was, so she tried pulling it away. With no avail. "Come sit with me." She said, moving the book she had been reading over.
"What happened to me Noctis? And what happened while I was.. out?" Her voice was tired, strained even. But at least she was breathing. A member of the water pack came up to them next. Not allowing savannah her peace. She honestly was sick of the healers for the time being. Understandbly so also.
"Not now please..." She said to the girl. Speaking for herself. She did not like having to still report to the alpha for her own condition. She just wanted to be left alone for the time being. She would seek help if she felt it was needed. Which right now, the medicine was what needed to work. "Thank you. I'll send someone for you when I need you. Right now, i'm just waiting for medicine to kick in. I was poisoned earlier, so right now I just wish to speak with my brother. Please." She was asking both the girl and Noctis at the same time really. Even though they were not blood related, Savannah always considered him such. Her sister had chosen to bring him to the family after all.
-----
Oberon pulled his glove off after the water had worked its magic. Flexing them as his normal skin came back. "Thank you miss Corventina.." He spoke slowly to her. Quite amazed really. Although he looked down at the woman, a smile crossed his face. She asked about sky, and only smiled more. He was covering because honestly he was not sure. Oberon was no healer after all. Seeing snow though, Sky would be fine. "Yes, Sky is just in need of a long rest." He assured Corventina, before a mere thought crossed his mind. "Would you like me to over see the pack as you and sky get some rest?"

Demicora looked at how heartfelt her father looked while telling his story. She may not have remembered anything, before she ended up with the Earth clan, but his story sounded very much like the dream she had had while under the influence of the darkness her brother had sent into her. She felt the entwining of her hand with her brother's and knew he was getting even more eager at the thought of his sister returning to their pack. She listened to the story carefully until there was nothing left to say. A cold breeze swept into the tent as she remembered everything the male was saying.
Pulled from her thoughts, she looked towards her brother who was now speaking of how he wanted to rule the tribes. The angry rant went on for quite some time. In the middle of it, her mind started to flit over what he had been saying. There was something about how they were not imposing their views on anyone; that they were not going to force people to bend to their will, but isnt that what war is about? Bending people to their will in order to get the peace they want? Her brother kissed her hand which made her pause her thoughts for a second and continue to listen to what he was saying. It sounded as though he had been hurt by these people more than he let on. What is it that the tribes, besides taking his sister away, could have done to make him feel such hatred.
"Brother..... Can I spend some time alone with father?" To tell the truth, she still didn't believe that he truly was her brother. The flashbacks of memories she had never known gave little hint that was hard for her to believe was enough proof of their being siblings. What she really wanted to do was to talk to her father. She held both hands on her father's face and wiped away many of the tears that were threatening to fall, before they could make their descent. "Father, there are plenty of reasons you felt no pulse nor the feeling of breath that came from me. It can all be traced to the cold. A pulse decreases when temperatures of the body decrease, breathe becomes more shallow and your hand was getting numb. I do not blame you for what happened to me now that i see the truth." With her hands still around her father's face, she pulled him into another embrace and wrapped her arms around his neck.
"I had a good life in the earth clan. I don't think anyone knew who i am, because neither did i." Pulling back out of the embrace, she looked back towards the wall and stood up, letting her hands slip from his. "I'm sure I will remember things in time, but for now the only thing i know for sure is that you truly are my father. I remember those callouses and scars on your hands and body. I have had dreams about them. About how you use to throw me in the air as a child and teach me my speed, but i never saw a face in those dreams." She walked over to the wall she stared at and then put her hand against the pole that was there holding the tent up, looking down. "I.... Just need some time...... to swallow all of this. I mean... I knew no other life than being a Earth clan warrior and yet, amidst a battle with my opponent, I am blown back and told I am someone that I never knew. I am even receiving flashbacks from a life I never knew I had. I get forcibly taken from that battle while enduring nightmares and end up in a tent with the man from my dreams." She looked back towards her father with tears in her eyes. "It's just a lot to swallow at once. My alpha probably thinks that it is strange that the vengeance clan took one of his main warriors instead of making sure they kept the water alpha." Her breathing started to increase once more as she explained what she was thinking. Yes, he probably wouldn't understand due to her finally being back with family and how happy that family was that she was there, but there was something that was holding that happiness back. It was hard to even think of what that could mean about her. Had the Earth clan brainwashed her? Or was it that she still wasn't able to believe that these people were her family. "It's just really hard, Papa. Please... Help me understand. If anyone can, it would be you."

