Pathose watched as Demicora looked at him with shock. Worried that she didn't remember he watched as she paused before stuttering. "well don't hurt yourself okay." he said and watched as she began to dance. Smiling to himself as he saw the girl that was his sister made him grin. Her movements were fluid and looked as if she was really enjoying herself. Though when she stopped and turned around he suddenly was splashed with a bucket full of water, shocked, he looked down at himself, knowing the blood was gone, and so were his dry clothes. Laughing lightly he shook his head and hugged her with one arm, trying not to get her too wet. "That's awesome. Im glad you can still get in tune with the water." he said lightly and chuckled. "It's great to have you back Demi."

Demi looked at her brother and had a good laugh about how drenched he was. "Eh... Not as in tune as I would have been, but maybe Papa can teach me how to do it again." She said still chuckling a bit. As they stood there, she felt more and more in touch with her child side. She glanced at her brother deviously and then turned towards him, getting ready to run. "I'll race you inside." She said as she started bolting towards the inside of the building to find the dining hall where she could find her father. She had forgotten all about how terrible her brother was feeling from the pain he had endured. Instead, she was hell bent on having fun with him, playing like they may have once did.
Using her speed, she ran past the people in the castle towards where she thought the dining hall was, only to find she had gone the wrong way. Again she went a different direction using her speed, still trying to race her brother, though he clearly had the advantage over her. It wasnt until she finally reached the dining hall that she slowed down, especially when seeing her father. Without looking to see if Pathose was in the room yet, she continued using her speed and ran straight for her father, skidding to a stop right next to him. "Hi papa." It seemed as though all her fears and concerns were washed away and only joy appeared on her face as she kissed him on the cheek, just like she use to do as a child.

Pathose chuckled as he heard Demi's comment and nodded. "Father will definatelt help you with that." he said lightly and then got a hold of his breath as their laughter slowly died down. But seein the devilish grin from her sister, his own mischievous grin appeared as if reading her mind by the way she was standing. When the race was instigated, he laughed and raced after his swift sister. They both were insanely fast, but she had just a bit of an edge of him when it came to speed. Though he knew where the dining room, while she did not. Arriving at the dining room, his father stood with a questioning look upon his face, as well as his mother. The woman stood slowly after her husband and Pathose grinned. "Demi is coming, I have to spook her." he said and hid behind his father as his sister skidded into the room. Ocean chuckled as she kissed him upon the cheek, and he kissed her forehead like he always used to do. "Hello my little angel." he breathed reaching out to brush her hair with his fingers. Pathose then peaked around their father and grinned. "Beat ya!" he said to Demi, and was very much tempted to stick his tongue out at her.
Akane was shocked still seeing their little girl standing there, more beautiful then she could have imagined. She could see Ocean's features within her little angel, and wanted nothing more then to hug her tightly. Demi may not have been her true daughter of her blood, but she had raised her and loved her as if she was. Remembering when she had been in a feild with her children and Pathose had been napping in the sun, and she had been making a crown of flowers for Demi. After giving her the crown the little one wore it with pride and infectious happiness. Having recieved a tight huh from her little one, she had heard the young girl sniff and became concerned. But then the little one spoke sweetly, that her momma smelled of hot springs and flowers. Remembering laughing and telling her daughter that she smelled of sunshine and fall leaves, they had fallen asleep holding eachother lovingly. Blinking away the memory, Akane slowly stepped forwards, and Ocean looked towards her with love and tenderness. Reaching out he took her hand and led her towards Demi. "Demi, this is Akane. My mate, and your mother." he said gently and the woman looked at her daughter hopefully. "Do you remember me Demi?" the old fire alpha asked softly, hope in her eyes. Pathose stood straight, looking at his mother with a soft expression. His mother blames herself for letting the children our of her sight for a second to kill a man in their way, and it was just long enough to loose nearly both of them. But having both of them in the same room was nearly bringing her to tears of joy. Something that rarely happened anymore.

