Roulan watched Landon's actions and he had to wonder what would happen next. He'd let out a low growl, but had just watched as the Earth wolves were still arguing. However he was still attentive to all the details in case something happened to Jazareth. Looking around he did notice that the other earth wolves were scared of his alpha so he had nothing to fear for now.

Coventina could feel the pull towards the other alphas stronger as she walked. Blinking as she saw a rather large crowd, Snow rushed over explaining what was going on. Frowning in confusion, the water alpha shook her head. Being who she was, she hated fighting and bickering. It ment anger and violence could follow. "I will go take a look." she said reassuringly and sent her healer off to check upon her people. Walking with a bit more purpose then before, the water alpha came into view of the crowds. Seeing what was happening, the female had stopped for a few moments. Now was the time to use her powers. Walking forwards, her auora spread out like a large warm blanket, encircling the whole gathering of wolves. With it, came calm and peace washing over each and every wolf. Stepping forwards, Coventina smiled as she was now infront of the two alphas and Savannah. "Perhaps now is not the time to argue. We have an enemy who could strike at any moment... We need to act like allies, not enemies." she said with her calming and realistic words. "I think once your clan gets settled Jazereth, we should all meet together and discuss such things as what to do next." the water alpha said, almost sounding like a wise mother speaking to her child. With Jazereth being so young, she very well could have been her child, but she was not. Reaching out a hand she put it join Noctis's shoulder and met his eyes after breaking eye contact with the fire alpha. "Can we sort this out later? You have a crowd from all tribes at this point... We need to be careful in how we act around them." she said with caution, her eyes conveying her want to speak with him and for him to be calm. She didn't want to see him angry like this, not to his own kin.

Roulan had suddenly noticed another strong Alpha show up, and had realized she was from the water clan. Her aura had calmed him, and all the muscles in his body seemed to relax. Well thats an odd powerhe thinks and wonders what his alpha would do since those 2 wolves were still fighting. Hopefully they get this done soonhis black coat was absorbing the heat but he had chosen to still stay in wolf form just in case, and despite the aura that washed over him Roulan was still alert.

Noctis felt the aura wash over him the moment Coventina approached. With a light shiver, the Earth alpha straightened - and turned his maroon eyes to the other alpha. His heart still beat with anger, but the serenity that flowed through him kept him from exploding (which he seemed so apt to do).

"I don't appreciate your help in this matter," Noctis said bluntly, pushing Coventina's hand from his shoulder. The action, though, was gentle. And when he saw the look in the Water alpha's eyes, it took all his will not to say anything about it. "How I manage my pack is not your concern."

This was the alpha talking. Noctis had to fulfill his roll as leader - an unwavering, unchallenged male - to keep the Earth pack's loyalty. If he didn't, someone else would see his weakness and take the tribe from him. Such was the way of the Earth kin.

Turning back to Savannah, Noctis lifted his head. "You will scout the borders tonight." There was no room for argument in his command. With a snarl, the navy-haired male lashed out - the sound of his slap rang through the gathering. This was dominance - this was how the Earth clan worked.

With a growl, Noctis turned away. Savannah would do well to listen - if not, she would be forced from the pack. A bit of fear bit into Noctis' heart. What if she didn't listen? Would she choose to be stubborn in public again? Usually, she was careful enough to reserve her reprimands and other unwanted advice until they were alone. This was so strange!

He kept walking. The Earth alpha was given a wide berth as he passed through each of the packs. Noctis knew that Coventina wanted to speak. Instead of waiting for her, he stepped into his own dwelling. The curtain that hung in front of the door shifted back into place behind him as he flung it aside. He needed to calm himself. Now that he was outside of the peaceful aura that Coventina gave off, he was . . . volatile.

Standing in the middle of his room, Noctis grit his teeth. Clenching his fists and closing his eyes, the alpha fought to keep his breathing under control. Anger. His eternal weakness and constant companion had returned.

Landon's lowered ears stayed flat against his head as Noctis stormed past them. Blue eyes darted up to Jazereth, but he said nothing. Instead, the youth kept his wolf form and gently bumped against his alpha's leg. It looked like an accident.