Noctis sat, his gaze on his "sister." When the healer approached, his face pulled into a frown. He kept silent as Savannah turned the water user away. The moment the healer had gone, he turned a worried look to Savannah.
"Poisoned?" he sounded ready to kill someone. Then, he recalled that someone mentioned an imposter. "The doctor?"
He growled quietly, shaking his head. "I thought you were dead." A rare look of complete weariness and worry overcame his face. Noctis scrubbed his free hand over his features. "Part of the cavern speared you. I barely got you here in time." The alpha's hold on Savannah's hand tightened. "I left you with the healers. Coventina was taken. Vengeance pack has revealed themselves. The battle took a lot of good warriors." From every tribe, it seemed. The Earth alpha gently loosened his grip on the woman's hand, but kept their fingers clasped. "The clans are gathering together."
His maroon eyes filled with annoyance. He'd prefer to keep their pack segregated and away from the others. He hated being linked to any other clan.
"Once the medicine kicks in," Noctis looked back to Savannah's wound, "you should get some healing. The less you have to deal with, the better." Stretching his legs out before him, he crossed his ankles and leaned back against the bench with a sigh. Spontaneously leaning over and bumping Savannah's head with his, the male closed his eyes. He ended up resting his head on her shoulder. In that moment, they truly looked related.
"I can't lose you."

"He killed three other patients after killing the doctor. I was having nightmare after nightmare. He injected me with something when I woke up the first time. I just happened to wake up again and crushed him. I don't know who much he gave to me. That day is just fresh on my mind now." Savannah said to the Noctis. Explaining slightly what had happened. She sat in silence as he explained the part of her memory that was blacked out for her. It was frightening to have a piece of her missing. Not only that, a complete re-live of the day she had failed to protect Tayla... No one ever said it, but Savannah blamed herself. She was the last person to be with her, her appointed guardian. But she had failed.
He told her of the battle, and how the clans were gathering together now. A small list entered her head. Mainly about the structures of the town. They would need to accommodate two more clans besides the water and their own. "Its about time.." Was all she said to that. Nothing more was needed after all.
His head fell to her shoulder, and at the same time. Savannah took his hand. Rubbing his knuckles absentminded. Mainly because her mind was on other things. "I can't loose you either. I will seek out a healer a bit later. Right now I just want them to leave me to my thoughts. There are plenty of warriors to stablize, and Corventina herself. I am fine for the time being." She assured him. "I am not so crazy as to reject medical attention when I know I need it."
She sat quietly for a moment. "I don't know what that man put into my system, but my mind has begun to grieve again. I keep thinking of that day and I know its in the past, but I just can't stop. There is something Tayla always wanted to say to you. She had made me promise I wouldn't tell, because she wanted to be the one to say it." Maybe it was the medicine talking now. Savannah had her eyes closed. Resting her head back against his own.