Demi looked at her father who had acknowledged her presence like he had always done when she was little. Pathose had seemingly come out from behind their father as if they were pups again and yelled to her that he had beat her. "Oh yeah?" She quickly grabbed him by the head and gave him a nuggie. "Well I got.... you... back." Her attention was quickly adjusted to the woman who stood and started to walk towards her, her voice trailing as she did so. The thoughts that raced through this woman's head were easily seen by her. The memory she had brought up seemed one of joy and happiness, but all she could think about was who was the little girl in the memory. As soon as she stopped the memory, Demi was pulled back out of the woman's thoughts and back into reality.
The girl looked to her father and then back at Akane as he introduced her. Her hands slipped, making it easy for Pathose to escape her grasp as he stood beside her. His thoughts ran through her head about the night they had gotten separated. She was meant to protect them, leaving them for just a moment when she had gotten snatched up and taken away. A slow glance to her brother told her that this was the mother he had been talking about. The old fire alpha. The blame on herself was so apparent and too intense at the moment as she saw the woman Demi had become. Her features seemed that of overjoy as tears tried to break the surface tension in her eyes to run down her face. All Demi wanted to do was give this woman the satisfaction of remembering her, but the blank expression on her face made it apparent to everyone around her that she still could not see that it was her step mother.
The memory the woman had entered was still fresh in her mind as Demi went searching for it once more. The woman would see it again also, since it was her memory, but Demi needed to see it again to figure out why that memory had come up when Akane had seen her. As she analyzed it, she noticed the features she had as a pup and realized that she was the little girl that Akane had given the wreath of flowers to. The only problem was as she watched the memory play out, it still seemed as though it was another person's life rather than her own that she was watching through the eyes of her step mother. When she backed out of the memory, she looked towards her father and Pathose once more and then back to the woman. "I'm sorry. Even with the memory you shared, i still don't know you. I don't remember." She said apologetically as she bowed a little to the woman. "I wish I did."

Pathose had been laughing from the noogie he had recieved but when he had slipped away, be watched Demi with wonder. As she looked to their mother, be held hope in his heart that she remembered his mother. Though as she walked forward towards her step daughter, Akane didn't see those eyes lighting up in recognition, but she had been warned by Ocean. Watched Demi look her over as well she felt the memory of them in the field come back up again. It was no doubt her daughter's powers. Hearing the words from her young girl, she nodded, blinking back her tears. "That's alright honey... Can I give you a hug though? It's been forever." Akane asked as she looked at the daughter she had gladly taken in for Ocean. Remembering the shock of seeing the small baby for the first time, she had almost felt betrayed, but having held Demi for the first time, that little hand had reached up and pressed against her cheek and a smile came. That's when she was won over and Ocean had told her the name of the beautiful little girl. It was the moment that sealed the deal. Now all she wanted was to hold that beautiful daughter again.

Akane had seemingly been reading her, as was everyone else. All the joy and happiness seemed to melt away from her as she started feeling tense again. Surrounded even. Her nerves started to increase in activity, activating her flight or fight response. It was annoying her since these people were suppose to be her family. Taking a deep breath, she tried to get away from the feeling. It was strange. Nothing seemed comfortable at this point. She wanted to let the woman give her the hug, but it just wasnt comfortable from what she was feeling. Moving a little closer to the woman, she caught another glimpse of a memory the woman was having of her and a little baby that Ocean had when he met Akane. The baby had her eyes and everything, but it still didnt feel like her. The third person thing was really killing her at this point. The feeling of hatred towards the child was strong until the little hand touched her cheek. The memory was shared and all she could think about was how she still couldnt see it.
A nod of her head told the woman she was allowed to hug her as she walked closer. Her pace was very slow and hesitant, but soon she was in the arms of the woman, allowing herself to hug back just so the woman was comforted. Her eyes closed as their bodies touched and their arms were wrapped around each other. As uncomfortable as she was, Demi was also comforted by the thought that this woman cared for her. The problem wasnt the woman, but the fact that there were now four people that she was suppose to know and probably more and yet she didnt. She knew that Pathose was her brother and Ocean was her father, but even then it still felt like a dream. Nothing was seeming real anymore and it was confusing her a lot. As soon as the woman let go of her in the hug, Demi took a step back and looked towards her father and brother, then at the food set on the table. Suddenly, she was no longer hungry.
What she really wanted to do at this point was curl up into a ball somewhere.... outside preferably... To escuse herself from the present company, but then her manners came into play as she looked at her back towards the woman and gave a half hearted smile.