He wasn't as nervous now that Coventina had calmed everyone. The peace that drifted through him was more than enough to make Landon happy. In fact, for once he felt at ease in a crowd. Or . . . mostly.

Coventina wasn't happy at the words Noctis spat, but he was angry. Things seemed to be happening so fast around them that neither of them could catch a break. Accepting his statement that she shouldn't help with how he took care of this, she allowed him to brush her away. It hurt, even when she knew it shouldn't. They had to keep up their roles as alphas, love wasn't to come between them even when it already had... Thanking the gods that Sky was not awake at the moment to see this, she could only imagine how be would react. He would have ripped the Earth Alpha to bits the way he had spoken to her, but with her powers and knowledge of Noctis, she knew that it wasn't entirely his fault. Such were the ways of Earth clan life. The next thing he did, made the Water alpha want to curl up into a secure ball. The slap sounded faster then she could stop him. With her aoura being used upon the crowd, she was intune with everyone and their feelings. When the slap connected, she felt pain too, and it made her flinch slightly. Daring not to look at Savannah in case she feared up the pale woman looked at the fire alpha. "I will alert you of the meeting... Thank you for coming Jazereth." she said softly and walked away. Most of the earth clan had began to scatter.

Walking away, she simply walked through the streets, followeing the cloud of anger above Noctis and his aoura. She kept her distance for a little while, watching for the moment when the area and people settled. Once there was no one there, she headed straight for his dwelling and stepped inside. Seeing him standing there in the middle of the room made her gravitate towards him. It reminded her of when she had shown him their orchard in the cave, the anger that had been their till it had melted away. Without hesitation she walked to him without a word and wrapped her arms around him in a loving hug, forbidden to them but atthat moment, she didn't care. His strength, his warmth, his scent, and being someone to lean upon drew her in. He made her feel truely like a woman, without even trying. Looking up, she met those eyes her own full of love and understanding.

"Noctis..." she breathed softly, brushing the navy hair from his eyes. Coventina was struggling for words. How could she tell him about her brother? What words could make the blow that Pathose was her nephew any easier upon him? Was it possible to voice her fears of loosing his life and her own because of their feelings with out sounding scared? These things buzzed around in her mind as her deep and knowing eyes met his. Being pressed against him made her crave for more of his touch. It was only hours ago that she had nearly lost her life, that all tribes had lost a few warriors trying to save her. It reminded her how fragile life truely was, and how fast it could be taken away. Feeling Noctis there, solid and firm, made her crave his lips. Feeling confident came natural when he kissed her. Even when she had been on the verge of death, his kiss made her believe that everything was going to be alright. It would be a complete lie if she told herself she didn't love this man. She loved him, and it was as strong as the force of gravity. it would never fail or faulter.

Rage flit through him like a caged animal, refusing to calm down. Noctis felt his clenched hands tremble, and his breath quickened as he thought of the scene. What was Savannah thinking?! Just as the earth beneath him began to shift, the sound of quiet footsteps drew his attention.

As Coventina's scent filled the room, Noctis' eyes opened. He didn't lift his arms to embrace her in return for a few moments, but when he did, his grip was tight. All it took was for someone to look into the room, and they would be in trouble. Big trouble. Outcast and exile, death and torture kind of trouble.

The Earth alpha let out a breath, forcing his anger away. This woman didn't deserve his rage. Coventina deserved more than he could ever give her. As she leaned against him, her lithe form resting against his almost naturally, Noctis closed his eyes. Fingers pushed hair from his face, and the alpha groaned as he rested his head against hers.

"I'm . . . sorry." The male met Coventina's gaze as she looked up at him. With a slight frown, he let his fingertips brush over the woman's cheek. With that small movement came the rush of longing. Noctis thought briefly of the other pack members before his hands caught Coventina's face firmly. All of the energy that had been coursing through him changed from anger to longing.

Roulan had watched as the two Earth wolves were fighting, and saw one walk off angrily. The water Alpha with her cooling aura had left and he let out a small whine because he enjoyed the feeling she gave him. He then looked to Jazareth, and wondered what she would do next. "Well that was interesting" he thought to himself and had changed back to human form because he was getting to warm in wolf form. Roulan then gets up and walks up to Jazareth "What will we do next?" he could see that his leader was focused on thinking about the other tribes.