Snow frowned hearing Savannah and nodded, walking back into the hospital. She would be lashed at for disobeying, but she refused to let her alpha and all those warriors stay in pain any longer for some stubborn woman who refused to be healed. Being who she was, Snow specialized in poison removal, and most other healings. She was a healing protegey, but she had a heart so big that it didn't matter who was hurting, she would heal them. Moving to other warriors, they soon found themselves shocked and walking out of the hospital on their own. The nurses thanked her after healing more then fifteen warriors, and those were the severly injured ones. She knew that Coventina would keep refusing to be healed if Savannah didn't get herself healed. Returning to them she walked over and looked at the two squarely. "I apologize to interrupt again, but I specialize in poison removal, and my alpha refuses to be healed until you are." Snow said smoothly and looked at Noctis. "She can be very stubborn when she wants to be. She believes you deserve to be healed more then she does." the healer said, brushing her hair behind her. "It won't take more then a few minutes, and it's virtually painless. Much more painless then what I'm sure you're going through." she added and sighed. "In all due respect, I know that you don't want to see healers and doctors, but I don't want my alpha to suffer any longer."
Coventina smiled hearing Oberon and chuckled. "I would like to make sure your powers work, can you please bend some water. " she said softly. Hearing his words, she then nodded. "Yes, I told Snow I refuse to be healed until the girl that nearly died to attempt and save me." she said softly. Then hearing his words, she smiled widely. "I think that would be wise. I plan on sleeping a while and then I will be back. I have been gone from the pack for too long."
Ocean watched as Pathose stood with Morgana. "Mother is coming in, I will return soon." Pathose said, pulling his Nate out of the room and closed the door. Ocean could see the hurt in his eyes as he left. When henwas gone, he turned to Demi, running a hand through her hand slowly, a softly placed smile on his lips. Looking into her eyes asshe spook, he felt a bit of hatred towards the man who stole her, but he was also greatful that she was treated well. "Your brother is a strategy protegey." he said softly and looked into her eyes. "When he was sixteen he tried making peace with the pack's. The water pack had nearly killed him, and when he recovered from that, he attempted the earth pack. He was again beaten within an inch if his life." he said and ran a hand through his hair. "He said he wouldn't stop, all he wanted was peace so the wolves in this pack could live with out fear of persicusion... The wind pack heard his words, but the alpha refused. Her son, though and several younger wolves came back with him. He tried one more time, and went to the fire pack. He was captured, and tortured for a month, they wanted him to reveal his parents, Akane's old Kate was hell bent on finding us so he could torture and kill us slowly and painfully. We rescued him, but we didn't completely rescue him. He gave up on peaceful acts to get us peace. He took a year and devised this plan. We never lost my sister Coventina. She has darkness inside of her, so Pathose can track her anywhere. He has been figuring out the best way to keep from killing many people, but at the same time, he wants them to have to gather together, to try and figure out how to get to us. But he is doing his very best to keep the loss of life as low as it can be." he said smoothly and kissed her forehead. "Your brother missed you so very much, as well as your mother. I can fill in anything that you have questions about... With memories it's sometimes best to be patient. I've lost memories before, but they come back if you keep close to the one's you love." he said reassuringly, nuzzling her cheek, letting out a loving growl. "I'm sure you kicked so much Earth clan ass." he said with a loud joyful laugh. "You were one of the strongest kids ive ever seen."

Noctis was silent. When Savannah's head rested against his, the alpha sighed quietly. For a moment, he almost missed the days when he'd been a simple warrior without a pack to care for. His eyes remained closed . . . until his friend mentioned Tayla. A frown pulled at his brow, and as she spoke of a secret, he slowly lifted his head.
"What did she tell you?" he asked, looking confused. Why would Tayla ever say that? Why would she make her sister promise not to tell Noctis?
That was the moment when Snow approached again. Noctis' maroon eyes were filled with annoyance (most because of what Savannah had said), but he nodded. "Savannah, please. Coventina needs healing."

Savannah sat up as Snow came forward again. Here she was, not pinning against two alpha. Could no one just give the woman some peace? And now the water alpha was being stubborn. This just annoyed Savannah further. Instead though she took a deep breath. "Alright." Was all she said was the water tribe member was able to heal her. She honestly did feel much better. "Thank you very much.. Go heal your alpha now." Savannah said to the woman. She desperitly wanted to tell the woman off for interrupting yet again, but instead just began to walk away. Stopping for a moment to speak with Noctis. "Forget what I said. Return to the packs and to Corventina. I'm fine. I just need to be alone." Savannah said. Her voice had something hidden behind it. "I'm going to go get dressed and work on my body." And with that Savannah wondered off. She had her own small house in the town. It had one floor with two rooms. The first room had a kitchen and sitting room. The second was her bedroom. Once inside she went into her room. Pulling off the bandages. Pleasantly surprised to find her torso had been healed. There was a large scar there now. Proving what Noctis had told her was truth.
She pulled on a black blouse with her normal corset resting just underneath her breasts. A pair of Black pants fit tightly to her body. Giving her a very fitted appearance. She headed outside, looking at the hospital. Something pulled her inside. She found the room Corventina was being kept. Mainly from the two warriors standing outside. As she went to enter, they stopped her. Savannah just looked at them, telling them Noctis had sent her. Which was a lie. But they allowed her threw. Savannah looked at the form laying to the bed. Speaking to a man with brown hair. The man was working on bending water. "Corventina?" Savannah said to the woman. Gaining her attention. She stepped accross the floor. Her boots tapping on the floor as she walked.
"I should introduce myself. My name is Savannah. I'm Noctis's sister. I wanted to thank you for sending your healer over. She helped quite a bit." Savannah had a small smile on her face. Vaguely remembering protecting the woman. "I asked a doctor to see you as soon as I leave. Also, do you have any preferences when it comes to your home and your clans? I normally over see the building, so just let me know." Savannah told the water Alpha.
---
Oberon rose an eyebrow at Corventina. "To be frank Miss Corventina, we warriors are expendable. We risk our lives for you and the pack. If you die, then what is the point." He spoke while pulling a bit of water from the air. He stopped as a blond woman entered the room.