Akane smiled happily as she wrapped her arms around her daughter, feeling like it had been way too long. A few tears fell as she felt those arms wrap around her too. When she let her daughter go, she wiped her tears away and smiled softly. "Sorry I don't usually cry... But it's so comforting to know you're still you. You still smell of sunshine and fall leaves." the woman said and Ocean chuckled. "Honey breathe, she's back and even if she doesn't remember anything that doesn't mean more memories can't be made." he said reassuringly. Then Pathose looked to Demi and ruffled her hair playfully like he used to. Giving her a playful growl, his blind eye reflected a bit of light as he bumbed her lightly. "Let's eat, mother didn't cook for nothing. And she made your favorite too." he said lightly as he looked to the food on the plates. "Memories have a good way of coming back to us, I'm sure that if I could get mind back, Demi is strong enough to get her's back. She has alpha blood after all." he said proudly making the family chuckle.

Demi looked surprised as the woman spoke of how she smelled of sunshine and fall leaves. It was just like in the woman's memory. Ocean seemed to chuckle, which made her turn to face him. Her eyes went wide as if wondering what was going on, but then sort of brushed it off. He spoke of how even though she couldnt remember most of anything, she could still create new memories with this family. Pathose seemed to ruffle her hair playfully which made her want to give him another noogie, but he bumped her and sat at the table where there was delicious smelling food. The male had said it was her favorite so maybe that was why it smelled so good. She looked back at her father again and sat down at the table where the food was. Her nerves still told her that she was not hungry at all, but once she started to eat, she could not help but to continue eating. Her stomach was feeling satisfied now that it had something in it rather than nothing. As soon as she was done eating she looked towards her mother. A question started to ring through her mind. It was about her past, but also about the present. "Akane.... I mean, mother. I'm sorry to ask this, but.... How is it that a man of the water clan and a woman of the fire clan can have a daughter of the earth clan?" The memory she had brought up before about the child she held in her hands and her hatred towards it didnt tell her that this woman wasn't her mother.

Pathose happily dug into the food as Demi sat down and ate as well. He enjoyed the fact that she was eating and getting her fill. Ocean then led his mate to sit across from them and be sat down next to her. He held the fire wolf's hand and she rested her head against his strong shoulder. Pathose gave her a warm smile as she looked over at him with a bit of worry. About to ask him about his eye because it hadn't acted up lately, she was caught in surprise as Demi asked her a question. Looking to Ocean, Akane sat up, and smiled warmly at her daughter. "You can call me Akane if that's more comfortable honey, I understand." the old fire alpha said and then sighed softly. "Years before either of you were born Ocean and I escaped to the Dark Brotherhood. Their plan was to make the clans realize that the unwanted and out casts are good wolves. That love shouldn't be regulated and restricted. So your father began working with the brotherhood, trying to find new ideas to get the pack's to accept us. Though all pack's started to scorn us and began attacking on site. Though your father found and saved a woman who was the alpha's daughter. She was supposed to help create an alliance with us, and then seduced your father." she said and Ocean looked away, but Akane squeezed his hand reassuringly. "She betrayed us, and was about to reveal our location so your father had to stop her, and one of the wolves on his team got carried away and killed her. Though the nursemaid of the woman told Ocean that you were his true child, and not the earth man's that lived with your true mother. So he took you in and we raised you with Pathose. When I first saw you, I was furious, but then I realized that you were an innocent child, Ocean's child. You did not deserve the sins of your parents upon you, like I had when I was a child. You deserved a good caring family and a good mother figure, something I never had. In that moment I realized you were no different from me as s child, and at that moment I decided to change that. I didn't want you to live not understanding why everyone looked at you with scorn. I wanted everyone to look at you and say look at that beautiful daughter, she has grown so beautifully and blossomed." she explained and then was quiet. Ocean looked towards Demi and smiled. "Its hard to explain the pain that Akane went through as a child... The horrors are something equivilent to the torture Pathose recieved, but much more emotionally scarring. It wasn't until she left her pack with me that she was finally freed from the pain of the past... And we had decided we wanted none of that for you. Either of you." he said and Pathose nodded and smiled. "I remember that day too, it's a bit foggy, but I remember asking if we could keep you forever, and if you could stay in my room." Pathose said lightly and smiled widely at Demi.