At first, Coventina didn't think Noctis was going to accept her hug, and hug her back. But soon his arms reached up and hugged her tightly, like she was a life line he needed. Hearing his soft groan as he leaned down and pressed his forehead to her own, the pale woman smiled with care. She understood how stressful it was to be an alpha, she was one herself. Now and again they slipped up, and let their emotions get the best of them. They were still wolf by nature, they were not perfect. Hearing the tan male's words she smiled and sighed. "You don't have to apologize to me, I understand Noctis." she breathed, ever so quietly. There was barely space between their faces, and she wanted to close the space and touch his lips with her own.

At any moment someone could potentially walk right in and catch them in the act. The only person that might not say anything about it would be Jazereth, but that was also questionable. Feeling her face being snagged by a large warm hand, Coventina instinctively leaned into his palm. Sighing softly, she could feel his longing and her's as well, mingling together. "I don't like being seperated, I was so scared I would never again be held by you." she whispered, looking into those eyes with her own. "Make me never forget this moment?" she asked, her voice almost softer then a whisper as she felt a warm blush rise upon her cheeks. All the thoughts of the bad news she was originally going to tell him left her mind. All that mattered was being in his arms, letting their heat mingle together. His skin warm, her's cool. Everything about being together with him made her feel strong, and it felt so right.

The thought of Sky never crossed her mind. Leading her pack never crossed her mind either. At this moment, she was supposed to be heading to get some rest. She had gotten a small amount, but right now she would use every single second to be with Noctis as long as she could. In the back of her mind she realized that this was exactly what Ocean had done with Akane. He had stole chances to go see her whenever he could, and it had cost him his future at being alpha of the water clan. Her brother had readily thrown everything away for Akane, and ran away with her to live the life that he wanted to live. Without boundries, without harsh rules, and without prejudice towards him and his children. What would it be like to run away with Noctis? Leave everything behind and just be themselves? That idea scared her a little bit, but the moment it came up, it was pushed away by the fact that here and now, she was in Noctis's arms.

"Make me never forget this moment?"

His hesitation was brief. Noctis pressed his lips to Coventina's. The action was eager, persistent . . . and it lacked the harshness that usually followed the Earth alpha's every movement. Around them, the earth shifted. Every opening became shaded with stone and soil as Noctis kissed her again.

There was a brief moment in which the boundaries they were under entered his mind. Noctis merely let them fade away with a growl, and he nipped at Coventina's cheek.

"We shouldn't be here," he said, stroking the woman's pale hair. Everything about her was precious - her bright eyes, cool skin, delicate features - he was lucky to know her, let alone hold her heart. Noctis' arms wrapped around the woman again, pulling her against him. He enjoyed the way she seemed to meld to him as though she was meant to be there.

"Every tribe is right outside the door."

As Roulan approached, Landon lowered his gaze. He was one of the lowest of the low - and he fit his position rather well. Unnoticed by many, the scrapper remained at the Fire alpha's side. His nose twitched slightly as he shifted forms, regaining his human appearance.

Instead of standing as an equal, the youth remained crouched. Rocking back on bare heels, the dark-haired male listened to the events around him - and was subtly watching Roulan as he spoke with Jazereth.

Feeling Noctis press a kiss to her lips, Coventina felt like melting. Kissing him deeply she nearly whimpered as he pulled away from her lips. Though his powers we'd covering up the cracks that might give off their illegal move. They shouldn't be together, but at this moment, she didn't care. "Let them leave your mind. I just want to be with you for a little while." she breathed and nipped his bottom lip teasingly. She wanted him to less thinking and more kissing. "I don't want to wait any more after what we have been through... I just want to enjoy being with you." she whispered and nipped his jaw lightly, wanting to keep him thinking of her lips and touch. Leaning against him as be brought her close again, she leaned in and kissed his collar bone lightly before leaning her head back to meet his eyes with her deep blue eyes. Her eyes conveyed her want to keep kissing him and staying in his arms. Internally she prayed he would truely give into her plea, she had been in so much pain that she wanted nothing more then to feel some of his love and affections.