Snow was happy hearing that the woman would accept her healing and bowed her head. "Thank you." she said and then stepped closer. Lifting her hand, it glowed purple as she ran it above Savannah, and soon the poison within the woman's system glowed purple through her skin. "Got it." she said, and with a beconning motion, the water lifted the poison out through the skin and into a vile. "I will test this and see if it matches the same poisons used on the others." she explained. Then making water rise from the väse on her back, the white haired healer drew floating flowing purple runes over Savannah's wound, and then with a flick of a finger, the water crashed onto the runes and then into the wound. It was healed within a minute and the healer bowed. "I could not completely wipe out the scar, but it will fade swiftly. You should rest, and the effects of the healing will be much more benifical." she said, the usual healer words of wisdom, even if they were completely true, most didn't listen. "Be well." Snow said and then left, being called to heal a new batch of patients that had just been brought in.
Coventina smiled seeing Oberon preform his water bending and sighed. Good, he was healed and well. "You are not expendable, you are wolves just like I am. Life is so precious, you only get it once. It must be charished, not thrown away. So I must be more ready and think ahead of this vile clan." she breathed, sadness in her eyes. Suddenly the woman who saved her life walked in. A broad smile broke out across her face seeing the woman walk over to her. "Thank the great moon you lived!" Coventina exclaimed, her hand taking that of the girl's and looking into her eyes. A tear of joy slid down her cheek. "I prayed every minute that you were safe and alive. I was so worried about you! Please don't ever get into that kind of situation again! My heart hurts just thinking about it." the water alpha said and then slowly let go of her hand. "Your basic homes are perfectly fine. The caves we live in for the colder seasons were fashioned in the make of your building, just with a bit of water flare. But anything will do. My pack has been through so much that just your hospitality is more then enough." the pale woman said and let out a soft laugh, the burden of Savannah's life in the balance seemed to slide odd of her shoulders before their eyes. More happieness glowed in her eyes. Looking up at Noctis's sister, Coventina's powers could see those emotions and thoughts of the past, even if she didn't want to. "I wish I could have met Tayla... I've heard she was a wonderful woman... I wish to give you my heartfelt thanks." she breathed and a soft thoughtful look came to her face. "You keep him going, and give him joy. Plus you saved my life, as well as detained our enemies... Thank you for being such a wonderful person, Savannah." the alpha said and Snow walked in. "Don't over work yourself, you must keep strength for what is to come." Coventina added before smiling once again. You're as beautiful as his memories held, and I envy you're position to be free to not have the burdens of a pack.... To be the person you truely wish to be... she thought to herself as she felt the hand of Snow fall upon her shoulder.