Ketaro gently pushed a tree branch away from his face and then held it for Gemini to walk by. They had spent too much time in the woods. Mostly due to his horrible sense of direction. "Our alpha will not be pleases when she hears about our time spent in these goddamn woods.",he huffed. Though it was daylight out, Ketaro could barely tell because the trees let little sunlight peak through their thick leaves. The woods were beautiful this time of the year. The leaves on the trees covered them like soft green blankets. And their mossy trunks added to the forest's green theme.

Ketaro smirked slightly at the comment made about his navigation skills. Stiffening, he silently reached around to his back and place his fingers on his blade. Slowly turning his head towards the sky, Ketaro saw a glimpse of a hawk flash by. Taking his hand back from his weapon, he straightened out and said,"The Fire pack is on the move. ((BLUH. Sorry for disappearing again. T^T School is almost over, and I have family coming to visit . . . and I'll be disappearing for a couple weeks near the end of December. I won't have access to a computer, but I'll try. ^___^ I'm not doing very good at keeping myself online.))
"Excuse me?" Noctis' maroon eyes narrowed, and a growl rose from his chest. "In case you've forgotten, I'm the alpha here." With the other tribes gathering around his, there was no way he would stand for this sort of behavior. Besides, his natural flaw was his anger, anyway. "Watch your tongue, woman!"
The Earth alpha bore his fangs - which were suddenly visible - and stepped forward to grab Savannah's arm roughly. The action spun her to face him. "There are other tribes here! Keep your words in check, Savannah."
-
Landon barked (it was closer to a yelp) as his alpha howled, her call echoing through the forests about them. The gray wolf kept himself beside and slightly behind Jazereth as she headed forward. It was his place to stay with her, and he looked downright glad to do it. The scrapper darted alongside the Fire alpha as they neared the Earth clan's camp.
When they reached the rocky borders, the noise of various wolves made Landon's ears flatten. He looked nervous, to tell the truth. He'd never been one who enjoyed large gatherings, and now it was all the packs, not just his own! So many people in one place. . . .
The young wolf seemed to shrink back upon himself, taking up as little attention as possible.
He was even more wary when a rather tall woman approached them. Navi, the Wind alpha, nodded to Jazereth. "It is good to see you here." The Fire clan was known for their (ironically) fiery spirit, and would be more than useful in any battle. As her white eyes passed over Jazereth, Navi's neutral expression became sympathetic. "There are buildings for your pack, as well as a place for you to stay. Our host is distracted at the moment, but if you wish to speak with him. . . ."
Navi motioned fluidly toward Noctis, though it wasn't necessary. A small ring of spectators had gathered around the two bickering clan-mates. There was a tense, silent aura filling the area. Something told Navi that this was nothing unusual.