Noctis enjoyed the flirtation, though was at a loss when it came to returning it. The thoughts of the other tribes slowly drifted from his mind as Coventina's affection chased them off. The very longing he felt in her movements brought his thoughts elsewhere. After a few moments, he did nothing to hold them back.

The alpha took Coventina's face in his hands, his maroon eyes holding her gaze. "I always enjoy being with you," he whispered, running his thumbs over her cheeks. They'd known of one another for many years, and had only recently seen more of one another. This was a sudden change . . . and not altogether unpleasant.

Noctis stole the woman's breath with kisses. As with most of his emotions, the male had trouble reining anything in once he allowed his feelings to run free. This was no exception - and this time, he felt very strongly. This emotion was nearly overwhelming, and Coventina was all but begging for his affection. That was precisely what she received. In fact, she received it in such quantity, it nearly brought the building down about them as his lips met hers once more.

Coventina smiled internally with triumph as Noctis gave into her want. It was better then she ever could have imagined as she looked up into those firey eyes. Recieving the kiss, their lips melted together and formed a feeling practically undicribable. It was like a spark of electricity, with the heat of a blazing fire. Yet sweet but refreshing all together at the same time. Then the passion began to come through his actions, and the pale alpha found herself recieving kiss after kiss, and retiring the favor. With each kiss, they took shorter and smaller breaths in between as to stay kissing longer, which was an addicting thing. Never having experienced such a thing to such affections and love, the water alpha knew that this is what love was like. He kept her secure and safe in those arms as they made out with one another. She soon found herself between the walk and Noctis, his body right up against her's. Though the feeling was thrilling and intense. Running her hand into his navy hair she kept it there, tangled and the other arm wrapped around his neck. Coventina felt like she was floating in a river of emotion and the only thing that could make it more sweet was Noctis saying those three little words her heart was craving for while her body craved for his.

Though her father had nto said anything about letting her go back to the earth kingdom, she figured it was allowed anyways. Coventina had left to join up with the earth pack again. All she wanted to do was to make sure that the water alpha was alright as she told her earth alpha. The hybrid girl stayed a good distance away from Coventina and Noctis so as not to alarm him to her presence. As she moved between the ranks, she put a cloak over herself to hide from those that would know her by appearance. She watched every instant of Coventina's dispersal of the alpha's quarrel with the fire Alpha. As Noctis walked off in a huff, she did her best to get away from the alpha as he walked towards his tent. Coventina decided to follow her alpha to his tent. Her presence was going to be known to him soon, but the alpha decided to put up his stone walls. As an Earth, she was able to at least bend the earth a bit through hers had to be through dance. Her hard dancing started to shift the earth that the alpha had put up. It finally was moved and someone in the crowd decided to notice as she started to take the hood off at the door of the Alpha's tent. They caught her pinning her to the ground. "It's me!" She screamed to the one who pinned her, putting her hands behind her back as they pushed her into the tent. Her hood had been moved back over her face from being tackled from behind. The person who had tackled her pulled the hood off of her in front of Noctis. "I found this one moving the earth from your door. She has been lurking around the camp watching you for a while."

It had been a moment she would never forget, Noctis had made sure of it. Conventions was about to lean in for another kiss when she heard a small tussle. Her eyes alight with worry she pulled away from Noctis in an instant and was soon stand across the room and behind the table, as if they were conversing. Putting her hands on the stone table she nearly snaffled seeing Demicora pushed in by an earth clan wolf. Demi! I thought you would stay with Ocean for awail! the worried aunt thought as she looked upon her captured niece. Even if her family had caught against her, they were still family, and being who she was, Coventina was protective. "Let her go. She was captured, during the attack, she must have gotten away." The water alpha said, bringing herself to her full height. At that moment, everyone could see why she was alpha, they could truely see the strength and drive within her eyes and body. This time, there were no pleasantries, and she ment business. No one would touch her niece if she could help it. Now with Demicora here, she had to tell Noctis the truth. There was no way he to sugar coat any of it. She had to tell him the blunt truth, even if it was twisted.