Demi nuzzled him back, getting as close as she could to her father. He seemed like such a wise person. The story he told of her brother made her wonder. He had been to the different packs and been beaten within an inch of his life in every one of them except for the wind pack. She knew that the wind pack was peaceful, but they would usually do the same to him as the others just for being who he was. Maybe they did it out of peaceful terms seeing as he had only come to speak with them about peace in a civilized manner. Then she thought about what her father had said about him coming to the earth pack and being beaten within an inch of his life. Her adopted father had forced her to go clean up the training equipment with another male the day that an unwanted visiter had come. Now that she thought about it, it was very strange, his reaction to this visitor. The male she had gone with was her best friend, but her father had left instructions of not letting her see this visitor.
Had the man she called father known her forgotten secret and raised her in a way that would force her to never receive the memories back? He was a wise old man. Maybe he knew who she was. Against her father's wishes, she had used her speed to clean every piece of equipment and stole her friend to go with her to see this visiter. Noctis had been the one to confront him. Now that she remembered it, it was Pathose who had been the one to come asking for peace. When she had seen him, a flashback of her past had come and made her push on the tent pole she was hiding behind a bit too hard. It had fallen along with her. The tent came down from the lack of one support and landed on top of her. Terran, her father, came over and pulled the tent cover from over her face and stood her up while Noctis gave a look of dismay and continued on with the visitor's request. Terran picked her up and dragged her passed the crowd clearing to their own tent. Her eyes were trained on the visiter the whole time. He scolded her and beat her like he did every time she got into trouble. Then he was loving as usual saying how she had to listen to him for her own safety. What if he wasnt actually talking about her safety, but the safety of her secret?
Demi looked up at Ocean now. "I remember. I remember when he came to the village. I was not allowed to see who it was when word passed of his coming to my father.... I mean, Terran. He did everything he could to keep me away from that sight though it was one where every warrior was suppose to be. Of course, I didnt follow what he had said. I went to see the visitor anyways and a flash of memory came back then too.... I thought it was just a daydream." Her stare could slice through any flesh at this point. She was angry with herself for not realizing this before. She had been to every other visitor sighting before this one as a warrior to her earth alpha and then suddenly she wasnt allowed to go to another visitor sighting. Now that she was thinking about it, it was a big hint that he knew about her.
With quick strides, she went back to the door of the tent and looked outside. When she spotted Pathose, she ran up to him and embraced him, almost never wanting to let go. "I'm sorry. I'm so sorry brother..."

Ocean listened to his daughter and growled softly. "That means that the man who tried to be your father figure knew... He knew exactly who you were." he said, anger in his eyes. "That also means he very well could have been the one to incourage them to beat Pathose." he growled and then watched as she got up. He stood and stayed put, watching as she left the room swiftly. Pathose had been just finishing up directing where everyone could stay withing the huge palace they were in, when suddenly he felt another hit him. Looking down, he saw his dear sister clinging to him. "Demi, what's wrong?" he breathed worried, wrapping his arms around her. Hugging her close with love, he felt so happy to feel her close. "What are you apologizing for?" he asked worried as he looked down at her.

Her father's words had followed her on the way out the door. They followed her and found a little divot in the front of her mind to sit in while she had run to her father. Holding onto her brother, she had started to think of all the betrayal that had happened to her in the life she had known. She was tested harsher than any of the other warriors. When the other warriors went for food, she was told to stay behind and watched like a hawk by her "father" and continue her training. Her strict lifestyle had created the cold features she always displayed to the others in her clan. They were the sign of her need to get away from this old man. It was never about how well she did, it was always about what she could have done better. Terran never gave her one compliment, until she had grown into the more mature girl she is now by telling her how beautiful she was, but that was only because he wanted her to find a suitable mate. The only problem was that he had made her into a cold hearted person that no one wanted to even try to love. She didn't blame them of course. It was hard to even attempt to break through her shell. The only way she ever got away from that was by going into the woods and talking with the other animals. Her brother spoke now in a soft tone. The cold features she had always portrayed started to melt away and she now gave into the more gentle side she had only had with those other animals she considered her friends. It was as if she were a little girl once more, playing with her brother.
Demi looked up at her brother who had been directing traffic throughout the palace for which the vengeance pack seemed to be staying. It wasn't until she looked into her brother's eyes that she could feel the unwanted stares of many of the others in the area. Quickly, she stood up and looked around to see who was staring, entwining her fingers in her brother's. She pulled him to the room she had apparently been staying in, since she saw her father in the doorway. "Papa told me about what happend to you with the clans... I remembered something, not from the forgotten memories but from the ones after the big cold. I remember what happened to you..." She looked back into her brother's eyes and cupped both of his hands in her own smaller ones. "I was there...." The thought of actually being in the area while her brother was being beaten was almost too painful to express now that she was figuring out what her past really was and who were the actual family and who were the captores. "That is why I am apologizing. If I'd have known...." Another set of tears started to brim the edges of her eyes. It was usually rare for her to cry, but in this short amount of time, she had cried enough tears to fill a cup. "I would've stopped them. I am so sorry Pathose."