(THE STUPID HOTEL HAD INTERNET THAT DIDNT WORK.... T'was terrible. Sorry i havent posted yet. Im working on it now.)
Demi looked at Akane as she told the story about how she was created after Pathose, using the earth woman, her mother, to form an alliance with the Earth clan. Had the earth clan known all along that she was the daughter of the alpha's daughter? Was that why when she came near them, they hadnt killed her but made her part of their own? It would explain a lot. Pathose interjected with his own little tidbit about how he asked to keep her. It made her smile a little bit, but it wasnt enough this time. It wasnt enough, knowing that they were her family this way. "I Uh.... I'm sorry. I should not have asked." She said as stood from the table. "Excuse me... I.... Its just a lot to take in." Holding her head, she started to walk away from the table, her eyes mostly staying shut as she walked out of the dining hall.
Hearing all of this history, it was almost too much for one person to bear. as she moved out of the dining room, she left towards the gardens once more. That was the only place in this entire area that seemed to calm her down a bit. Why was it that her mood kept on changing? Was she trying to play a trick on the others? or was she actually starting to believe this brainwashing? Was she really being brainwashed though. That was the problem. She could not tell at all. She was getting the memories, but what if they were false? They were increasing too rapidly. The memories were giving her a migraine that just would not quit. As soon as she got to the garden, she had an idea. What if she made a run for it? What if she just ran and ran until she reached the earth clan. She had the connection to her alpha. It would be so much easier to just go to the life she was use to.
The quick decision had been made. The girl ran right past the garden and started to run through the woods towards the earth clan. Her speed was great, but it didnt make her invisible. The posts that had been placed at the edge of the forest started sounding the alarm. There was no reason for any of the residence to be running as fast as she was to get away from the castle, not to mention one of the guards had recognized her as one of the ones they had brought back with them from the fight before. He thought she was a prisoner that was escaping. Many of the guards chased her, using their own speed to try to catch up to her. She diverted many times to take them off her trail as she ran towards where she knew the earth clan was, using the now rising moon and setting sun as a reference for directions.

Jazereth noticed Landon shrinking away from the Earth pack. The edges of her lips slightly bending downwards, Jazereth acknowledged Navi with a nod of the head. "I can't believe that Noctis wouldn't invite me to this party.",she commented cooly. But even she could feel that something was off.... about this argument. Usually those two were attached at the hip, but something in the women's voice made Jazereth's concience (yes, Jazereth has a concience) to squirm. "Landon. Come.",she ordered sternly. Having shifted before chatting with Navi, Jazereth signaled Landon to call the pack to come. Once he was done, she motioned him to her side as she began to make her way towards Noctis. After the Earth clan members saw who she was, they parted to let her through but not without a growl or two. Smirking, Jazereth acknowledged their challenges by staring at them right in the eyes. Making some avert their eyes, while others bravely tryed not to look away. But the outcome was as expected, they all eventually looked away. Now able to talk to the bickering couple without having to yell at them over the crowd, Jazereth stood next to the female Earth member who was quirreling with Noctis. 'I know I will only fuel his fire, but he must feel that something is wrong? He can't possibly be that thick, can he?'
"Well, well, well, Noctis. I never thought I'd see the day when you were fighting with a member of your own clan! You wouldn't want to appear weak to me would you? After all, my whole pack is here. Right now."
---------- Post added 12-04-2012 at 04:15 PM ----------
"All right general, let's get this show on the road!" Jumping forward, Ketaro shifted easily into his wolf form. Then, showing her a toothy fang- filled grin, he sped off. Taunting her to come catch him. Though they could speak rather roughly in wolf form, many of the wolves preferred to send mental pictures to others while in their furry coats. Quickly making it to the Earth clan, Ketaro spotted Navi. 'Dammit!',Ketaro thought,'I have no reason to be so late! She's gonna skin me alive!' Silently arriving at Navi's side, he rolled over belly side up in front of her. After declaring his submittance, Ketaro sent her a mental message,"My alpha, please forgive my absence, I fear that my navigating skills are not one of my best qualities."

Gemini shifted quickly and raced after Ketaro, keeping pace easily. She kept her wings furled,to make things fair, but skidded to a halt when they reached the combined camp. She noticed a few things straight off.First of all,a ring of specators was gathered around what she gathered was the Earth pack Alpha.Second, she saw that there were so many more wolves than she imagined,it kind of startled her.Third, she noticed her own Alpha,Navi, standing over Ketaro, who was apologizing for being late.Cat dung! She thought to herself. How am I going to explain this? Is it okay that Ketaro and I were together? Does he want to keep it secret? Her mind scrambled for a solution as she walked over to Navi and crawled to the ground, belly up,showing submission. She decided to let the Alpha make her own deductions,as she was smart and likely to figure it out in the first place.Gemini had too much respect for her Alpha to lie.