Roulan got distracted from Jazareth and Landon when he took notice of the ground beneath him rumbling. "what is this?"he had asked with great curiousity when he suddenly heard a girl shrieking about something. Since he wasn't to accustomed to Earth wolves he had no idea thats what caused the ground to shake. "Langdon do you know why the ground started shaking?"while he wasn't to sure if anyone else noticed outside of himself he chose to ask anyway.

The moment had been all too short. Noctis felt Coventina's hand tangle in his hair, and he nipped at her in return. He hadn't felt anything like this since before his time as alpha. It was beyond enjoyable - and he didn't want it to end. It was pure chance that he hadn't heard Demicora as she approached. In a way, he was grateful she had been found. It would have been disastrous if the two alphas had been seen together.

As he pulled away from Coventina, the male felt a pang of longing shoot through him again. If only. There seemed to be a lot of "ifs" in life. His maroon eyes flickered to the doorway, and he let out a sigh while running a hand through his hair to fix it.

The stone lowered before his warriors, letting Demi and her captor in. "What is the meaning of this?" he growled, eyeing Demi. He wasn't sure how to react. Had she seen anything? His gaze narrowed. "Leave." His command made the other warrior bow his head, and back out silently. Stone filled the doorway once again. ((OOooh, side note here: the Earth clan don't use tents very often since they can form their own homes. They have more solid places to live - hence, Noctis' building. ;) ))

"Demi, is there a reason you should ever eavesdrop on your alpha?" Noctis promptly ignored Coventina in a very alpha-like way. It was the best outward sign he could give to say they weren't doing anything suspicious.

When Roulan spoke to Landon, the scrapper ducked his head. Blue eyes lowered to the ground, but he felt obligated to give an answer. Luckily, his knowledge was more than most would assume.

"Earth clan," he said, his voice wavering, "is emotional. Their powers are volatile." His gaze flickered up to Roulan, and he continued. "This is nothing strange. Just the alpha."

How he knew, no one would know.

Coventina frowned as Noctis dismissed the other warrior and Demi was released. After the door of solid rock was out back up, she walked towards her niece with worry in her eyes. "You have to be careful Demi.... Especially now with everything you know." She breathed and then the water alpha turned to face Noctis. "I have to tell you something, but you have to promise not to freak out..." the pale woman said and paused. Looking to Demi she took in a steadying breath and then clenched her hands into fists. "Ocean mated with Akane, the previous fire alpha and they both escaped to the dark brotherhood... Pat hose is their son, which means he has the right to take over both the water clan and fire clan as alpha... And he's not my brother's only child." She said and then looked back at Demi and stood next to her. If standing side by side, you could see the features they shared, with Demi's water clan blood inside of her. He was going to see it and connect the dots. If not Demi could speak for herself.

Noctis was silent. He looked slightly confused at first, but then realization filled his eyes. His frown briefly faded. It returned as a scowl. "The Dark Brotherhood," he growled, "is full of your relatives?" He sounded skeptical. Even worse: anger seemed to burn underneath his skin. For once, he didn't explode - no, he wasn't so predictable this time. This time, he grew quiet and cold. He was withdrawing.

Coventina shook her head and looked to Demi. "Ocean and Akane did work for the brotherhood, but in the time of frost, they lost their daughter, Demicora. She's the daughter of Ocean and a woman who had been the daughter of the earth alpha previous to you. She is next in line for being alpha if she wanted... And Navi lost her son years ago, and now it makes sense. He joined the Vengeance clan, and in doing so, they have all the next alpha generations.... Ocean, Akane, and Pathose found me in the woods, and they explained to me that they offered us sanctuary." She said and then met his eyes with her own. The worry in her eyes was apparent. "If I tell the other alphas, you know as we'll as I that they will kill me. They won't hesitate, not when the Vengeance clan is my family." Coventina breathed and looked at him, searching and hoping he would understand. Even if he had rescued her from that prison, the true prison was now with the clans that they had grown in and led. "The Vengeance clan doesn't want to take lives or make war, they want to make peace, but they will only do so if the laws of clans mingling and killing hybrids on sight are disposed of.... They want a safe place for their clans to return home to, but if they have to they will fight us..." She explained and then looked away. "I don't want to fight my brother, or betray my clan. I want peace and I want to keep those I love safe..." She said and then looked into his eyes again. "If I'm killed... They will start killing my people for being accomplishes... It will rip apart the packs faster then the Vengeance clan would be able to rip them apart." The water wolf breathed. What was he thinking? What would he say?