Pathose watched as his sister left and his mother stood with worry. Ocean took her hand and shook his head. Hearing the alarm the family stood and looked at Pathose. He slammed his fist against the table and knew now was time. "Time for the next part orris plan. If Demi refuses to try and remember then for now all we can do is try and keep her out of our way... But now we meet with the water alpha. Her darkness I put into her will bring her to us." the young alpha said and darkness grew infront of them and the family stepped through. Soon they would set their terms, and the young fire alpha would be the next target.
Coventina had awoke with a feeling in her gut. A twisting snake domed a lump in her stomach and then froze as she got up. Changing her clothes, she put on a simple green sun dress. Checking on her pack, the pale skinned woman moved to check upon Sky. Seeing him well and resting brought a smile to her face. But then she saw a flash of Ocean standing and lookin upon the Earth clan dwelling from outside the walls. Feeling like she had to talk with him, the alpha slipped away and out of the protective walls of the earth wolves craftsmanship. Looking around she walked slowly deeper into the woods, passing the guards with a smile and soon found he small clearing. That's when her brother stepped out from behind the tree and she wanted everything to go hug him, so grateful he was alive. "Ocean, why are you here? What are you doing?" she demanded, knowing that he could very well be with his own army lying in wait.
Ocean smiled seeing his little sister and brushed his shaggy hair from his eyes. "It's good to see you too Coventina." he said with a chuckle and stepped forwards, approaching her as he used to. Reaching out to ruffle her hair, she grabbed his hand and stopped him. Frowning, he pulled his hand back. "I get it. Just because I'm on a different team doesn't mean we are not on he same side." he said and she shook her head and growled. "Don't Ocean! You can twist words and I know you can! Is he your son?!" she demanded and he nodded slowly. "Pathose is my son. He is alpha of the Venegeance clan." he said and then Akane slowly stepped out from the tree. "We ment no harm by running away. We wanted peace." she said and Coventina stepped back in shock.
They had actually run away together, they had actually left all they had to be together. Watching as the old alpha of the fire clan took her brother's hand, Coventina's eyes grew. "You left Jazereth!" she snapped and Akane's eyes narrowed angerily. "She had her father, she never listened to me anyway. I was a prisioner within my own pack." she snapped back angerily her eyes flashing red. Knowing that those words were true, the Water clan alpha nodded. "I know..." she admitted softly and Ocean looked at his sister with care. He knew that he still loved her, but if she stood in his way, he would fight againsst her. This was their try at peace once more.
"Coventina. Please listen to me. I know you love him. But you know what that means." Ocean warned and Coventina looked at him shocked. "I-I... How?" she asked and Ocean looked at Akane and she nodded. "Pathose has been trying to achieve peace for years, we know a lot more about your pack and the other packs. But we came here to protect you and Noctis." the fire wolf said and the pale woman tensed as she looked at her brother and his mate. "We are fine, we will-" she startede but Ocean growled loudly. "There will be no more 'we' as soon as someone tells the other alphas." Ocean snapped and she flinched.
"Noctis is a protective and traditional Alpha. He follows the rules and does what he thinks is best. You are an innovator, and you change things. Coventina you are opposites, that's why you work so well. They don't see that. They see alphas breaking the laws and trying to do something forbidden. They will think you are trying to combine the packs and make a powerful wolf hybrid. That's what they will see, not what you want." Akane said and Coventina could feel the not in her stomach get heavier. "Pathose is a hybrid. And our daughter is a hybrid as well." she explained and coventina looked at them shocked. "Daughter?" she said shocked and Ocean nodded.
"My daughter. Though she doesn't remember us. She came back to her earth clan after we did our best to be kind." her brtoher explained and Coventina shook her head. "Do you blame her?! Why don't you two come clean?!" she demanded and Akane growled but Ocean shook his head. "They have already tortured Pathose when he came to them peacefully, what do you think they willl do to him had we just turned ourselves into you now? They would kill us and our children, even if our daughter rejects us. They would kill every single one of us until there was no one left. They have done it ot the Brotherhood, they will do it again. We can't risk our children." Ocean said and then shook his head.
"Then tell me why you're here." Coventina asked.

Demicora had come through the woods, but it had taken her a while before she got anywhere near where the Earth clan walls were. There was a river nearby at the point of which she stopped running. Her thirst overpowered her as she went to it to drink from the water there. The running stream was not enough to stop the girl from hearing the voices in the clearing nearby. Slowly and stealthily, she went to the tree line of the clearing and hid behind it as she heard the fighting amongst siblings. It was something she had heard before, over and over in the earth clan. The only problem was, she was familiar with these voices. It was Coventina and her brother, Demi's father. How had they gotten hear before her?
Akane had then stepped from the shadows of the tree line as well to join the two arguing two. She listened until it came time for the real kicker in the speech. Coventina and Noctis were in love with each other. She could tell just from the look on the water alpha's face as well as her thoughts. The thoughts of love and hate filled the air while Coventina and Ocean battled it out. The only thing was, where was Pathose? He was usually wherever their father was. Wasn't that how they had gotten to the forest? It was the only way she could think of. Before she had closed her eyes to the darkness during her kidnapping, she had seen the opening of a dark portal of shadow. Ocean was pure water and Akane pure fire, so it must have been her brother who opened the portal to get to this area. As the three spoke to each other, things started to make sense. None of it was right. All the rules and regulations on the packs through the alphas, they were just driving a wedge between everyone. It hit her even harder when she heard the words that she was a hybrid. She had made the water move and dump itself on top of Pathose, but she hadn't believed it at the time. Was it really that hard to believe everything the others had been trying to tell her so smoothly?
Taking a deep breath, she walked out of the trees into the clearing. "Isn't it obvious? Your brother... My father..." The word father was said a bit elongated than normal, but that couldnt be helped as she closed her eyes, moving in the direction of the other. "All he wants is peace. It's all the brotherhood has ever wanted. You and my alpha will never be together with all the rules and regulations building that wall that separates you. Noctis has been all i have ever known my entire life. Ever since he has met you, he has changed from the strict harsh but fair man he has always been. Something seemed to be scaring him when i came to you both after the fight with some of the vengeance clan for the scrolls, knowing he was in danger. He had been in so many battles before that this one should have been no problem for him to come out of mentally tough, but he didnt. I couldn't tell what it was at the time. I thought it had been because my second surogate father had been mortally wounded, but i was wrong." The black haired girl stopped before getting to either side of the opposing people. "He has changed since he was meant to protect you. Changed for the better or for the worse, i dont know, but he has changed drastically. Now i realize why."
Demi looked at her father and Akane first. "I'm sorry I ran, Pappa. I didnt know what else to do. It was all just too confusing, but i realize now what you have been trying to tell me." Turning to Coventina, she looked solemnly at her. "I do not mean to speak out of turn, but my father is trying to save you from the hurt and anguish he and his love had to go through when their love came to light to the other tribal alphas. Please listen." It was definitely a switch from what she had been thinking before, but the moment she had heard the conversation so bluntly, she understood its meaning and wanted to be a part of it. Maybe if she integrated herself back into the earth tribe she could help Coventina to create a new set of rules. That is if the water alpha accepted the mission from her brother.

Coventina was surprised as Demicora stepped out. Never in her years would she have guessed that she was Ocean's daughter. Watching as Ocean smiled at her with care and joy he nodded. Staying quiet as she spoke he felt his heart swell and pride made him look to Akane who was nearly tearing up again. Demi finally understood and as she spoke the truth began to grow on her face. She now realized what this truely ment. They had run away not in spite of everyone and everything, but to protect what they believed was right. She herself believed the same thing. Hearing that even Demi had seen a change in Noctis had Coventina worried. If she saw it, others were bound to know and find out as well.
Pathose walked into the clearing and stepped forwards. "I don't want a war between the wolves, and I don't want a war between family." he said and stepped infront of their parents and Coventina tensed and growled at him. "You nearly killed me!" she snapped and smacked him in the face. He said nothing and then raised his head and looked at her evenly. "I never ment to hurt you, but it was the only way you were coming with me that night... I want this family whole, as much as you do. And I don't want to see you and Noctis pulled apart like my parents nearly were. I made you both realize what will happen to you, and it will come from the people you once thought were your friend's." he explained and then held out the water crystal scroll. "You're giving this back?!" she said shocked and reached out and gently took it from him. "I want you to think about this. We want peace, not war. But we are willing to fight for this family. I came to ask you if you will as well. We want to expand this family and include Noctis, but we knew be wouldn't sit and talk like you would." Pathose said and then wrapped a arm around Demi's shoulders and nuzzled her. Coventina looked at them and felt a longing to share a but with her brother again. "I will do what I can. If anything I will convince Noctis... I can't let him be hurt because of my love for him." she breathed and then Ocean stepped forwards and hugged her tightly and both shed a few tears. "Its been too long Tina... It really has." he breathed and smiled. Coventina laughted and shook her head. "I haven't been called that since Blue and Posidon died..." she breathed and he pulled away. "I wanted more then anything to be at their funeral... I'm sorry I missed it." Ocean breathed and brushed her hair from her face. "Soon you won't miss anything anymore." Coventina said with care and smiled. "You're children are so beautiful."