Roulan nodded at what Langdon had told him "Thank you for telling mehe turns and smiled at him. "Its really interesting he knew that"he then turns and faces Landon "I wonder what those otehr Alphas are talking about" he said glancing down at Landon and then at the sealed area were they where outside of Jazareth

(( Heh, sorry about my absence you guys. But it seems that I have an allergy. A pretty serious one that makes my throat and tongue swell, and we have absolutely no idea what is causing it! My luck is going down the shitter.......))

Jazereth looked towards Roulan and sighed. "I'm well aware of what Coventina and Noctis are doing right now. And I have no interest what so ever of the sight. But, we are in the Earth clan's territory and we must do our best to keep our composure. So Roulan, I am relying on you to gather every scrapper and warrior and take them hunting. We must show them we are not going to abandon our duties. We must show them we are the Fire clan!" Promptly turning away from Roulan and towards Landon, Jazereth said,"And you, Landon, go fetch the woman and children to prepare our means of shelter. I do not cherish the thought of our people living in small confined rock formations. It won't end well. Not with the way our people live." Watching the two leave on their duties, she decided to go survey the area her clan would be living in until the end of feast. Jazereth knew that her people would be unable to live in the stone huts that the Earth clan had produced. Not any fire weilders cherish being caged up in a place that could just as easily crumble. Stalking over to one of the grotesque looking lodgings, she entered. The insides of the hut was plain at best. It had non of the fine designs that her people were accustom to. Suddenly Jazereth sensed movement in the corner of the hut. Placing her hand on her sword, she quickly drew it and spun around so that its blade was at the throat of the offender. "Who are you?",she hissed.

Sky was shocked as Jezereth held a sword to his throat. "I'm Sky." He said and then adjusted his glasses upon his nose. "Why are you in my temporary dwelling jazereth?" He asked curiously and then pushed the sword away from his neck and lit the lamp to illuminate the home. Sighing heavily as he stood their in just his very loose pants that hung off his hips. Looking her over he smiled and ruffled his green hair. "You didn't get hurt from the fight it seems. I'm glad."

Roulan had then turned towards Jazareth and bowed. "Of course I'll lead them to hunt" he then switched back to wolf form, his black coat gleamed in the sun. He then let out a massive howl to signal the scrappers and warriors together. Each one had gather in front of him one by one, and he then started running to lead them off to the woods nearby. "You can count on me to show these clans our strengthhe then let off another howl and then disappaered in the woods with the wolves following behind him. Once inside he had sent a weak telepathic signal telling them to spread out and find what they could then proceeded to hunt alone.

A growl rose in Jazereth's throat but she held it back. She quickly sheathed her sword and put her hands on her hips as he illuminated the room. "Of course I made it out unscathed! That was hardly my first battle!",she snapped. Jazereth was not fond of the Water clan. They all seemed....so clingy. "It seems you aren't fairing well,"she said gesturing to his pants,"it looks like you need to eat more." She didn't mind people wearing clothes that suited them but he seemed to be almost flaunting his body. Jazereth's own clothes were like a second skin but that was because of warfare reasons.

Sky smiled at Jazereth and laughed hearing her words. "I eat more then you believe... Being a warrior means I burn all of it." he said softly and then looked her over. "It wasn't mine either, but you didn't get the pleasure of fighting a living legend like Ocean." The male then sighed and looked at his swords sitting on the table and then looked to the fire alpha again. "So why exactly did you drop by and give me a visit? I hope it's nothing too stressful." He said playfully and then looked over to her with a bit of curiosity. "Isn't it that you are supposed to find a mate soon, due to your people's tradition?" the green haired male asked suddenly and then met her eyes. "Sorry, it just seems.... Different. I was just curious, you don't have to answer that."