Demo looked at her father. The years of being in the earth clan made it hard for her to cry in times like this, especially when she was so focused on the task at hand. Pathose seemed to come out of nowhere, which she had expected, and walk towards her to talk to Coventina. Once Coventina slapped the male, a slight smirk crossed her face knowing that he had deserved it, but a protective stance was also taken in case she tried again, but she didnt. The earth clan warrior started to relax as Coventina seemed to be relaxing with her new found family around. She seemed to understand what Demi's family was trying to tell her. Pathose seemed to get close to the warrior and started to nuzzle her when he leaned on her shoulder. She nuzzles the male back back. Ocean and Coventina hugged each other and talked about The children's grandparents. It was still going to be hard calling these people her family, but she was now willing to try at least.
"Papa? I was wondering if it would be a good idea to go back with Coventina to the Earth clan. Maybe it would help her ease into it and since they know me, I could help explain to Noctis the idea. No vengeance clan member will get hurt by it through it, and you know i can use my speed to get Coventina and myself away from them if need be. Two people on the inside is better than one." The earth warrior says looking into her brother's eyes first and then looking back at my father. "I want to help."

Roulan had observed as Jazareth was speaking to the leader of the Earth clan wolves. He noticed that many of them had looked away while some of the wolves in the clan were fighting over who was Alpha. He had activated his strong hearing and could hear clearly what they were arguing about. The male of the clan had snarled ferociously, and Roulan quickly deactavited his ability since he disliked fighting even though he encountered it alot. Still he was in a crouched position in case if fighting became necessary and his black coat made him overheated.

"This is none of your business, woman!" Noctis' voice had risen sharply, and his snarl was loud. Savannah had always stood against him, just as strongly as she stood beside him. Bickering was normal, honestly. The only difference in this situation was the fact that there were others there. This fact, of course, was made all the more obviously as Jazereth mentioned her pack observing the fight.
"Step down," the maroon eyes of the Earth alpha narrowed as the earth about him trembled briefly. He was hardly containing his anger. Noctis' voice lowered dangerously, and he turned his gaze pointedly back to Savannah. "Remind me again why you don't answer to your alpha's call."
-
Landon did as he was told, right down to following his alpha closer to the fight. Blue eyes were wide as he seemed to shrink into the background - though he still held his position at Jazereth's side. As she spoke, the scrapper looked to her in alarm. This wasn't going to end well.

"They never have been, Ketaro."
Navi's pupil-less eyes moved to the wolf as he rolled over before her. The tall woman shifted suddenly, her white form tense. Instead of baring her fangs or reacting as Noctis might have, Navi blinked slowly. Nudging her warrior's throat with her nose, the Wind alpha acknowledged his fault.
When Gemini skidded to a halt nearby, the pale wolf merely waited. Watching as her second warrior bore her stomach, Navi brushed her nose against Gemini's throat as well. The two of them were forgiven - though they would deal with the consequences.
"Please see that the others have finished setting up their tents. When they are finished, report back to me."
Shifting forms once more, the alpha stroked Ketaro's ears. "It would be wise of us to let this conflict blow over without interference."
